So we were in the mood for cheezburgers and fries, but at the same time, buying a bunch of food for three adults and one eight-year-old can get pretty darn pricey. But thanks to the Burger King app, well, things just get that much easier! In fact, with one coupon, we got the entire family dinner, and it even saved us plenty of money! The drive-through was nice and clean, and redeeming the coupon code off the app wasn't all that hard- you just push when you're told to, show them the code, and that's pretty much it. It's nice and easy, and it beats digging around your car for little slips of paper! So, we got the family meal deal- I forget what it was called, exactly, but... we got two Whoppers, two double cheezburgers, two original chicken sandwiches, twenty chicken nuggets, four small fries, and four small drinks, all for $20 plus tax. Everything came out hot and complete, and it even got home while it was still pretty warm! The double cheezburgers had a great reception- they tasted nice and fresh, with plenty of ketchup and pickle matching well with the cheez. The Whoppers were also really good- though I wouldn't have minded an opportunity to make them double Whoppers for a few bucks more. My niece annihilated half the chicken nuggets- she ended up dipping them in ketchup, though, because there wasn't a sauce provided with the nuggets. Maybe next time, we'll remember to ask for barbecue with them- but that wasn't really a reason to knock anything off. Indeed, about the only problems we had were with the original chicken sandwiches and the shredded lettuce placed on them- because we figure we must have gotten near the butt-end of the lettuce dropped on one of our sandwiches, because it was covered in hunks of tough, hard-to-chew chunks of lettuce instead of just shreds, and some of the fries were overdone as well to the point of being crispy on the edges, making them a bit unwieldy to chew and eat- maybe fresher fries would be better? But still, even despite that, it was a very nice experience- we'll be coming back again and again nowadays! Feeding a family of four for $20 plus tax? That's pretty good! So I stopped into this particular Burger King to grab a meal quickly. I decided to go inside which I wish I didn't and just ordered through the drive-through or actually I just wish I never came to this location at all. I was ignored for five minutes while two girls complained about who was gonna take my order and who was gonna take a break until one of them finally decided to acknowledge me and come take my order which was wrong anyways. She walked off, took a break I'm assuming, and there is another girl at the fryer I didn't see my cup and I asked for a medium cup and she gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes and aggressively gave me the cup. She was on her phone so that seemed more likely the reason she was mad I guess. Idk typically I don't get treated that way when just asking for something. I asked her if there was a problem and she said I didn't say anything I said well you didn't need to say anything. You seem a little bit like there's an issue and she's proceeded to talk about me in front of her coworkers after I walked away to get my drink and then I told her if she's gonna complain or talk about people, she should at least wait until the customer is gone or at least not loud enough that the person can hear them...be for real. I really try to give everybody grace, but this is one of those experiences that makes me not want to ever come back to any Burger King ever again. I truly hope that this girl gets spoken to about her behavior because honestly, it was crazy. There were only two customers inside the whole building, but yeah it looked like a bomb went off at the drink station. Nothing was clean and everything was pretty gross to touch. I really hope that management and corporate comes in and takes care of something in this Burger King because apparently they need a lot of help if a customer gets treated this way just for asking for something. It shouldn't have been that big of a deal. She literally could have just waited until I walked out of the building.. to sit there and talk about me and look right at me,while saying she didn't say anything is wild. And first for me. I ordered fries and they were way to salty I couldn't even eat them the service was horrible and the line was so slow and there was a lot of people so the service was bad when I say bad it was bad. And I ordered 2 icecream cone and I noticed she put 3 and I put the number 2 up she didn't listen are u that deaf? So basically they added more food. And when she gave me 3 I told her that I only ordered 2 she said that yeah that I ordered 3 I wanted to cuss her out. But I do not recommend this place if you were going with groups. read more

Ordered a hamburger with ketchup & pickle only. They repeated the order back. Then gave us a burger with nothing but onions.

They got my picky, over complicated double cheeseburger order correct all the way down to the"nuke" it hot!

They had either someone who couldn't hear well or malfunctioning equipment in the drive thru. We gave the app code for a meal over the speaker 3 times. Then someone else gets on the speaker telling us that code is for something they don't sell and is over $100. We repeat the code again. It works and then order an additional meal. We ask for no mayo. They repeat back the order and that meal with no mayo. Yes. Total. Ok. Get food. Ok. Go home, and that sandwich not only had mayo, but it had so much mayo it took washing off the meat and scraping the bun and then toasting it so the soggy mess from the mayo would be gone. This is a little ridiculous. Overpriced sandwich(I agreed to pay for it) but then. All that mayo?!!after repeating no mayo back to me? Come on. I was going to call, but magically we were not given a receipt so we will just chalk it up to not returning to that location. read more

I stopped here on my way back from vacation for a meal to eat in the car with my son on the way back from vacation. I wanted to try the new Impossible Whopper which is the new plant based whopper. I enjoy veggie burgers and alternative choices so I was game. I was pleasantly surprised, it had a good taste and was juicy. It paired well with the usual toppings. My son had the regular Whopper so in comparison there definitely is a taste difference. For me personally, I enjoyed it, it was filling and best of all it is healthier overall. Worst service I have had yet, at a dine in fast food. Took 25 minutes from walking in the door to getting food. My order of a chipotle burger hold the bacon, came with bacon hmmm. . . . Slow and incorrect. Had to hunt around to find a table that was clean. Wow ! Doubt I will be back any time soon. read more

Next to the worst service I've had in a while tonight. I did not receive fries with value meal, and the cheeseburgers with kids meals were not plain as requested. When I went inside to fix it, the manager saw me waiting in line and became agitated. He began glaring at me every time he came to the register as I was waiting in line. When I began talking to an associate, the associate walked away from me mid-sentence, only to come back to me later. The fries I received in place of the missing value meal fries were child-sized instead of value size. I did later receive the correct plain cheeseburgers for my kids. However the entire time the aggressive night manager was talking to me, it was very condescending and hostile. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because this only applies to the evening shift, as the earlier shift is always friendly and helpful. This review has two parts, the local service and food versus mangement by Bennett which owners this location. The food and the service are good and they work hard to serve the customer. This location was recently remodeled but their dining room is closed. They can decide whatever is good for their business. HOWEVER, they have posted signs saying the dining room is closed due to state executive order- THIS IS A LIE. There is a requirement to sign a register for COVID tracing but they could be open. Further when management called me about my complaint, they doubled down on the LIE to say it was an executive order but admitted they did not want to bother with a register. Translation, we are more interested in taking your money than serving you. I am suggesting no more patronage of Bennett BK which are located in the Kalamazoo area. I think customers should not be LIED to about conditions and allowed to make our own decisions! read more
