If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst service ever. I only get a half an hour for lunch and it takes 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and an order of nuggets. The manager is walking around doing nothing and the entire staff is standing around barely doing anything. Not to mention they all are rude and give you dirty looks while you stand there waiting for so-called fast food. The guy wearing lipstick working the drive through was super rude . This place is terrible.. I went there when they opened and the food was hot on the outside and cold in the middle. Thought I might try the place again. It was worse this time. Never made it to the food. Went to the drive through. Two cars in front of me. Place my order and wait 10 minutes for the first car to get their food. Thought maybe they needed some new fries or something. They drive off, the next car pulls up. They pay and we sit and wait another 10 minutes. I drove off. I don't know how you screw up giving someones card back without seeming like you want to argue about it but they managed to accomplish the seemingly impossible. Went in to get it and to see how understaffed they were but to my surprise they had plenty of staff and filthy kitchen even for midday. I don't usually post reviews, but this location is awful. My order is almost always missing something like ranch or fries that I order specifically, but tonight was a real let down. I ordered the impossible whopper meal and thankfully my vegetarian wife checked her food because it wasn't impossible. Iordered impossible, and it was labeled impossible. I don't mind if my meal gets messed up but my wife was looking forward to it and was left with fries (and no ranch) for dinner. Probably won't go back. read more

The girl at the window was extremely rude and continually cutting me off when I tried to order (and did the same thing yesterday which I ignored because I try not to be rude to anyone), forgot my chicken fries for one of my meals, gave me regular cola rather than a freeze (which I am sure is an up charge). And when I tried to go back through the drive through to correct it (she'd had me pull up to the door to bring my food out and I couldn't catch her attention when I realized it was wrong) I sat there for over 8 minutes with multiple cars ahead of me who hadn't even been addressed before I had to leave. The front doors were locked so I couldn't go in, and trying to call proved fruitless as no one answered despite calling a few times. I was on my lunch break at work getting food for my coworkers and I and didn't have time to wait any longer in the drive through. I will never be going back there. Horrible!!!! While waiting for them to remake my milk shake I took a sip of my soda and discovered it was warm. When I told the girl that ice wasn't put in either of my sodas she informed me the ice machine was broken. I then asked for a refund and she was confused and asked why‍. This location is a joke. Long wait times for cold food. 3 different visits over the course of a month and a half, food cold all three times. I was dining in too! The last visit when my food was cold, I was fed up and asked for a new burger. The person working asked if I wanted my burger microwaved. I told them no, I wanted a fresh burger. The only reason I pulled in was because there were no cars in the parking lot or drive-thru, other wise I avoid this BK at all costs. After ordering they still had me pull into a parking spot to wait. Other cars started pulling in around me which I knew was a bad sign. Ten minutes later and he's out here knocking on my window asking if I got my food yet. They were also sure the guy next to me didn't get his change even though he insisted he definitely got it. Another trip back out to see if I had gotten my food and I left. Without a refund. It would've taken too long and my time is valuable to me. Keep it. I have tried this location 3 times hoping they would do something right but I am 0 for 3. The wait times are ridiculously long and then the food is cold. I have just gone to this Burger King for the last time. I waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes and that was with the car in front of me getting 2 ice cream cones. They even stalled with taking the orders like that was going to make a difference. The service is soooo slow. I have gone inside to order when the drive through looks slow and the inside service is even slower. I may have given some credit if the food was hot but it even that hot. read more

I have to agree with the other one-star reviews thus far. I too was very excited to get a local Burger King. I did notice that the restaurant seemed ready to open for business way before they actually had their grand opening. I live very close and drove by almost every day. My guess was that they were having a hard time finding and hiring employees. I am willing to bet that they hired anyone who walked through the door just to open the place and it shows unfortunately. The flame broiled taste is the only remnant of a Burger King while all other aspects fail from alternative menu items to service. What a shame that they are on the same track as the previous Burger King that closed years before just across the road. I have noticed a huge decline in patronage not surprisingly. read more

I'm not one to complain about food service because that's what I work in. However, I have a bad experience here 9/10 times. I'm allergic to sesame seeds so I also ask for a potato bun. I get that, but with side of attitude. Allergies are not something to play with. I will go into anaphylactic shock. The girl at the window was super sweet but seem extremely overwhelmed because everyone was yelling "we're short staffed" and she was trying to do her best. Horrible. Only been there once since it opened and they completely screwed up half my order. I asked for a hamburger with ketchup only and when I received it, you guessed it, it had mustard and pickles on it as well. I also ordered 2 orders of onion rings but only got one. UGH, seriously folks, it's not that hard. I was the only one in the drive thru, so they weren't very busy. Another question is, why is it so small? I have kids that I take out to lunch once in a while and WON'T be taking them here. It's not "inviting". McDonalds, Wendy's and even Arby's are large and open. Plenty of seating. Eating at this BK feels like you're in a prison. It was super busy for the first month, mainly because of the coupons they sent out to people who live in the area. Worst Burger King experience ever. Food has been cold the 3 times that I have been there. This location is within a 5 minute walk from my home. I will never eat there again. Tried it twice for lunch or dinner and once for breakfast. This morning I went - no line - waited 10 minutes to have 4 cold sandwiches and rock hard French toast sticks. The staff has been rude all 3 times. Very very disappointing. Asked for sausage, they were out. How are you out of a main breakfast staple at 7:00 am. Was not happy they were opening - which much rather see a sit down family restaurant at this location. I was right. They suck. read more
