Lovely! I ordered a catered lunch from this south hills location and I can't recommend it enough. I believe the catering manager's name was Maeve, and she was beyond kind and helpful. She called me the day I placed my order confirming the items & my requests. She even carried the bags out to my car on day of pick up. The staff members at this location are all super friendly, quick and helpful. It was great to know I could rely on them to be ready with the catered lunch on time & no mistakes. 10/10! Chick-Fil-A never disappoints. I love their chicken sandwich, although I get it without sauce to cut back on calories. The pickles make it so good. The bun is always perfect. I normally go through drive through which does takes a long time. It's always busy, so you know they are doing something correct. I must say I've never been inside the restaurant, so I can't speak to what it's like inside, or the ambiance. But, I've always been treated with respect by the drive through employees. read more

We ordered chicken nugget meals at this location this past week. The nuggets were dark...overcooked, very dry and exceptionally small.... some were no more than a half inch square. I feel we were totally ripped-off for 25.00. We patronize the Ohio Valley Mall location, St. Clairsville, OH regularly and the Highlands location. Triadelphia, WV where the chicken portions are about 3 times bigger and cooked properly! This seems to be a constant issue with the South Hills location. We won't eat here again. They are consistent end organized, like most Chick-fil-As, which I really appreciate. Staff is always getting things moving. The takeout is a little slower when ordering through the app but it's worth it so you don't have to wait in the drive through line. I always order ahead and then tell the app I'm there, even before I am because they take a bit to prepare and get it out to you! You can't give a chain restaurant a 5-star rating, but I would say it's a good CFA for sure! read more

Fast service even when super busy. They seem to do a good job at moving people through the line and are very efficient! I love to use the app to order curbside pick up! My son LOVES the waffle fries and Mac and cheese and I do too! I also enjoy the sweet tea. It's average in price for fast food and has some healthier options compared to some other fast food chains. Went through the drive thru yesterday and the young man who took our order was very polite and repeated our order back to us. We quickly realized after we pulled away part of our order was wrong so I went inside. I wait for several moments and a different young man, helps me. He quickly goes over to who I'm guessing was a manager relays to him, and then walks away. I proceed to wait for several more minutes and a young lady comes over to ask what's up and I relay the same and also let her know we accidentally got a wrong item, which I had in my hand. She then gives a look of disgust and says well we can't take that back. Umm ok, I realize that but I want to be honest and not take something that isn't mine. She brings over my items, but acted like it was my fault that the order was messed up. Went here for dinner to support school fundraiser. Will NOT go again. I've tried a few times and find them to be overpriced with too small portions. Tonight we had to take our order to go since dine in is not open. When we were ordering the server accidentally deleted our order and had to reenter. Guess he did not remember our order ... When we were handed the order we noticed the drinks were wrong. The server got us our correct soda. When we got home we found that we were missing a sandwich. If you go to this locations Instagram page, they do a "win it Wednesday" where they give something away every Wednesday & all you have to do is comment for a chance to win. Recently, I won a chicken parm meal kit. It was right before Thanksgiving & my fridge was jam packed with food, but the manager, Cierra, was very accommodating & let me pick it up after the holiday. If you haven't picked up a meal kit yet, I highly recommend it! Server 2 for around $15 or 4 for $25 I believe. Easy to make, decent portion size, not high in calories & delicious! Amazing. Never a bad experience. It is always popping off at this location. Friendly staff. When Susan brought my food over to me she offered to bring over some napkins and a water cup for me. It felt like I was getting full restaurant service. As I ate Nancy was cleaning tables and offering to take peoples empty trays for them. A great sight to see. From placing our order to getting it only took about 10 mins, which isn't bad considering the amount of people that were there. I LOVE anything chicken!! I've been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A since i was in high school. I LOVE their waffle fries with Polynesian sauce. This location has a speedy drive-thru with also a play area for little kids. Great place to take the family. Plus there's a Trader Joe's right next door, so moms can make a quick market stop. Make sure you go through the drive through "the right way". I was refused service at the drive through after accidentally pulling in the parking lot then going to the drive through. I got to the window and they said they wouldn't serve me and if I had a problem to see Tom inside because I "didn't drive around the building the right way." Is this a real policy to refuse paying customer's money? Before they try to say I cut someone off or something else, there was no one behind me. There were two cars in front of me and none behind me when I got to the speaker. I left and went to another nearby business and won't return here. Worst chick-fil-a experience I have ever had. It's took about 5 minutes, and 3 workers running around looking for the manager to determine if they could put milk in the coffee instead of creamer. That was after we had to describe that there is a difference between the 2, and seemingly what milk was, to everyone. The manager came out just handed us 2 creamers. We ended up just buying a kids milk. On top of that frustrating event, the food was brought out to us missing items.... I have always had a great experience at chic filet restaurants until I visited this location. This place would benefit greatly from electronic kiosks. But I still walked in and within about 4 minutes- my order was taken & paid for by one of the managers that were 'lending a hand' and taking orders. I am a frequent evening customer at this chick fil a south hills location. They have BEEN a well oiled machine with the most helpful, pleasant, and efficient staff. From the beginning of the drive through line all the way to the end with the smiling sauce cart lady with her "my pleasure" ending. I was there last night to only find chaos!! They have a table placed at the drive threw window with 2 staff members doing nothing but slowing down the drive threw process and no sauce cart!! What the heck! I was extremely disappointed with all of this and can't even fathom how this change is for the better of the business!! I hope that the owner opens his eyes to this chaotic change! read more

I assume it stems from the manager, who's name starts with a T and ends with an Om, who lacks any customer service skills. The last time he told me my order was "lost" (after I waited 30 min in curbside for it, not to mention the third tome they've told me my order was "lost"), and I told him he should have some remedy, he actually replied "whatever" and "I don't know what to tell ya". I have been going to Chik-fil-A for at least 25 delicious years. If it wasn't for the awesome food and the ideal location here, I would steer clear of this place. The customer service is nowhere to be found. There is no sense of urgency and no one knows where to stand in line. It is a total free-for-all as far as the counters go. I have had to fight my way back up to the counter to grab my food after waiting (and waiting and waiting). In general, Chik-fil-A is run with quality food and that "my pleasure" attitude. You won't find that good attitude at this location. What stinks is that I love the food too much to stop coming here. Don't even get me started on their milkshakes.....drool. You got me, Chik-fil-A.
