Well it is Burger King had the double whopper it was good as it always should be if it is done right. Fries were just blah as usual. It is always reasonably clean the staff was very friendly and pretty quick. This Burger King is in a bad location but always seams to be busy. Parking lot is a bit tight with the double drive thur but there is plenty of parking. read more

Nice, updated Burger King. Restaurant was clean but the restrooms were marginal (not actually dirty but very messy and in need of attention). Restaurant had easy access (on and off) to I-70. Food was served piping hot and fresh. Classic BK fare. Staff had zero personality and customer service skills. On a scale of 1-10, the gal taking our order probably rated a minus 1 or 2 on the scale. The drive-thru was packed about 3:20 A.M. Pulled in. Worker working the drive-thru asked to take our order, never once stating, "We have limited items due to blah, blah, blah." Nothing about limitations was mentioned. We say, "6 Whoppers..." to which the worker interrupted with "Are you serious?" We let him know that we were indeed serious. He then let's us know he can't do that, due to "it being almost time for breakfast." Unless they're starting breakfast at 3:30 A.M., they had more than enough time to prepare the order. So at this point we just exited the drive-thru. They didn't wanna work, so we didn't wanna give them our money. Huge disappointment, definitely will not return. read more

Half eaten chicken nugget found halfway through my meal, when I contacted the store they sat the phone down and let me listen to silence for three minutes before hanging up. Bad service and even worse hygiene. Nuggets we're also supposed to be cooked to order. All around bad service. read more

This location is one of the most dirty fast food restaurants that I have been into. Both toilets in the women's restroom were stained and uncleaned for a significant amount of time. The sink was similarly stained. The floors in the women's bathroom were so sticky that after I walked out my feet continue to stick to the floor in the Burger King. After I ordered I went to get a drink and found that the drink station area was covered with ants and the very few lids that were still remaining that were covered with dirt and crumbs. I waited 12 minutes and 46 seconds for my impossible whopper. While I stood there I watched three out of four employees put food together without any gloves. The one employee was wearing gloves kept putting her hands in and out of her pockets and rearranging her clothing, never changing the gloves that she was using. All of the food preparation areas were covered with food debris and the employees just kept putting new wrappers on top of the trash. There was a man with a beard who did not have a beard net. When I got to my car I found that they did not put the cheese on my whopper that I had paid for and the fries were cold. The restaurant had close the dining room area at that point, so I drove around to the drive-through. I was told I had to wait in line, but after a five minute wait without the line moving at all I just left. read more

Ordered a dbl cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño cheddar bites. They had my order wrong at the first window and I corrected them. Then they still had my order wrong when I got it. The food was also cold, which should have been made to order since I came at 4pm which is not a busy time. You could tell the sticks and bites had been sitting for quite a while. And these people want $15 an hour smh read more

I seldom write a review unless things are great or horrible. This is bad one an a sit erves me right situation, even though I feel somewhat bad for giving a review to Burger King in the first place. I ordered the A1 Burger & it was delivered with a couple of lukewarm patties, an unmelted piece of cheese & a dash of A1 sauce. No bacon, no onions & nothing else. I called & complained but I was miles down the road. Hopefully I will learn my lesson! read more

Recently remodeled Burger King. I think corporate is reworking their "look" to keep up with the remodeled McDonald's look. Reminds me of Caesar's palace with all the marble finishes. Service and food is consistent with what you would find in one of your better Burger Kings. read more

This place is awful. The store is always under staffed and the employees do not care enough to do their job correctly. The managers almost consistently hire incompetent teenagers who don't care about their job, and on top of that, they don't train them well. The entire store is just a recipe for disaster. Last time, I went with my girlfriend through the drive thru and we both just got a the #1 (Whopper meal). When we pulled up to the window, the manager handed us our drinks and she rushed us to pull up to wait for our food. When the food came out, the manager was in a hurry, barely saying a word to us, and rushed back inside. I took a look inside and it was a nightmare. Everyone is rushing around, and the whole place looks like they're in the middle of Armageddon or something. Keep in mind, it's like 3:00, so lunch rush is over, dinner rush hasn't even started, and we were one of three cars in the drive thru. There wasn't many people inside either. Taking a look at our food didn't make anything better. The cheese on the sandwich wasn't melted, the bread, lettuce, tomato and patty tasted and looked old, and it seems like this is always the case. It's gross. The Coke was good, but it's not hard to mess that up. The fries are always old, even if they are fresh out of the fryer. The reason this is the way it is, is because they don't clean the fryers often enough and they are so gross that cleaning them before the day starts doesn't magically make the fries better. They need brand new fryers and brand new employees with a brand new management for those fryers to ever come back from the nasty and disgusting place that they're at now. I go to school at Indiana State University and we have a Burger King on campus. That is honestly the best Burger King that I've ever had and when I come home to Plainfield, Burger King isn't even an option when thinking about food. There are too many things wrong with this restaurant. The only solution is shutting it down, replacing all the ovens/fryers/drink machines/sinks/and all things kitchenware, and having a grand re-opening with ALL new employees and managers hand picked for maximum quality and efficiency. This is completely unrealistic, but it's seriously that bad. I do not recommend going here, and if you do, expect crappy service with crappy food. Any expectations higher than that will fall short. This store literally and figuratively leaves a bad taste in your mouth. read more

Very unhappy with my trip to this Burger King . Both my burgers tasted as if they were put in a microwave. Things that shouldn't have been burning hot like my tomatoes, onions & lettuce and bread were all so hot which right then grossed me out then once I took off my bread to look at what's going on my lettuce as you can see is brown . First got here and ordered a small soft drink and chicken tenders. I got my drink but they were all flat and gross. So I ended up getting water and cut my losses. Got my " chicken tenders " and they were some kind of bites...the lady took them back and out them BACK ON THE HEATING RACK. I understand that's not supposed to happen ???? Either way. finally got my actual chicken tenders and they were not even done. Still very raw on the inside, just the outside breading was done. They did refund my money and gave me a large fry to compensate...appreiciate the lady's courtesy but I wont be coming back. read more

Not normally a breakfast eater, I was oddly hungry. Without many options in my rush hour traffic flow I pulled into Burger King. If the food would have matched the happy gracious people working there it would have been a great experience. I was handed my coffee and then had a 5 minute wait. Anyone else check the bag as you pull forward? All that wait for COLD hash browns and a warm sandwich. Good thing I planned to take it with to the office and not eat on way. Screen was on but not being used, order had to be repeated after each item, change was dropped on ground as it apparently had been done many times before, very slow although they were not busy and there were still 6 mistakes in the order we found as we traveled down the road. Dirtiest Burger King ever. Only one customer and every table gross. Floors were sticky with spilled old soda and fries not just under the tables but in the aisles. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Outside looked abandoned since there was garbage spread out in front of the entrance. read more

I live within 5 miles of this Burger King and it is not very good at all. Tonight I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Fries and 2 cheesey tots. The whole reason I went was for the cheesey tots. They are the not the same as what they had back last time. My food was cold and I spent over $16 for all. Ridiculous price for under-par fastfood that needs major approvements. I don't normally do reviews unless the service is bad and let me say this was terrible. We got there at 11:20p and the dinning room was already locked even though it said to be open until midnight. We proceed to drive thru and the girl could not or would not listen to our order. We finally gave up and just got what she continued to ring up us wrong. Got the window she didn't say a word mind you we have been polite this whole time. Gave us our food and walked away but of course no surprise to us she didn't give us our full order so we waited at the window. She came back and we let her know what she forgot and she proceeded to roll her eyes and go get out food. We then asked what time the dinning room closed she looked over at the computer and said 1130p. Uh huh we left it at that. So they next day I made the attempt of calling Felicia at the receipt stated got put on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. This whole time I could here then joking and laughing in the back ground. This place was a joke. Unprofessional is an understatement. I would starve before I go back and to think these people want to be paid $15 an hour!
