I stopped in while being in the neighborhood and after seeing some pictures posted of their food that looked delicious. They did NOT disappoint! I ordered the Orange Chicken and the Spring Rolls, both were incredible! The Orange Chicken still had some crisp to their crust, which is hard to find. There were good sized chicken chunks as well. I will now have to add this place to my frequently visited restaurants even though it is not close to home. read more

Had to post an updated review, because I finally managed to take some pics. Dining partner and I decided to have some Thai on this cold winter night. She had the Garlic Stir Fry with beef, and I had the Volcano Chicken. Both were prepared to perfection. Volcano Chicken was steaming and smelled and tasted delicious. Garlic beef was very flavorful and served with cabbage. Just a reminder, if you like your food very spicy, you may want to step it up a level from what you may order at other Thai restaurants in the area: i.e. If you normally get medium else where you may want to order hot. That said, excellent food, great service, easy parking. Highly recommend. read more

This place is still amazing, doesn't skip a beat. We were heavy on the carry out due to having a new baby but we finally went back to dine in (with the baby) and it was a great experience. The owners are some of the nicest and most welcoming people we've ever met. Their food is still the best Thai in surrounding towns and Indy. read more

Been here lots of times and always leave super pleased. We have gotten to know the waitress quite a bit and she is always super sweet and friendly. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. The food is always 10/10. Tonight for appetizers we ordered our favorite, fresh salad rolls with the peanut sauce and also ordered the crab rangoon. For meals, my wife ordered the chicken wings and I had the Thai basil stir fry which comes with a side of white rice. Everything was delicious as always and the service was amazing as always. Great service, delicious food! Our server (and assume owner/partner) suggested the dumplings as an appetizer (forgot to take picture). I've not had dumplings like this, pork & shrimp with a nice dipping sauce. They were amazing! The drunken noodles were really good and flavorful. The massaman curry was too sweet for my taste, otherwise it was good. Mango sticky rice was decadent. Thai ice tea and ginger tea were refreshing. Small place but nice and quiet, kind of jazzy version of pop and classic songs as background music. Will definitely add this to our rotation. read more

Food, service were both excellent. I have been there a few times and was very pleased with the dishes that I had.

I met a friend there recently for lunch and the food was wonderful. I had the chicken pad thai and my friend had the pineapple fried rice. The presentation for the pineapple fried rice was top-notch. It was served in a half a pineapple that was cored out with the pinapple fried rice inside. We also shared the crab rangoon which were amazing. The service and the decor in the restaurant was also superb. Do yourself a favor and check this place out you will not be disappointed. read more

Another reason you should never judge a book by its cover. This place doesn't look like anything special on the outside. Its located in a strip mall. Wasn't expecting when I stepper in but was pleasantly surprised how cute it was. It is very small so could see seating being an issue on a busy night. Our waitstaff was so sweet. Don't miss Siam! It's in the same strip mall as Metro. It's a small restaurant but with big flavor! Be patient as there aren't many tables and a limited number of staff. People were waiting to get in so go early. I started with the spring rolls that came out hot and crispy. The yellow curry is excellent with large chunks of chicken, potatoes, carrots and other veggies. They will prepare to your heat preference. It's also a large portion so I took half home to save room for dessert. The fried bananas with ice cream was just decadent. Very rich and worth trying. read more

A friend and I tried Siam for Devour Indy and so glad we did! I ordered the vegetable drunken noodles that were excellent, crab rangoon's for an appetizer and fried bananas for desert. Everything was amazing down to the ginger tea. The aesthetic is intimate, light an airy. Business did pick up for lunch but plenty of seating to accommodate. The service was solid and the staff were sweet. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I certainly will be back and I am glad we found this gem! read more

I love the panang curry with chicken, medium spice and jasmine rice. It's always delicious and consistent. They have great apps too.

Food - Great! I got the Papaya Salad. I asked for the chili flakes on the side, so I could adjust the heat to my liking. Overall, I'm happy with what I ordered. Service - Our server was very courteous. I have no complaints. Ambiance - This is the nicest Thai restaurant in Plainfield. The food and service were excellent. Our 5 year old got the garlic stir fry and raved about it (which was completely unexpected) and even ate her cabbage. She talked about the meal the entire drive back to Lafayette. And while I found the food to be really good (I am hard to impress) she found it fantastic. I do not think the "Thai hot" was very hot is my only criticism. I also wish Thai restaurants up here would add the appetizer Mee Krob in lettuce cups to their menus. Much more prevalent down south. Overall though, I highly recommend this place. read more

Always spot on with flavor! The service is pleasant and friendly with a beautiful surrounding to look at. We come here often when we have time to kill and would recommend for anyone to bring a friend or two. Just don't bring the Brady bunch, they'll definitely have to wait outside due to a very very limited tiny space. read more

Usually one doesn't expect a whole lot from a strip mall restaurant, but this one is actually pretty cute. Nice decor all around, a mini wine shelf in the corner by the rear register, interesting greenery on the walls, comfortable chairs and semi booths. I found out about this place through Devour Indy. I don't think the staff was prepared for the onslaught of customers this caused. Hopelessly understaffed, but trying very hard to keep up. Here we were with a table of 8 folks and our wait was quite long for water, food and bills. Considering this I am basing my review on the food alone and that was awesome. Of course I participated with the Devour Menu and started with the crispy eggrolls. They were fresh, very hot, crisp and delicious. Served with a clear sweet and sour sauce that added a delicious je-ne-sais-quoi to it. Padd Thai with chicken, spice level medium was my entree choice. Do not order up on the spice levels here, as this was truly a 'medium' and had some umpf to it. A huge serving of those delicious noodles, maybe lacking some veggies, but with a nice amount of meat. I enjoyed the roti roll for dessert, since not all Thai places offer this. As usual that is a dish that doesn't look all that great, but more than makes up for that in taste. OMG I could eat 5 of those. Not really, but I'd like to try some day. One of my friends let me have a bite of their fried bananas and I must say, it was better than most. Very lightly coated with a nice bit of crispiness on the outside and warm and tender on the inside. Hopefully the service is better once the Devour madness wears down. I think I just found my go-to Thai spot! Came here on a whim with my family and I was pleasantly surprised! Plenty of parking outside and quite a bit of seating inside as well! The minute we walked in we were quickly greeted and seated. I couldn't help but take in the cute and cozy ambiance of the spot. I loved all of the greenery on the walls and the fact that they had their own little bar in the back. Our waitress quickly came and dropped off a sweet treat of rice crackers for the table which I appreciated. I ordered a plate of drunken noodles and Thai red chicken curry and they were both perfect. First, I learned about this place through devour indy. It sits in strip mall off of Dan Jones Rd in Plainfield. When we got there and was seated right away. It's a small quaint and cozy atmosphere. The food was fabulous . I got a Thai tea that tasted like a push up popsicle drunken noodles with chicken. My sister got Thai fried rice with shrimp. It was extremely packed in there, and I'm not sure they were prepared for the crowd, but the servers were hustling. Food was slow to come out, but I'll will try this place again. read more

Just fantastic food. Most meals are enough for 2 and the taste... absolutely wonderful! The waiter and host is the owner and was very personable and friendly. We enjoyed talking with him. His wife is Thai and all of the recipes are hers. We have tried the Mango Curry, Red Curry, Massaman Curry and the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai was just ok and the chicken was a bit dry. But the curries are just fantastic. We have dined in once and it is very clean and quiet. We did carry out once as well and the curry was just as tasty. We have ordered from here on DoorDash previously and were excited to try it in person. First of all I love the calm and relaxing setting. We had a busy day and it was nice to enjoy the warm lighting and relaxing music. I loved the decor as well. We ordered the spring rolls which were perfectly crispy on the outside and had great flavor without the sauce. However, the sauce was delicious and just added a layer of flavor. The entrees came with a basket of what I believe were shrimp chips. We are vegetarian so didn't try those. My wife ordered the veggie Thai fried rice which was savory with a hint of sweetness. There were plenty of veggies that had the perfect amount of crunch. The portion sizes were plentiful. We both have leftovers. I ordered the veggie stir fry with tofu without onions. My meal was delicious also and came with a side of white rice. The veggies also had the perfect amount of crunch. This will probably be my go to. I wrote a review not too long ago on this restaurant which was my great first experience. But I went again another time just a week ago with my colleague and we both had an unpleasant experience. It was not the same server who served me the first time when I went. This time it was a different person. She messed up half of our order. I am unsure whether she didn't understand us or whether we weren't clear. But what we learned was, we have to make them repeat the order if I ever go here another time or actually wherever I go. I asked for iced tea, she totally forgot to bring it in. My colleague asked for an appetizer order and the waiter forgot that as well. We had to remind her multiple times about the order, which was then brought later. I am still unsure what she wrote down when we were ordering. And I specifically mentioned no Mushrooms in my order, but as soon as my plate arrived with my order I saw big, huge Mushrooms. I didn't say anything to them at the time because I was worried what would happen if I did. I hope they get better because I truly want to believe it was just a one time mistake. read more

What a great addition to Plainfield. We stopped in on opening day. We were greeted warmly & service was excellent. My Pad See Ew was made perfectly, with an excellent Medium-Hot heat level. A stolen bite of my husband's Pad Thai yielded a great Thai Hot heat level, but sweeter than I prefer. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, warm & inviting. Seating is primarily 2 & 4 top tables (40+ seats by my quick count), but could probably accommodate larger parties with notice. Overall it was an excellent meal & experience. Had dinner tonight with friends - 8 of us for Devour night. The dining room is small but the early birds were seated quickly and the room began to fill up fast with other diners. The room is nicely decorated with unique greenery in the wall, very well done . Our server was quickly overwhelmed as the space was fully occupied pretty fast. She did a good job but needed help. It took awhile to get water to the table and more time to order but she was doing her best. The devour menu was a great selection and priced right ! We ordered everything from the spring rolls to Pad Thai and a Fried Banana dessert. Aside from the slow service- our meals came out quickly once we ordered- considering there were 8 of us and we All enjoyed our meals. Portion sizes were generous and we all took home leftovers. Hi guys! I've been on WightWatchers for a year now and have lost and kept off 50 pounds eating at places like this. My husband and I wanted to try some of the restaurants on the devour list and we love Thia food so we gave this place a shot. The food was amazing, the customer service was great and the restaurant was clean and very aesthetically pleasing. They were very busy but the food came out in a relatively short time hot and delicious. I highly recommend this place, it's new. They have only been open for about 6 months but it will for sure become one of our favorites. David was our waiter and he was extremely friendly and helpful.
