    Cauliflower Wrap
    Dan M.

Stopped in while traveling thru town. Decent atmosphere, very friendly waitress. Decent selection of their beers and some from their sister brewery. Tried the Nigh PA and the lucid ipa, both above average. Preferred the lucid. Cauliflower wrap with fries. I asked for extra spice and crispy fries and got both. Tasty and well priced.

We have passed this many may times on our way to Putnam County and back. Tonight friends joined us here for dinner. They have lots of space in the dining room but the bar seemed the place to be. Most of the customers were in there when we were sat in the other room. Service was good, food was basic. Not great not bad. We got cheese curds and cauliflower wings in buffalo sauce. Both were good. Aioli served with the cheese curds had little taste. Blue cheese dressing with cauliflower wings was good. I got fish tacos and Caesar salad. I didn't really care for the fish. I think they were beer battered or something and I could taste something kinda off. Husband got pilled pork with tots and liked them. Other friends got burger, fish tacos and a chicken wrap. God Son liked his burger. Friend liked her fish tacos till she saw green onion. She had asked if they had green onion in items but didn't specifically say it was an allergy. They took the tacos off her bill. Other friends didn't eat her wrap but took it with them. Really nothing to bring us back. But hey now we been here.

Great little place near the airport. Enjoying their Stone cold Tangerine IPA. They have food too.....enjoying their chicken avocado and bacon sandwich. Very good! Enjoying the conversation with the crew. Parking on site and a golf course on the property as well. Ask about the 'haunted' mansion attached to the brewery.

Spacious brewery with a huge menu! I always get a burger and it is soooo good every time. They also have fun Mac and cheese options that always hit the spot. It is a very big place with loads of seating. The vibes are so chill and fun and I really like getting dinner here!!

Great beer and the pork tenderloin sandwich was very good. The bartenders were very friendly. Go check out this place!

The best salsa & we sub out the guacamole for 2 quesos (who wants to share?) - yum!

Cheers! We've kicked off the weekend at Brew Link Brewing with chips & dips more times than we can count. Lively crowd, friendly service - this location stays on our rotation. The dining room is large to accommodate families and the bar is usually full. On warm days, the garage door is opened up to outdoor picnic tables. A fun place to watch a game, enjoy a happy hour, or catch up after a round of golf.

Loved the atmosphere of this Plainfield Brewery! It was a warm day so we sat out on the spacious patio. I enjoyed sampling both of the sours on tap and settled on a glass of the Hole in One Raspberry. Yum! We were planning on ordering food and sitting out there to get a little work done, but they don't currently have WIFI and my hot spot wasn't connecting. The menu looked great though!

We had a great time at Brewlink today. This was Baxter's second trip to hang out on a restaurant patio. Again, he was well behaved and happy to be with us. The main dining area is large with 4 top tables and 5 or 6 flat screens to enjoy sports. The bar area has 24 beers on tap, serves liquor now, has high top tables, and bar stools. The patio area is large with picnic tables on the deck and a large gavel area for games (corn hole) and live band. The menu is versatile with so many delicious options. Appetizers (chicken wings, chili, nachos), wonderful, fresh salads, Strawberry Fields or Cajun Steak) burgers, tacos (Taco Tuesdays), Sandwiches (Tenderloin, Texas Brisket, Pulled Pork, Entrees (Glazed Salmon, BBQ Ribs) and 5 types of Mac n Cheese. My husband ordered the tender, grilled tenderloin with cajun seasoning and tots. He kept saying how tender the tenderloin was. Baxter enjoyed the tots. I ordered a cup of brisket chili loaded with cheese, onions, and sour cream. The chili is excellent! Grab a cup or bowl to go and use on top of baked potatoes at home. The Cajun Steak Salad, which was a generous serving of shredded steak with fresh lettuce, red onions, and blue cheese crumbles, was so good and filling. Our server, Jade, took excellent care of us and brought Baxter a fresh bowl of water. Love Brewlinks, terrific food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Stop in Plainfield location (by golf course on 40) or downtown on Capital with free parking lot.

    Hot chicken macaroni

Food was phenomenal. I tried the limited time special, Nashville Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese. The fried pickles and hot chicken had great flavor while also complimenting the Mac sauce. The service was wonderful and our server was knowledgeable of the menu options as we were visiting from out of town. The ambiance was fun and friendly especially for families while still providing great adult beverages and craft beer.

Differentiation is the name of the game when it comes to breweries, brew pubs and micro breweries. At first glance, this place felt like any other brewery I've been to. However, it differentiates in other ways to justify four stars. Where it differentiates is food, beer, service and location: Food -- I'll always get a burger when at a brewery and a generous appetizer platter. Both were great, I did feel that the beer cheese was excellent, but the other dips in our platter were lagging a bit in comparison. The burger was fantastic and paired nicely with their beer selection. They also have the type of French fries I love, so a huge win here. I'd say it's right on par with what other breweries charge. Beverages -- they have a large selection. The first beer I ordered they were out of which is always a great sign! That means it's good and I missed out. However, it made me take a second look at the menu. They have a huge variety of in-house brews ranging from IPAs, Ales and Porters. They also have some fun, out of the box drinks listed on their website (e.g. Cereal Ale, Matcha Tea and Kiwi Sour). Service & Location -- I thought this place is genius being located right next to Oak Tree Golf Course. I love the idea of finishing up a round of golf and walking to the BrewPub next door. It's also a family friendly location with a nice separated bar area and outside space. Overall, a great space and plenty big. Our waitress was wonderful as well. Quick, but intentional when working with us. Unfortunately for this team, it is a bit outside of town. However, they make up for it with their food and beer!

    Hot pretzel appetizer

Came to Brew Link for the wild beer flavors and stayed for the pretzel appetizer! Brew Link has wild beer flavors (cereal, fruit infused, lots and sours) that can get nonbeer drinkers to give a second look. In addition to beer, they also offer cocktails which is nice to appeal to more of a crowd. Love the large outdoor patio with umbrellas in addition to indoor tap room sitting. Service can be hit or miss. Food is a little pricier than typical bar food with quality being "eh". Overall I would come back again but won't be my regular hang out due to the higher prices.

    Ally R.

Brew link has become one of my favorite places to dine! Staff is awesome, food is delicious, Their sour beers are to die for & the outdoor patio is the bomb! So backstory, I hate breweries-- they make me uncomfortable because I don't know what to order! Well, Savannah was our server on my first visit and she was so informative!! We had a flight to try different beers and I loved Ecstatic truth. Unfortunately, they don't have it anymore but Hole in one is a close second and they partnered with Al's donuts to make! Highly recommend the fish tacos! I found out on my last visit you can sub the chips for another side too. I also tried their very popular tenderloin, it did not disappoint. The bar has a window that raises and it's like you're outside, once you get outside there are several picnic tables that and lead to the beer garden. String lights everywhere, corn hole, more seating, & even a little barn where you can go and get beer while hanging out or just waiting for a table. The best part?? It's dog friendly for your well behaved fur babies. I love this place. My husband is not a drinker and comes just for the food and experience. Definitely check it out.

However, on a recent trip back to visit my parents' grave, I finally got the chance to stop in and check it out for a bit. Central Normal Tap is basically a laid-back, charming pub and grill with solid dining options, craft beer, spirits, and a terrifically friendly vibe. I'm not sure if terrifically is really a word, but I'm sticking with it. Located on the east side of the Danville Town Square, this is a great place to hit if you're doing some visiting of the town square (and you should). It's not an all-day joint. It's really from evening into the night hours. The town square offers free parking (with accessible option). While there are stores on the square that are not accessible, Central Normal Tap is pretty darn good (some of the tables are a bit high and there are a handful of booths that have a step up). Dining options include pretzels, wings, flatbreads, and more. I didn't spend a whole lot of time here, but I enjoyed the time I spent. The vibe was a nice tapestry of smaller town charm with a modern energy. The food was tasty, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I would easily return, though I might avoid when it's super busy as I could imagine accessibility being a bit more challenging just due to the layout. For those who wonder (I love origin stories), the name comes from Central Normal College, a former college that moved from Ladoga, Indiana to Danville, Indiana in the 19th century and lasted until just after World War II. It's a part of Danville/Hendricks County history (you can learn more about it at the Hendricks County Museum).

Our server Emily was cheerful and informative. A parking garage across the street served us well for dining at this restaurant and attending an event at Hendricks Live across the street. The shrimp cocktail appetizer featured fresh large shrimp with dollops of horseradish on the plate and a nice sauce. I enjoyed the steak frites entree, a generous portion of steak perfectly cooked, served with a delicious broccolini and tasty fries. My sister ordered the chicken marsala and noted that she would have liked more sauce, and the truffle potatoes were delicious. My brother said his huge pork chop was perfect, and my sister in-law recommended the sirloin steak. We had reservations and were seated at a high top table, which is not my preferred way to dine but the restaurant was full so we didn't ask to be moved. We had a bit of a wait for our entrees and chalked that up to it being Saturday night. There is a separate bar area and rooftop dining with igloos available.

I drove an hour to visit this place and saw lots of good reviews. I started off with a lemon drop and a snack short rib eggroll. The lemon drop was watery and just did not hit like I would have hoped (I'm a lemon drop girly). They do use Titos as their well so that was good. The egg roll was dry- you definitely need to dip in the wasabi aioli to make it palatable. Next up were the buffalo chicken hush puppies. I like the idea here. The inside was moist and flavorful and the outside was kind of dry and drizzled with what I think was ranch. They were ok. I have a Ceaser salad add chicken and "fried" Brussels sprouts. The salad was suppose to come the onions , there were none so the waitress brought me some. The salad was mid at best and the chicken was dry and unflavored. I asked for some spicy ranch and that saved the salad! The Brussels sprouts were pretty good. My friend had the potato soup and said it was very watery (not creamy at all). I enjoyed the live music and overall vibe but good was average. Parking is an issue as well. There is parking in the rear or a parking garage but not super convenient parking.

My wife and I had dinner here recently on a saturday and there was no wait to be seated. Our server was really great and gave some good recommendations on their in-house beers. The inside is a nice moody modern feel, and there are big garage door windows for when thw weather is nice. Looked like they had outdoor seating as well. They also had a window where you could see into the brewery area. We started off with a festbier and the house brown with the garlic cheese curds. This course alone was so good that we will definitely be back for drinks and apps! The cheese curds were very fresh and hot, so much that the smaller curds of cheese were fully melted inside which was so delicious! They did not have that squeaky cheese feel that some other places have with their curds. The festbier was really good, kind of a cross between an oktoberfest and a summery citrusy beer. The brown ale was also good. For the main course, we split the steak tacos and the BT burger. The tacos were good - steak was tender and juicy, but the chips were kinda meh. The burger was really good and perfectly cooked (medium rare, obviously) and juicy. We didnt have room for dessert but the options looked good on the menu! Can't wait to come back!
