I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon, all by myself, hungry from traveling all day. What a friendly place. It was warm but breezy out so I decided to eat outside. Loud trucks aside, it was a good move (and the trucks added "character!) They make all of their beers and they have quite a selection. I even found a Belgian Triple! It was my lucky day. I ordered Mandarin Grilled chicken salad (I realized there were absolutely no mandarin oranges. Come to find out AFTERWARDS they're out of mandarins. The kitchen needs to wake up, even for a Sunday.) It was okay, the feta was definitely not fresh, likely prefab, but the chicken was really good. And the dressing (supposedly homemade) was a nice dipping sauce. I also ordered the Beer braised beef panini. It had horseradish inside. Really nice bread and cooked to perfection. And last, my server, Jordyn. She was friggin awesome. This is a nice brewery/pub with a decent-sized dining area, a full bar, a patio, and a private parking lot. The staff there is so very friendly. My server was awesome. She was very attentive, helpful, timely, and friendly. The restaurant serves you pub favorites, including wraps, chicken, soup, salads, pasta dishes, paninis, sandwiches, and burgers. They also have some savory signature cocktails. Be sure to check out their happy hour specials. The place was packed, but I was seated right away. The dining area has televisions to view places around the area. I wasn't really hungry, so I just took a gamble and ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower. It took about 8 minutes for my food to be prepared, and it was hot and fresh. I was very pleased with my order. To my surprise, the cauliflower was very tasty and flavorful. I highly recommend. I was in southern Indiana for a family funeral and stumbled into nigh for lunch. Great smaller craft brewery with a fantastic menu. I was in during the lunch rush but the lone gentleman behind the bar was attentive and made me feel welcome. As far as the ambience, light and refreshing, fairly trendy. The beers were good but the star of my lunch was absolutely "the beast" burger which is a wild boar, bison, elk, and wagyu patty. Easily top 3 burgers ive eaten. This was the only non-fast-food restaurant close to our hotel. It has more of a bar feel as you might expect, very clean and comfortable. The servers were friendly, and we did not have to wait long for our orders. My wife ordered the Voodoo Shrimp app but the Buffalo Shrimp was delivered. We sent back and it was corrected quickly. My Cubano sandwich was a bit different than traditional, but in a good way. However, the fries were room temp so I asked for hot fries which were delivered promptly without an attitude you sometimes get when you ask for what you're paying for. The soup of the day was pulled pork and hominy with Latin flavors - similar to pozole. I wasn't going to review, thus the partially eaten sandwich, but the Cubano was so good and the servers so understating and responsive, I decided to share our experience. read more

What a great experience we had at Nigh! The ambiance was very laid back and comfortable with games on the TVs and a very open layout. It wasn't overly noisy as some bars can be. Our server was attentive and checked in frequently to make sure we were ok. She had plenty of great recommendations and didn't hesitate to share her favorites. The best part was the food!!! I started with a flight of their brews and all 4 were outstanding. The Triple Lindy was a very tasty Belgian Tripel that had just the right amount of bite. The only complaint (if you can call it that) was that not all beers were listed and I didn't ask the server. Found out later there was a strawberry/pineapple sour that quickly became a new favorite. We started with Jalapeño poppers that had great flavor and the perfect crispy outer shell. Then the wings.... WOW!!! I had original buffalo and sweet chili and both flavors were seeing but not overpowering. Best yet was a subtle smoky flavor to the wing itself. It accented the sauces perfectly. The food here was amazing! Would 1000% come again. The beer and cocktails were good. I'm only docking them a star because the server seemed really busy training someone and we didn't feel like our table was important to them. They also forgot a couple of sauces we asked for or to tell the bartender no sugar on the rim of my cocktail. Nothing huge, but it's the details that matter sometimes. Chose this spot because it was Close to the hotel for dinner. Was nervous about a brewery because I am more of a liquor drinker but they offered Margaritas so it was all good. Geeze $10.00 for ONE glass of Margaritas and I felt this was a very aggressive price for ONE drink. I ordered the South Western egg rolls as my meal with a side salad. It was strange that the waitress asked if we wanted our salads out first. Each of us said yes but the salads came out after we received our entrees. Not very impressed. The egg rolls were doughy and not very good. Also, the floor was extremely sticky. There were multiple tables that weren't cleaned. Proximity to my hotel made Nigh Brewing an easy choice for dinner, and I am definitely glad I stopped in. I started off with a Nigh Southern Belle beer, which was a solid opening stanza given I hadn't yet decided which meal I'd be pairing it with. On the advice of my server I tried the Cubano sandwich ... it was delicious. I really liked the pepperoni slices they add to a traditional Cubano--an unexpected surprise but along with the nice crisp pickles it was perfect. I'd also be remiss to not compliment the service. My server was terrific and took the time to stop by multiple times to make sure I never had a dry glass. If you're ever in Indy and in need of a good meal in and nice clean restaurant, this gem out near the airport fits the bill. read more

I went here after a long day of travel. I was hungry and wanting something to satisfy my craving. This place was right next to my hotel so I thought to give it a try. When I got there I was seated immediately. After that service wasn't great. I took a while to get the drinks we ordered. The pretzels were amazing, but the beer cheese was okay. My mom and sister ordered Mac and cheese. When the Mac and cheese came out it was cold. We asked our server to make it again.when she came back the dishes were made new but still cold and flavorless. I got the pork tenderloin and onions pedals, but when it came out I wasn't satisfied. The onion pedals were cold and wasn't portioned well. The gave me very little. The pork tenderloin wasn't cooked fully and wasn't seasoned at all. Worst of all the pork tasted like seafood instead of pork. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. You are paying for things and not getting the quality food you wanted. read more

This is a fairly new restaurant in Plainfield. I heard this place has been newly renewed and new management and team. They have a boat load of menu options. They do have few vegetarian options and I liked the veggie wrap that I tried. They have an appetizer dish with cauliflower and it's a killer. I had the chance to try one piece from a friend who ordered that. The ambience is cool and average loud. There is parking in front of the restaurant. This restaurant is located in a small shopping center area where there is a lot of parking space. I do not know if they have outdoor seating. I didn't look for it. Good variety of Nigh as well as Brew Link beers along with cocktails. Went with the Oktoberfest, which was great for fall. Service was good. Present without being pushy. Brought some beer samples to help find the winning choice and gave recommendations when asked! Food was average. Went with the hot honey chicken sandwich and steak sandwich. Both were good but not mind blowing. Adequate parking lot surrounding Nigh, which is always a plus! I wish they would turn the TV's off unless there's a game or event...court tv was playing which just seemed kinda odd and didn't do anything to benefit the overall ambiance. Just one look at this picture, it's easy to see why this is a five-star review. This cheese board over delivered, we ended up taking half of it home with us. The service at the bar was fun & friendly on a Friday evening. Our server was chatting about different beers and brought over so many to sample because she seemed genuinely enthusiastic about them. My first time visiting here with friends and it did not disappoint - family friendly for one - something for the adults and kids. Parking is right out front and plenty of it. The service and food were great. Pricing is middle of the road and the portions are generous. Also had a specialty drink that was so good. There's also a good selection of tap beer. I do not drink beer so this is just about food and ambience. Visiting the area on business. We walked over from the hotel and they cleaned tables for a group of 8. The server was pleasant, attentive and somewhat speedy. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was pounded breast meat. It was huge but the bun too small. I also ordered the house salad without cheese and it was very good. It had lots of mixed fresh greens. Chopped tomatoes, cucumber and shredded carrots. The blue cheese dressing was chunky and delightful. Others had salmon, mac and cheese and the burger with waygu, bison, beef etc. He couldn't finish it! It was trivia night and a regular crowd?? Great for a sit down dinner if you are traveling. On another note there was a long blonde hair in my vodka/oj. I didn't complain but it is something that my whole table witnessed. Visited Nigh Brewing for the first time this past week! We had a pleasant experience. We got boneless chicken wings for an appetizer and loved them. We got them we honey chipotle sauce and they were delicious. Two of us got paninis and the other two got mac and cheese. We all really liked the food. The chicken that came with our main meals was a little chewy and I had to pull a lot of it off the sandwich. I will definitely be going back but I will probably not order anything that has chicken (except the boneless wings, they were SO good). Service was good but I could tell that only a couple people were working, so it was easy to be forgotten when it started getting busier. Looking for somewhere to eat after checking into our hotel and spotted this place right down the street. After driving all day we just wanted to grab something quick before crashing for the night. I ordered the house Nigh IPA and the mandarin cranberry salad With Caesar dressing. The IPA was darker that I am used to but tasted good. Not as citrusy as I prefer but ok. My salad was loaded with crunchy freshness and nice tender chunks of chicken. I appreciated that the dressing was on the side and came in 2 containers. Nothing like running out of dressing half way through your meal and having to try and get more. My husband got the beer braised beef poutine. It looked great! We visited Nigh Brewing on a Friday afternoon and sat at the bar. My husband and I were greeted promptly and given menus for food and beer. We had already eaten lunch and wanted to enjoy a good beer. We were invited to sample a couple, and we got the Stout, Cordially Yours and the Hefeweizen, Wizeguy. We really liked them both and would definitely recommend them. Do not be duped and think bc this us a brewpub your going to get some great food- i could have saved the expense & gone to McDonalds & was so disappointed bc it had been a long day of driving & really just needed a good dinner. The waffle fries just as dry & stiff without flavor, & the biggest rip off was a $5 side of a tiny cup of mac & cheese that was also somehow bland & insulting- my dogs weren't even excited about it, & that's saying a lot. Feeling bummed- a traveler's disappointment- im sure u may not notice if u just go in for the beer & food is just an aside. Dont order takeout! Hey have a Spicy marg-a-Rita gonna try next time. Had the buffalo cauliflower wrap with onion petals and Texas petal sauce just the right amount of spice. They have a speciality Mac & cheese entree menu comfort food at its finest. We also tried the fried buffalo chicken Mac and cheese very creamy with a little kick. Definitely coming back here soon.
