It's Burger King. You know their food, you know if you like it. Here's my experience: I used the mobile app to order, it was intuitive and convenient. The restaurant was well maintained. They completed the order quickly & the food tasted great (if you're in a Burger King kind of mood) but there was a minor accuracy issue with my order (I did a bunch of minor changes on my burger with sauces) and when I pointed it out they remade the order on the spot in like a minute with zero complaints. Great customer service; I hope the owners know what a gift they are. If you're doing a complex order take a minute to double check it, otherwise expect fast service, hot food, and a clean environment. read more

I ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich at the Kennewick Burger King on Canal Drive. The patty was about 2" by 2" and was so smothered in mayo it slid out of the bun. It was so gross I'll never go there again. For the price I paid they should have at least put a patty that was as big as the bun. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. After these employees couldn't even get 2 original whoppers correct when I went through the drive through I contacted support who offered me a $5 coupon for a future visit which doesn't even cover the cost of 1 of these. I told them they could've at least given me a coupon for a whopper and that they could keep the $5 coupon because after this I definitely won't be going back. Got 2 egg normous burrito meals and two French toast sticks meal for my family and it. Everything tasted great but whoever built the burritos didn't wrap them well at all. Stopped by for dinner and ordered a whopper with cheese. When I got my whopper and took one bite I noticed it didn't have cheese on it. Husband took it back to the counter and the girl handed him two slices of cheese to put on the whopper. She didn't reheat or remake the burger. Worst food I've ever had. I'm in the restaurant industry and it's really easy to tell when they haven't changed the fryer oil in way too long. Onion rings and cheese sticks taste like grease and cardboard, the whopper had some weird white cheese and a pound of mayo, and the chicken wrap wasn't even edible!! The chicken in the wrap was so old and shriveled, at this point I couldn't help but laugh and remember why I stopped eating at this location. Just came in the drive through with my family. We're all vegetarian and asked for no meat on anything. My husband got a egg and cheese burrito asked for NO MEAT. We get home and he bites into a HUGE chunk of bacon. This happens quite a bit as a vegetarian when you eat out, and each time i lose trust in a restaurant. I decided to call BK to let them know, and instead of being understanding I was just told they made the burrito without meat. I explained I don't even want free stuff, but we got a free burrito for next time anyways. I said we'll probably never even use it. As much as I love their motto, BK have it your way, today was an exception! I frequent this spot numerous times a week and spend on average $45 a week on lunch between 21/2 people. I asked a simple question, can they give me a price of a whopper with cheese and a large fry compared to the combo deal with a drink which I didn't care for. I gentleman taking my order was clearly not a customer service individual and was huffing and puffing like he was annoyed for a loyal patron to ask such a daunting task. Long story short, food was great but got no napkins or receipt. How am I going to do their short survey and correct them on their issues if I'm not handed a receipt. This restaurant was recently re-modeled. When I went there at 11.30 am on a Sunday morning there were only 2 over people in the restaurant. Only appeared to be 2 counter people, 1 at the window and the other on break. I finally ordered a breakfast croissant and was told that breakfast was over at 10.30. I left. If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up twice within 10 minutes of each other. They gave us the wrong order and when they "tried" to fix it, they made the sandwiches wrong again. When I called down to get the order fixed for a second time, the manager blamed my husband, saying he ordered the wrong burger the first time. When it was "fixed" they forgot the special request, and again blamed my husband for not letting them know. I will never eat there again. Honestly I love burger king but this was horrible the male working tonight was annoyed I had asked for two bottom buns becuase I'm allergic to the sesame seeds on the top ones( there employees showed me this) and then he went and locked the lobby so no one could get in creating a long drive thru lane(lobby wasn't supposed to be closed the other employee told him to unlock after laughing) and we're not even to the food yet. We get to the window and it's kinda Smokey becuase there fryer is smoking for reasons that looked like lack of cleaning the fryers! I find it hard to rate a chain as large as Burger King on their food because it is all teh same to me. But I find myself drawn to Burger Kings because they offer a decent indoor play place for my kids. And this play place in particular is usually EMPTY. So my kids can get their energy out while I eat some reliable food. Here was my problem so I went there Yesterday September 23 2017 around 2:30pm it was not busy with this place they forgot to put cheese on my burger so the guy did was just turned my burger over n just put cheese on n just not remake it n my wife chicken sandwich was totally over cooked it was really dry and the fries was cold when we got it and the lobby was so nasty. The burger king on George Washington way is not satisfactory on customer service or getting orders right. The last 2 times I have gone through the drive through they have gotten the orders wrong! I called them to tell them they forgot 2 orders of chicken nuggets and their only solution was for me to come during rush hour traffic to pick them up after I've already made it home.
