The Super Burrito with carnitas as the meat is both massive and scrumptious. A tiny bit on the pricey side but makes up for in a nice meal.

Customer service was good but the food I got was not worth it. I got the super burrito and they asked if I wanted everything before telling me all that it came with so I said yes but when I got home it was so bland. It was 95% meat and barely 5% of "everything". 1 piece of cut tomato on the top and bottom. It was dry and just not worth it. The tacos are generous in size and very reasonable in price. While their prices fluctuate depending on the market, today I got 8 tacos and a coca-cola for just around $20. Service is pretty quick in person. We usually call ahead before picking up though. You can also order online. Adjacent to their food truck is a covered dining area to help stave off the heat. Today I went out for lunch and ordered a burrito and when I was driving back to work I only had 30 min to spare so I was eating while driving back and second bite I took had a long hair and stopped eating it and called them and all she was was saying was ok ok ok ok because she didn't know how to speak English and she probably didn't know what I was saying. And another incident was the cashier who took my order added a tip on top of the order without me knowing and later that day I checked my bank statement and come across they added a tip. Tortillas not fresh and no jalapeño or other veggies on side. Green salsa is worthless...zero heat. To top it off, they overcharged me $3 and forgot to give me my drink until I insisted I ordered it. This place is awesome, and boy do I wish we had more places like this in Seattle. Service is super fast and friendly, you can eat there on the few covered tables or you can order out and consume a super burrito in your own bed with your fingers covered in salsa verde like the animal you are. I speak from experience. They have daily specials which is great and their adobada burrito is awesome! It is spicy, though, so if you can't deal then be warned. Lengua is yummy, too. You will feel like you just ate a brick afterwards, but you know what you're getting into. read more

I ordered an Asada Super Burrito through UBER Eats. Finally after much anticipation I took the first bite....but man it was gross. First bite was nothing but lettuce and tortilla. Brushed it off cuz I was freakin hungry, then second bite, same thing. Nothing but lettuce and tortilla. Third bite, fourth bite, fifth bite and finally some damn meat!!! The asada was well seasoned, but there were no tomatoes, no beans, no sour cream, no onion...the whole bottom half of this burrito was nothing but damn meat!!!! What the hell? lol I paid $8 for an Asada super burrito, but instead got one of the worst burritos I've ever had. It's like they gave me all of the left over ingredients towards the end of the day and just rolled it up into a stupid tortilla cylinder. If I do decide to give them a second chance, it'll have to be in person; make sure they're making Mexican food the way it's suppose to be. read more

Best taco truck in Tri Cities. Their Sopes are the BEST I have ever had and served beautifully. Tacos, best in town, hands down, no question. They grill their tortillas, and you can taste the difference. Food is ALWAYS fresh. I have never had food that was anything less than fresh and tasty. Just had their carnitas for the first time. Richland must be moving up in the world because in the last few years we've had a handful of taco trucks pop up. Tacos Super Uno is the third one, it is a charm, and we should all be thankful. Here you will find your traditional taco truck fare, and if you know me, I'm a taco truck frickin' master! I love me some good taco truck food. I've been here a few times and have dropped by for tortas (my fav), tacos (of course), and cocktail de camaron (a yummy shrimp cocktail!). But they also have many of your standards (burritos, tostadas, huaraches, sopes, etc.), but what peaks my curiosity are items which aren't your typical fare. They have Special Tortas (I think they have several types), and then there are sicronizadas (which sound intriguing). But from what I've tasted, the meats are cooked just right and professionally-seasoned. I've had lengua (tongue) & asada (beef) tortas and they've been super yummy. I do like their asada, but their lengua is succulent & juicy! These meets taste equally as good in their tacos. Call me a fan. They have your basic sodas, but also have horchata & Jarritos as well. There is quite a bit of seating/tables outside (and I hear there is talk of a roof coming up over the dining area. All in all, a nice & convenient addition to the taco truck scene! read more

I have sadly mixed feelings about this place. The food is good, and the prices are appealing - gotta love $1 taco Mondays! (Be forewarned, they often run out of adobada.) But despite how much we love the food, we've been really frustrated by the service. Their app/online ordering is inconsistent to the point of ridiculous; we once showed up after a 40-minute wait and were told our order had been canceled. No explanation, just "it was canceled". We had to re-order our food (and pay/wait for it twice), and it took several days for the online charge to be refunded. They often act very impatient here; if you ask questions, they seem annoyed, and if you hesitate while ordering, they'll shut the window. It's just really awkward. I understand the weather is often cold and the wind can be troublesome, but I've literally had the window shut on me when I paused between ordering one item and the next. Honestly, everyone should eat here at least once. The food is good. But the experience itself sucks. read more
