DO NOT ORDER AHEAD. On 12/12/25, and 1/3/26 we placed orders for over 75-100 wings hours in advance. Both times the restaurant has not had our order prepared. Both times were for a birthday. Today, 1/3/26 my husband went in for the order and the staff told him ordering ahead doesn't mean it will be ready at the selected time. They don't go in that order, but rather by walk-ins. For the $250ish we've spent in the last two weeks, it has been a giant let down for our very scheduled life. This will be our last time order in from here. We will switch to BWW instead. read more

I went into the store, the guy checked my order, and said "let me make that right." Rebagged the order and called me back up. I, in my haste, did not re-check my order. I got home and unpacked. I was still short a large ranch, but they gave me bone in wings. My order should have had 2 lg ranch, 15 boneless Chipotle rub, 15 hot honey boneless, 10 garlic parm boneless, and 10 hot honey bone in. What i got was 1 lg ranch 9 Garlic parm boneless 16 hot honey bone in 13 Chipotle rub boneless. That is 12 wings and a lg ranch short! AFTER being told it was corrected. I have had 4, consecutive incorrect orders. The last 3 i have called the store/manager directly. I have been offered nothing, no refund, no credit, nothing. I was told I can come in and get what was missed/incorrect.... but i live 25 minutes away, and they would not offer delivery or some other form like a credit. I am finished with WingStop at this point. Always late, always incorrect, never willing to make it right. Wingstop is one of our favorites. This time was different. The blue cheese sauces made in-house made my husband puke and "the other end" all day, so far. He missed work today and is sleeping right now. We went to our frig to look at the remaining containers of blue cheese, and it looks pressurized like they're gonna blow up. Soooooooooo Yummy and Perfect!!!! Right now, October 2022, Wingstop is at the top of their game. The Lemon Pepper seasoning was delicious. The Garlic Parmesan was a little on the rich side, but definitely buttery and cheesy, melt in your mouth. The Spicy Korean was my favorite. My husband really enjoyed the Hickory Smoked BBQ. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy and the meat so tender. My husband said his cheesy fries were the best he had. The restaurant was very crowded (Kennewick), but we ordered on line, so we got our order immediately. The on line website has improved so much and offers an option in editing, so you get the order JUST the way you want. I would like to suggest that WingStop invest in a higher quality of Parmesan and that they offer a Jack Daniels BBQ wing. BTW, proud of the Mariner's !!! read more

I would give it more of a medium hot, and their sauce is pretty much the generic hot wing sauce I could buy myself. Fries had good flavor but were not cooked quite long enough. I got blue cheese with my order. It was good, but had a different flavor, kind of like horseradish. No bad, but I think blue cheese purists might not like it. Overall, this place isn't too bad, but Hot Wingz on Columbia Center Boulevard tastes better, their fries are better cooked, and fries are refillable for free at Hot Wingz. This place has good mild wings not going to lie, but the way they deliver their fries is very sad. I didn't know they just put them in an uncovered plate and send them like that. I got cold, and saggy fries from here. I also asked them for tone ketchup and lets have into consideration that I had a plate of fries and 10 wings. They only sent me one package of ketchup and thankfully i had some more ketchup at home to use. And it's not to just make a big deal out of ketchup, it's because a good customer service is about giving at least enough sauce to AT LEAST put on all the wings. Honestly it's overrated, it's good wings for a fair price I'd say. Maybe it's they're sauces that don't really stand out to me, I'm a buffalo sauce type of guy but here it's not what it should be. Pizza Hut has a better buffalo flavor, also they're wings are crispy which is different not bad but just different. It's relatively small location so it feels like you're sharing your food with the random next to you. I'd be back to try different flavors although the Cajun sauce was delicious, I'd like to try a different side with my meal even though I'd say they have the best fries. read more
