We enjoy their sandwiches, we usually have condiments and sauces on the side so we can add what we want.

We love this place and order from here often. That Smokehouse Brisket is epic and the sauce is the best I've had.

Each dish is shared (except dessert, where we could each choose our own). Everything was delicious... superb! We've been to Italy a few times and what this restaurant offers reminded us of some of the best authentic Italian cuisine we had in Tuscany. The Dinner for Two menu changes every month, so this gives us a good excuse to return soon. Of course, we could also return sooner to try other options on the current Dinner for Two menu! They do have a full alla carte menu (Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Contorni and Dolci) in addition to the Dinner for Two menu. The prices on the menu may look a bit on the high side, but keep in mind that the listed prices include tax and... this is a big one... tips are optional (perhaps even discouraged)... how civilized! Highly recommended.

The Crispy Fish sandwich is to Arby's as the Original Chicken Sandwhich is to Popeyes- unless you hate fish. I was surprised by how good the Crispy Fish sandwich was. He's a no-nonsense type, but a pleasant professional without fail. But, if you have the misfortune of getting a craving for roast beef sandwich in the early morning, steer clear. I once waited 25 minutes one morning for two French Dip and Swisses, back when they had the 2 for $8 deal, and only got results when I got out of my car and went inside to seek out what was taking so long. When I tried ordering at the drive-thru, Saturday the 4th of July at around 4:10am, as I pulled in to the drive-thru to order. I was met with silence. As I was pulling in, I saw a small group of people standing by a white minivan in the parking lot nearest to the Arby's side of the Loves Truck Stop. Mind you, this small gathering was in full view of the U-shaped drive-thru pull-around, was in full view of the order speaker and pull-up window. I tried to get the attention of the person who should have been manning the drive-thru at the speaker, to no avail, pulled around to the drive-thru window and observed an empty kitchen area. As I pulled into a parking space nearest the entrance to the Arby's, to my surprise, saw what was clearly an Arby's employee walking from the small group near the white van in clear view of me pulling around the drive-thru lane towards the Arby's front entrance. When I went in to get said employee's name from his name tag, I confronted him about the situation on the whole. His explanation, his 'excuse' some would call it, was that he was "on my break." I work a 12 hour shift. My lunch time is when and where there is a lull in the chaos. I've been fired for vanishingly less than his performance that day. He's actively costing this location money. Scout late at night in downtown Pasco. Find the nearest junkie nodding out in an alleyway. I guarantee you, they'd make for a better employee.
