Normally I wouldn't write a review for a fast food chain but this particular location consistently takes 15+ minutes in the drive-thru no matter how small the order or how many cars are in line. If you order ahead online you still have to wait 10-15 minutes. This is one of the worst burger kings I've ever went to. The inside is pretty dirty as well, It knocks off a few pegs of your self esteem to eat this location. read more

Swung by here while passing through on a road trip. The building is set back from the street in the Walmart parking lot, so I didn't notice it at first. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was not a single person in the drive thru, so the order was quick start to finish. No complaints. read more

The entrance to the restaurant is filthy, the floor inside the restaurant is dirty, the soda machine is out of a couple of Coke flavors. While we were online to order, two different women reported that the ladies bathroom was filthy. No one was sent to clean it. At our order was filled correctly. read more

It's a Burger King. They aren't reinventing the burger, even though their ads want you to think that. It's a local employer of high school kids. Giving them a chance to earn the wisdom only learned. The food is hot, accurate and their bathrooms are clean. It seems most of the time I order through the drive through I am asked to park. This might be some kind of BK hack for the employees, but my good is always freshly cooked. But, if they are going to operate a car hop type business they should get roller skates. read more

I didn't get to eat lunch today because I decided it was a good idea to go to Burger King for lunch. I sat in the drive thru for my entire lunch break. There were only five cars in front of me. It doesn't quite match the picture on the menu, at least I think I ordered a BACON cheeseburger??? I literally ate half the burger before I even tasted bacon. It wasn't isolated either, my friend bought two and they were equally embarrassing. I know that in America you dont get what's in the advertisement but seriously, that's pretty bad. The service is horrible, I went through their drive thru like a month ago there was only two cars in front of me and it took them 40 min to be able to help those customers than when it was my turn it took them 20 min to give me my order and it was the wrong order, when I ask them to correct it it took them 20 more min and than when I got my money back she threw it at me and I wasn't able to get off the car to get my money cause I'm pregnant and I didn't have room to get off. Today I order with Uber eats and it took them an hour and a half to tell the driver that they did not have my order and than canceled on me. I don't understand why THIS particular Burger King's croissant sandwiches are flat as pancakes and always dry. It's as if they are made super early and stacked on top of each other. I get breakfast when I head home after my overnight shifts and when I get home I never have everything that I order. When I use the mobile app to place my orders I still have the same issue with not getting everything I order. I am originally from Pennsylvania and I thought my local Burger King was slow but this Burger King is beyond slow. My boyfriend and I went here for the $.50 ice cream cones and it took almost 15 minutes for someone to take our order in the drive thru and we had previously waited about 10 minutes while the other person in front of us didn't get service that whole time either. Finally when someone did take our order, they were rude and then it took ANOTHER 10 minutes to wait to get to the second window since the first one was closed and then 5 more minutes to actually get our very small ice cream cones. Honestly, I don't know why we waited in line that long just for ice cream that we could have gotten at McDonald's down the road for $1.00 more. I have been to this location at least three times, and on average I think I wait about 20 minutes in a drive thru with only 3-4 cars ahead of me. The most recent visit was especially awful. I got to the window and they had to ask which order was mine. Then another woman came to the window and asked me to pay and I had to tell her I already did. Then another guy came to the window assuming I got my food and asked what else I needed. Then they had to go back to figure out what I ordered and I sat right at the window for about 10 mins while they figured everything out. I thought I would try their four dollar deal for two croissant which small hashbrowns and coffee again. Huge mistake. I agree with the first reviewer. The only positives about this place are the playland and the man who does the cleaning. He works harder and faster than any fast food employee I have ever seen, in fact any employee I have seen in a long time. The service is slow (usually due to under staffing), I used to go through the drive-through on my way home, but have stopped because the orders were frequently wrong -- and always in their favor, items missing, ingredients not added (like no cheese on a cheeseburger). Once for a 2-for-1 special I ordered 2 Whoppers. When I got home, I found that neither one had anything except bread and meat. As an aside, I think Burger King must have a corporate policy for their franchises to use ALL parts of EVERY tomato, even if they are green and hard on the inside. Yuck! read more
