Don't waste your time and money here, go to McDonald's across the street or Chicken Fiesta. I walked in and stood there for long enough to realize this place was terrible and I should leave. My wife and I stopped at this Wendy's on our way up to Maryland from North Carolina. We ordered a large Dave's double combo and a single classic chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. They charged us $19.18. Wow. They wouldn't give us a receipt. There is no way our order could have cost that much. I hope Wendy's corporate keeps an eye on this store. In my opinion, based on our experience, they may be overcharging customers. On a positive note, the food was hot and tasted good. read more

Service is horrible, if you need a remake, they WILL GIVE you the same food back, and literally throw anything you have fried back in the grease. I say avoid coming here all together. I'd rather lick sand off the bottom of someone's foot than to ever eat here again! read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's! You're better off going to McDonald's next door to get your food. They are extremely slow at this location and they don't practice Covid-19 measures. The lady at the window was eatting, took her fingers to wipe the corner of her mouth and had her mask around her neck. After waiting for 10 minutes at the window I asked for the manager and declined the food due to the lady eatting and putting her hands in my bag to check for items before passing me the bag. Horrible customer service. Served my food with an attitude after getting the order wrong TWICE. Then proceeded to argue with me about sending food back through the window so that they can throw it away. 0/10 definitely do not recommend. I don't even mean to seem like a Karen, but after so many attempts at this establishment tonight I've had enough. These people are absolutely ridiculous. I was given a sandwich that had been sitting for God knows how long. I brought it back and they said they would remake. Less than a minute later the manager comes back out, fries still cold, meat fried hard and was so soggy/had been sitting so long the breading of the meat was yellow. I gave it back and the manager had THEEEEE MOST disgusting attitude. He asked if I wanted a refund or remake after snatching the bag back and jerking the door around. I settled for yet another remake ... after the third time I just gave up, because why did they bring me out yet more cold fries and another sandwich that was already cooked, but they had dropped in the grease to appear it was fresh. I look at the sandwich again, it's fried so hard it tastes burnt AND there's cheese specs on my sandwich. The #4 doesn't even come with cheese! I just gave up and gave the food to my dog. Do not come here. Everyone that works here uses this place as a hang out. Chilling all over the lobby, clothes everywhere. They'll ignore you too. Sick of it. I give up. Trifling. read more

This was the worst example of run down that I've ever seen. One bathroom's light was out and the toilet paper holder was hanging open. I went to the next bathroom as an employee was exiting -- she knew about the light but was nonplussed. The bathroom she exited was dirty beyond words. Not wearing masks in the drive thru; don't know about the other employees inside, especially the cooks. The food was awful; fries were old, cold and tough, and the burger didn't task any better (4 for $4 meal). I had to ask for my purchase receipt after not finding it in my food bag and it took "FOREVER." Each time I go to this particular Wendy's site, lately, I've been disappointed (food tastes like it's been under the heat lamp all day and it was around 5:30 pm). I'll take my chances at McDonald's across the street the next time I feel like fast food. Their lines may be longer, but at least the food quality is better. The food quality at not only this particular restaurant is lacking, but it seems that Wendy's food quality in general has been going down more and more since the pandemic; food and service. The staff that work here are always so fast and efficient. Because I have a limited lunch period I always order ahead, and they get it right, every time and on time!! They may be moving fast but are always willing to accommodate to whatever I need. Awesome! read more

Takes forever to take your order then wait 15 minutes to finish the order in front of you. I guess they go out back and slaughter the cow then process it to finally cook it all along with the guy digging up the potatoes to cut up and cook them. And they want $15.00 an hour. read more

Went here tonight and I just felt compelled to write a review. The food is decent. Par for the Wendy's course. However, the service. Oh hell, the service! Painstakingly slow! There wasn't anyone else in the store either so that made it worse. It just doesn't seem like they have their shhhakes together! This Wendy's is better than some I have been to. Never had them mess up my order. Very accurate, and quick service. I normally eat there right after lunch hour because I know they will get swamped between 11:00 until 1:00. I give them a four because anytime I have a coupon the Manager always have to be called first to complete the transaction. read more

I sent my husband to your establishment to purchase the new Tuscan chicken on Ciabatta, we used a buy one get one free coupon. my husband ordered the spicy chicken for himself which was done pretty quickly, he ordered the home-style chicken for me which had to be cooked, so there was a little wait. When my husband arrived home about 10-15 minutes later we sat down to eat our sandwich's after the second bite of my sandwich I began to get nauseous, I immediately spit the food out and checked my sandwich, to my surprise I was eating raw chicken! I was more than shocked and disgusted to say the least. I called the restaurant and explained what happened, after being informed by the manager on how the chicken is cooked I was asked to bring the sandwich back in for them to see. I drove back to the restaurant sandwich in hand and ask to see the manager, There was a woman manager who scowled " what do you need?" as if I had ruined her night somehow by simply showing up. I told her my issue and she didn't bother to look at the sandwich she quickly swiped the sandwich off of the counter and asked me did I want another one I told her that I did not want any more food from them due to nausea, at that moment another manager walked in I learned that he was the manager I had spoken with on the phone. He immediately apologized for the raw food as well as the inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant. He then refunded my money, I explained to him that this was the 3rd time at this particular Wendy's that I've received raw chicken,I then asked him for the number to the corporate office he handed me a receipt with a 1-888 number on the back as well as the tell Wendy website. I left very sick and disappointed rightfully so!. I was just about to pull away when the male manager approached my vehicle and asked if I wanted the number for the District/General manager I wrote the numbers down, and could only reach the general manager. I explained everything to her she then asked what could she do to appease me, I asked her what they normally do for customers that they have served raw chicken to.Her reply was that they don't usually serve raw chicken. I told her this was the third time she then apologized and said that protocol was to offer me more food and a refund and then write the managers up for the incident. I explained that while that was all fine where does that leave me ? sick and vomiting and a possible trip to the ER. It seems to me that something more should be done, I don't know what exactly but compensation in some form should be given as I am the on sitting here at home sick now. She ended the call by apologizing again and she told that if I went to the ER to send them a copy of the bill. read more
