Have ordered from here 3 different times months apart and each time they've forgotten an item. Whether it's nuggets, a burger, etc. not really small stuff (will put sauce in for the nuggets then not put the nuggets). Always have been small orders too, nothing wild. It's quite upsetting. read more

We went through the drive through and ordered 3 breakfast meals. My husband and I both looked at the screen and everything was on it. Total came to $18 something. We paid with a $20 and was givin our $1 and change back. NO RECEIPT. The lady at the window gave us a bag. My husband checked it. His burrito and my kids french toast sticks were there. My ham, egg, and cheese meal was not. We sat for a few mins and the woman asked us to pull up to wait for coffee. I reminded her of my meal missing. She said "we have it. We are keeping it warm.." Ok, why? Why not put it in the bag? So a young woman came out to give us our coffees 10 mins later and I also remind her. Then another young person come out to ask about the situation and I explained. They then said, "What is in his lap?" (Refering to the half wrapped burrito in my husbands lap that I unwrapped to show them) Basically accusing us of having the food because we didn't have a receipt that THEY didn't give us. They continued to ARGUE that all the drive through food had been handed out and they are "trying to figure out what happened to it". After waiting another 10 mins, my husband went inside to either get the food or our money back for that one missing meal, the They person flew up their arms in annoyance and accusation while the other poor lady just gave us a bag of food. One meal in the bag wasn't even ours. So basically THEY make mistakes and blame the customers. It is a franchise and I'll be messaging the owners too. Young and entitled kids running a restaurant with no social skills or understanding of customer service. read more

Watch out on the menu or you might end up with the wrong sandwich, like we just did. Several sandwiches have nearly identical names, like the chicken sandwiches all called Royal Chicken something or other with another descriptor. Ok, Italian Royal Chicken is not the same as Deluxe Royal Chicken. The sandwich itself was okay but it was not at all what I was trying to order. No mozzarella and marinara. Dumb menu names. I don't think I want to fight through it again. read more

We just moved back out in richmond because we moved in 2002 to sterling heights and moved back and I no this burgerKing is new because it wasn't always here. I ordered a Double Whopper combo there yesterday on my way back from meeting with friends through the drive thru. The staff on screen and at the register did fine. My food order was right. Got plenty of napkins and otherwise average service (nothing spectacular nor noteworthy on the negative). As for food, the burger tasted fine. I asked for cheese, extra mayo and ketchup, and no onion, but asked for onion rings instead of fries (I like cooked, not raw onions, in case anyone is curious). The burger was warm, the onion rings were very cool (like they sat there for awhile before I got them-not even lukewarm) and the pop tasted more carbonated than sweet as if they were getting low on the syrup. Certainly not worth the $10+ I spent for the regular sized meal. Sides should not be sitting out that long. I would not be opposed to going back there if I was visiting friends and needed a quick bite, but would reconsider if the pop and sides were sub par a second time. I could always order ahead at Hamlin Pub or Knapps right in the area. read more

Brought 3 Tacos threw them all away. Worse tacos ever, so much grease and no flavor. Burger King stick to burgers. Ugh

This restaurants website claims they are open until 11 pm. Yet two nights in a row I've gone there and they've closed early. One night at 10:09 pm and another at 9:15 pm (the very next night). This is unacceptable. Either update your hours on your site/app or staff appropriately. read more

This location is horrible. I understand that the hours may have changed but nothing is listed online to reflect that change. On multiple occasions I have arrived around 9pm (online its open till 11-as well at stated on the window) only to be turned away for service. They are closed, no other information given. My most recent trip I arrived at 8:40pm knowing they probably would close at 9. I pulled up to 4 cars ahead of me waiting to pick up food, and I was told miraculously that their system was down and they couldn't take my order. Made sense that they didn't want to take any more orders that close to 9 I suppose. Since this location doesn't care to actually make money and the staff working would rather turn people away, I will find somewhere else to spend my money and make sure I let everyone I speak to know just how poorly this location is ran. read more
