Super sweet and attentive even though they were overwhelmed by a malfunctioning broiler - food was hot and fresh and still pretty fast!

They would not serve me at the counter because they were shorthanded, even though I saw the counter woman give a customer food that he had ordered at the counter. I told her I wanted my food to go but she said I still had to go to the drive thru. So, I went to the drive thru. I ordered a rootbeer and she said they only had diet soda and nothing else to drink. Shorthanded and nothing but diet soda to drink. They should be closed if they can't serve the public. I won't be coming back. read more

I had my order door dashed to me and I didnt get all of it, while that's usually not a problem the current phone number would not connect. The burger was also dry like it had timed out way before I got it. So I'm not really happy about the service today. read more

If you don't have at least 30 min wait time you more you mite want to go somewhere else. Slowest service I have ever had for a fast food establishment. After waiting 10 min. No wait line nobody in front or behind me still hadn't even taken my money or got the food, I finally just drove off. Won't ever go there again. Sucks!! read more

This is the absolute worst resturant in all of riverton I have never come here when th order was not wrong the service was not rude or they were not out of something. I am not sure how the stay in business. I just ordered double cheese burger the cheese had mold on it and it was still frozen when I called them the told me not to be a baby and eat it they are rotten horrible people read more

After a year of not going to this Burger King we decided to give a try again and as before it was horrible. My chicken sandwich was way way over cooked and jalapeño bits where way over cooked as well and do they not put sauce on your whoppers anymore? Cashier removed her mask to wipe snot off her nose and then touch people's orders with a glistening trail of snot and sweat on her arm. That was about enough for me but then I looked in the kitchen where the line cook's ENTIRE ass crack was completely exposed. Saw him go to unsuccessfully hike up his pants and it appeared his knuckles rubbed along his crack. Went right back to cooking orders. I wish I was making this up. Customers have to ask for a table to be cleaned so they can sit. Every single table is disgusting, which makes no sense because hardly anyone would eat in here and it's 9 in the morning. That suggests they haven't been wiped down in multiple days. And the floor is so gross I want to wash my shoes when I get home... I'm not joking it's that bad read more

Ugh. If we didn't have to stop on our way through, we would have avoided it. Restaurant is poorly maintained, the bench seat was wobbly and the paint on the walls was cracked and badly patched. The eating area was dirty, the soda machines needed service and was a mess of liquid and debris. And the restaurant was freezing cold. The counter service person was horrid. Sloppily dressed, sneezed into his arm, took our order, handled money, THEN bagged people's food! We asked for drink lids, he brought them out with all this griminess. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. They are so slow!!!! You have to sit in drive thru wait for everyone else to get their order then they finally take yours. It's ridiculous!!!'
