The reason for the 4 star is because the steak I had could have been seasoned better with more of a char being cooked rare, a good crust is a must. My wife's sea bass was kind of sitting in a liquid which made it a little more soggy but still good. I'd recommend giving it a try and if we weren't from out of town, we'd go back.
