Ordered 2 bfast sandwiches and an order of hashbrowns. Paid the $8+ bill, got my food, drove off, got home, no hashbrowns. Called the store, told the manager I was missing my hashbrowns. He asked for my order number. I was not given a receipt. He said unless a customer asks, no receipts are being given out any longer. I told him I didn't see a sign for that. He said I wasn't going to see a sign. He did search back 30 minutes for my order and found it. Said I could drive the 30 minutes back with my sandwiches and get a full refund or get my missing hashbrowns. I told him the gas and time I would use made that unfeasible. He asked what I wanted him to do. I told him to give me more options. There were no cars in front or behind me to them have given my hashbrowns to accidentally. He didn't have any. I asked if he could send me an email stating they owed me a free hashbrown, He said that could work, took my name down. I asked if he wanted my email address, he said no, he would post my name on the wall for his team to see. Note: NOT what I asked for. Even if he could have emailed me a coupon for a free hashbrown would have been fine. I'm amazed he had no options but me returning to the store. This store is rated at 2/5 today and I can see why. The manager implied I was lying or it was my fault things went wrong. No accountability or apology ever from him. I hope they honor my free hashbro wns next time I'm out that way. I'll try to make that soon. Learned my lesson, 1) ALWAYS ask for a receipt, 2) ALWAYS check your order before driving 1 inch away. Okay it is fast food so you know it is not 5 star. But the whooper is good. I get the junior which is a good size for me. Spouse gets the double. The fries are tasty and today I'm trying the iced mocha coffee. Lots of cars in the parking lot. It's a Burger King so ambiance is not something to write about. There's a pretty tree out front. How not to win friends and influence people. Two days ago I stopped in. Ordered 2 Whopper Junior w/cheese + small fries. $7.07 I extracted bills from my purse. I laid 5+1+1 on the counter close to me. As I was digging out 7¢, the gal reached clear across the counter to grab the bills. (Excuse me?) I gave her an additional 7¢. Can I get a name for this order? Kimberly A few minutes later, someone comes out from the kitchen asking, Kim? Apparently she took it on her own to change my name to Kim. Two things wrong here: 1. She snatched the bills before I was ready to give them to her. 2. Taking liberties with my name. Is typing Kimberly actually that much more difficult than typing Kim? 5pm on a Tuesday. Staff members outnumber customers 5:1. The dining room is filthy. If this was my house, I'd be embarrassed to have people over. They have the fancy Coke machines that dispense hundreds of flavors. But, they are covered with dripping soda and a mess. Food crumbs on the tables, floors, and seats. The floors are really sticky too. There's a managers meeting going on in the back of the restaurant right now. How about they stop talking and start cleaning. The food was ok. This place is the worst.. I have given them three chances to get it together and they can't seem to do so. Tonight as the last straw! I ordered my combo after getting off work. The young lady gives me my order and then I ask about my drink she never gave me as if I was bothering her. I go to drive off as I check my order I had to turn around because they give me the wrong drink. Then as I pull back off im eating on lukewarm fries. Do not go here in you are trying to social distance. I made the mistake of going into the lobby since the drive thru line was extremely long. Upon entering I noticed two teenage females entering through the "Exit" only doors (marked for social distancing). That was my first sign that I should have turned around. I was also the only one in the restaurant that had a mask on. There was an employee in the lobby near the front of the line and was having a conversation with what appeared to be a customer. No masks and no six feet apart. Children were running around almost tripping me at one point. Employee on register was wearing a mask below his nose and mouth. This was all I needed to know this establishment is not concerned about the public's health. I turned around and left immediately, not bothering to order. I will not be back! read more

This place works hard for this 1 star rating! Went in the drive through for a large Coca-Cola. Waiting behind someone having a 10 minute conversation with the lady at the window. I'm looking at the order screen and nothing is behind added to this guy's order the entire time. They were just recalling old times apparently...When I finally get to the window I was provided a large drink entirely full of ice and hardly any Coke...Also was provided no straw...I returned to BK to get a refill. Doing breakfast at Burger King Williamsburg Rd. I figured with the parking lot being empty this would be a perfect place to do breakfast and use wifi. I was right it was quiet and only one other customer dining in. When I ordered I figured that'll take minutes. Not the case, there was only one guy on the grill and 3 cashiers including a manager, manning the front end. Two manning the drive-thru and the other casually assisting the walk-in customers. The guy on the grill was doing the best he could with no help. A customer waiting before me had been waiting about 10 minutes and had to ask what was taking so long. He noticed that they were serving the drive-thru before the walk-in customers. My order finally came up but of course my sandwiches were sitting waiting for the hash browns which had me end up with cold sandwiches. Nothing worst than cold eggs, especially cold fake eggs. I chose not to return the food. Sometimes it's best to just leave a review and hope it gets to the right people. Burger King Williamsburg Rd just completed a complete renovation. I wonder did they look at making customer experience better during that renovation. This location was never a good place as far as the customer service. The staff changed but the customer experience is still the worst. Hopefully it'll get better, especially since they've invested so much to the look of the building. It'll take hiring good people and paying then enough to make it worthwhile to come to work. Evidently they are understaffed to have one person on grill. Not a good look and that could account for such a small clientele for breakfast. Not certain if I'll be back anytime soon, but I may come back in few months to see if they've improved. Hopefully my next review will be a good review. We will see. read more

I love a good ole whopper from time to time. I will not be getting one here EVER again. The last 3 times I have gone here I have had issues. One time I went in only to have a simple to go order take over 30 minutes to get. The last time I went through the drive thru and they got my whole order wrong. I have been working night shift (10pm - 6:30am) for a year at a food manufacturing facility within 3 miles of this Burger King. More often than not this business closes anywhere from one hour to 40 minutes early just about every weeknight. When I called to ask why they closed so early I was told they were not closed by the young girl who answered. I was in the drive thru speaker and waited for 5 mins for someone to take my order. I then pulled around to the pickup window and blew my car horn several times to get someones attention. A man in a black baseball cap blatently ignored me and put something on the counter and then turned around and walked back into the back of the store. I whole time i was beepong my horn trying to get service. This upset me. I then pulled up to the front glass windows and blew my hour for a solid minute to get the young girls attention. She to ignored me. I know she heard me because see cut her eyes in my direction but continued to ignore. There is no question that both of the employees where ignoring me. This business has closed early every time save, 2 out of 50 times. My co-workers know this to be true and don't bother patronizing this BK anymore as they think it's a joke. Store hours ledger at the door states they are open till 1:00 am. Obviously the night employees don't want to work their scheduled time and close the business early. I pity the owners of this BK because there workers (mostly kids) at night are giving there business away to the Wendy's down the street. read more

I have been seeing the ads for the grilled hot dogs for so long I finally decided to try them. I ordered the classic and the chili cheese dog. I figured priced at $2 for the classic and $3 for the chili dog these were going to be great. Hardly. They are packaged in a flimsy cardboard "boat" then put in a paper sleeve. When stacked in the bag the toppings stick to the inside of the sleeve. Taking them out of the package I was disappointed to see these were the skinniest hot dogs. They had grill marks on them but I did not detect and grill flavor. The chili also had beans in it. I've never had hot dog chili with beans in it and I never will again. Save your money, if you want a good hot dog go to Hardee's. read more
