got cussed up by one of their employees they told me that I was hostile when I simply came in there and explained to them that they messed up my cheeseburger I had to leave work and all of my employees just to drive back to replace my cheeseburger for my inconvenience. I told them that I was not gonna give the other cheeseburger back due to the fact that I was inconvenienced drastically. After talking back-and-forth with them, they also refuse to refund my money even though I had a receipt their policy states you have to either have a receipt or give the food back. I have never had a good experience at this location and they made it feel very hostile to be in there. read more

The service was absolutely horrible. One employee was walking around with a broom and a dust pan all because she was about to leave, with a line of people in the lobby. Tried to complain about it to the manager and they made up excuses about why we were waiting so long. We waited for a solid 15-20 minutes. Pretty good for fast food. Recently remodeled and the facilities are nice. The employees are friendly and courteous.

I have eaten here off and on for over 2 years and it's always disappointing. They are almost always out of menu items or drinks (especially coke) and their service is incredibly slow. I have NEVER received an order that was correct. If you eat here check your food before driving away. Ask for no cheese? There's probably extra cheese. Ask for an extra order of fries? Probably not in the bag. All of this doesn't stop me from going back, I just know to be diligent and ask them to correct my order when it's wrong. To give them some credit they've always fixed it but it's better to get it right the first time. It's fast food not sloppy food. The employees are nice, I'm sure they were just probably poorly trained/managed. Nothing is wrong with the food, just be diligent when ordering. read more
