Not sure why the low reviews, we stopped in for a quick meal and were greeted in a friendly manner; our food was ready quickly and tasted good. No problems at all. The dining room was clean, soda machine worked fine. Not sure what isn't to like. read more

Every time We go there, the drive-through is always a negative experience, they either get things wrong or they are always trying to rush you. For the price (which they seem high) it is much better to go to Wendy's or McDonald's, if nothing else the associates at those two places are much kinder to the customer. Twice now, I have received charred / burnt product from this location. October 30, 2020 I ordered through the drive thru and it was not until I arrived home that I discovered how charred the whopper was - see photo. I called the resturant asking for the manager. A young man who would not give his name said that he was the manager even after I asked twice. Knowing this was a dead end, I submitted a photo and info on the visit to the corporate website and never heard back. November 19, 2020 need a quick lunch, I again went through the drive thru and ordered a hamburger - yup, this one was burnt also - see photo. Needing to stop to get a quick bite to eat before we were back on our way we decided to come here. For the most part it is a fast food restaurant so we weren't expecting much. It's a newer BK location, so they have that going for them. It's a decent size and relatively clean. What it lacks here is customer service. From the appearance of things a majority of the staff are high school or college kids. Yeah, they do their job, but with about as much enthusiasm as a sloth crossing a road. And they don't do their job correctly either. Items were forgotten and orders not right. I didn't want cheese and I still had it on my sandwich, I asked for no tomato and ketchup, both on the sandwich. As for condiments, it was weird, you had to ask for them and only got the minimal amount they would hand out. I am glad that I don't live in this area, because I wouldn't venture here often if I lived nearby. read more

I'll start out on a positive note. The chicken nuggets were great and hot. However I could not wear a mask into the door because of my asthma and immediately was yelled at for not having a mask on. That would've been OK except three people behind the counter did not have a mask on either. The boy that took my order and was putting food together kept wiping his hands through his hair to keep it out of his face. Why should I wear a mask in those situations. I was hungry so I decided to get Burger King. i was going to go to KFC, but I thought I'd give Burger King a go instead (should've gone with KFC). They wrapped by chicken sandwich horribly and had sauce all over the wrapper, my lettuce was barely on my sandwich and the bun was kinda soggy due to the abnormal amount of sauce. the fries were horrible as usual, but that's to be expected. Just got my lunch from here I ordered the new XL king, and both burger patties were burnt to a crisp, and unfortunately this was supposed to be my lunch but by the time I had completely ripped the burger apart trying to salvage what I could I was left with two small pieces of the center, and a pile of soggy bread. So now I'm left with 5 hours of work left No lunch, I should call and complain to a district manager, because it's not like these are $2 burgers I got the burger and a drink for $9.52 and I couldn't even eat it and can't go back up there to replace it because my lunch is almost over!!! By far the worse 2 whopper sandwiches I have ever gotten from Burger King. The order was completely wrong. Asked for one with no onion extra pickle the other regular. Marked on the wrapper was as I ordered. I got instead one with extra onion no pickle. The other unmarked wrapper (regular) had no pickle and no onion. The bottom bun was hard as a rock around the edges and the top was old and brittle. This was a to go order and though I should of brought it back wasn't worth the trouble. read more

This place has the most incompetent managers and employees known to man. If you order from drive thru ALWAYS check your order! My wife asked for a Whopper with extra pickles and ketchup ONLY! The order was repeated, the ticket stated the same drove the 9 miles home only to get a Whopper with a fully loaded salad on it drenched in mayo and I mean saturated! I am allergic to tomato's and was told to order taker. They wanted us to drive the 27 total miles combined trips for their incompentency. They were also very rude on the phone. Most BKs serve the same items, but that's not why I decided to review this one. While traveling, we stopped at lunch time, on a Saturday and they were completely out of a few regular menu items. Plus, the dining room definitely needed a good cleaning. I find this to be a serious management issue. Someone is not ordering enough supplies and they are not getting their employees to maintain the dining room more than once a day. It was not busy at all and now I know why. Hope they correct all of this and soon. read more

I went there with my son and we both have a coupon. Manager said only one is allowed. I said the coupon said one per customer. Is my son not a customer . She just said sorry we can't take it. I left to go to Wendy's. Like seriously I was just behind an older couple and they each used a coupon. What difference does it make if my son is only 11. Geez. read more

Not bad, not outstanding. Good is the best term for the freshness, quality, speed and staff. There is just something lacking that I can't put my finger on. It may be the fact that it is Burger King. Not 100% sure. read more

We stopped for a quick breakfast on November 24 our drive to Morgantown, WV. The food was alright but the staff sure were in no hurry.

I've never had a problem with the food, however, the other day was the first time I ate in the actual restaurant. Inside is very dirty and outdated. The beverage machine had drinks splashed all over it (not clean and kept up with) dirty, sticky floors, crumbs on the table, numerous Burger King crowns scattered all over the tables and floor. the one star is giving it way to much credit - It was the most horrible meal I ever had. ordered a hamburger small fries and a small coke, also, a grilled chicken sandwich medium fries and coke meal- The hamburger was the size of a 50c piece - Krystal's used to give bigger burgers, not to mention it was squished like someone sat on it .. the Chicken sandwich was like burnt rubber it was charred on the edges and rubbery in the middle obviously nuked to death, so to cover it up they added a huge glob of mayonnaise and the butt end of a tomato the lettuce was as if it had been soaked in salad fresh and had a bitter after taste- as for the fries they were covered in so much salt I would have done better by ordering a salt lick for cows - These fast food chains should be ashamed to serve this quality food to the public and the public should avoid these chains until they improve. as for me NEVER again- for 14.95 I could have bought something and cooked it much better read more
