When you make a complaint about your order to the provided email/number you get no response. I have a feeling it is because the owner lacks the ability to read. I will say this... the food is of pretty good quality for a McDonalds. I am slightly fed up with this McDonalds however. I go there at least once a day (I am an athlete, I can afford it!) and they consistently get my order wrong. Problem is, I am usually in a rush to get to work that I do not realize until later. Now I don't know about you guys but I would pin this on the business. It is their responsibility to have the order right for the customer. There is just no way the quarter pounder was cooked when you order them, my quarter pounder was served in about two minutes, takes longer than that to cook a hamburger. The girl taking the order and the girl serving the food we're not very attentive, they were kind of rude. I had to knock on the service window to get my receipt. The slowest fast food place I have ever been to. People were rude, we only ordered 2 drinks and they couldn't handle that. They were understaffed as admitted by their shift manager which then makes for a stressful situation with the employees. Couldn't keep track of the drive through traffic. Had no idea who was where. Didn't rotate between the 2 lanes. 6 employees to run a store that was getting crushed. It was our 2nd time there. Our first time was during the day. Staff had excellent customer service skills and attentive to the customer's needs. Went above and beyond. But their evening staff needs more staffing and better customer service skills. Additionally, their drive through mic kept cutting out. So I suggest the owners look into that. I would also secret shop your business at night through your drive through to see what we experienced. This location was completely torn down and rebuilt. It opened August 2016. Now the restaurant is stylish, modern and sophisticated, it even includes a charging station for electronics. The kitchen area is more spacious, there's a separate corridor by the drive-thru where the McCafes are made. Drive-thru is much more efficient. Rebuilding improved their service greatly. Many new employees were hired and I can see a difference. They are very friendly, fast and attentive. On my recent visit inside, the cashier was sweet and personable, my McCafe was perfect, and the food was correctly built and fresh. On two separate visits thru drive-thru, employees at both windows were friendly and personable and the food was fresh and hot, with napkins included (that's a big improvement.) I'm very happy with their service all around! Great place to eat and bring the family. Disregard any former reviews on here because they no longer apply to this new and improved location. :) read more

This McDonalds is awful. For one, it's terribly outdated and dirty. The drive thru is always horrendous and takes forever and a day to get through it. The buns are always stale and the fries are undercooked. The employees are miserable and have cocky attitudes. One day I was brave enough to eat inside, and directly under my table was a family of ants eating French fries that fell on the floor that no one bothered to clean up. This place was rebuilt a few months ago. Yes it looks alot better & it now has two drive thru ordering stations which is nice. Food is ok. However, since being rebuilt, it has been having quite a few issues. The last four times (in a row) that i have gone there, something has been wrong. The first time i went i ordered orange juice along with a breakfast meal, paid, went to the pickup window & saw two workers looking at a half filled cup of orange juice, looked at me & said i needed to order a different drink because the orange juice machine isn't working. The second time i went i ordered an ice tea & was told they were out of tea, the third time my boyfriend was with me, we ordered meals and drinks, got to the pickup window and the lady handed us two cups of ice and two cans of soda because their soda machine was down... then the last time i went was last night. I ordered two of the pumpkin spice lattes, was told the latte machine was down..so i ordered a decaf coffee and a caramel frappe. I paid, went to pick up was given two drinks, as i pulled away from the window i realized my coffee was cold, and the caramel frappe was actually vanilla. So i got my receipt and went inside. There were two girls at the two registers, one was helping another customer so i walked up to the other one and politely said " i just ordered through the drive thru, this frappe was supposed to be caramel & my coffee is cold"...the girl looked at me, took the two drinks to the back, came back to her register & just stood in front of us. The girl at the other register asked her if she took care of us and she said yes.. confused because she never said a word to us, i looked at her and said "so...am i getting a refund or are our drinks getting remade?" She looked at me and said "they're making them now"..so i went to the pick up area and waited. While there, a woman who had been dining in, brought up a burger that was made wrong and an older lady brought up a tea that was'nt right. I know to some, this might seem like nickpicking, but it's highly frustraing when everytime you go, something isn't working or something goes wrong with your order. This is a brand new place, with new equipment, why are their drink machines already not working? Why is it, when i go in to get two drinks fixed, i get treated like i am an annoyance... i understand this is a fast food place and you shouldnt expect too much, BUT i am paying money for what i am ordering.
