We ordered online, we ordered chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce. They gave us mozzarella sticks and no sauce. My husband went back and they apologized and gave us another order of chicken fries with sauce. He got home and it was mozzarella sticks again. Wth. No rating for this. I've been in small towns with better BKs but have also been to Nola with awful & extremely slow ones. This one seems fine to me. And the food portions or menu items quality going down from 5-10 years ago that people complain about on here is not controllable by the employees. Fast food industry in general is more expensive for less, especially after 2020. I've never had an issue with any employees here & my food is always fast but I also avoid going during peak hours like kids getting out of school at 4pm. Food is always hot or at least warm. One of the reasons I choose here over local Wendy's. Also, I'm vegetarian, so the Impossible Whopper & onion rings = a great option for me if I'm not feeling like a salad. Also, the Large drink size here is Larger than other fast food places in my opinion. I prefer this BK over the one on Gause. read more

No one was responding at the drive thru, can't rate the food bc we couldn't order it so...

We went to this place at 8 pm. Terrible service. Rude manger and cashier. Can't even say thank you nor your welcome. And if u ask for straw or even for missing items on your order good luck. Our orders where wrong, forgot the cheese and the manger forgot about our chicken nuggets and was on the phone and walking around. Overall not a place to eat if your passing through. This store has made a complete turn around from the cleanliness to the Quality control on food that is made here. My kids and I used the facilities and were given crowns even though we never ate. The staff were professional and respectful to myself and others, When we went back and Ate later we were not disappointed everything was hot and fresh...... Coming back on a road trip, not crunched on time, but not stopping for a whole hour and a half just to eat!! This is absolutely the worst fast food experience I've had and I was tempted to tell customers not to waste their time coming but by that time I already had my food which took over 30 minutes to make because they messed up the order made it again and then still had complications. They make you pull up past the window every time. You'll wait at least 10 mins. They'll forget something almost every time. Last time I went one of the employees was taking care of a small baby in the first window and the guy working the second window had a playboy hoodie on. We stopped here on our drive to Florida for vacation for a quick lunch. The drive-thru and the kitchen were busy. There was only one person at the cash registers taking orders. We overheard a couple of the staff members say there were short-handed, and this was during the lunch rush. So, we did have to wait a bit to place our order but once it was placed, it did not take long for us to receive our order. I didn't get his name, but the young man that was passing out orders and condiments was working hard but was very friendly and courteous to his customers at the same time. Was told by Jared he would be with us in a moment after finishing a lengthy conversation with another employee. He then proceeds to be cocky and rude and rolling his eyes at us. We ordered only two cheese burgers and a medium and small drink and he acted as though he was doing us a favor. Also his speech was that of an illiterate, back of town hillbilly.
