this location is hot garbage. the staff is rude, no one comes to the register to wait on you until they feel like it, they talk back to customes, the cook told me if youre not in the drive thru you pretty much dont matter. I had an online order but the drive thru was packed so I decided to go in and spent an hour being both ignored, and told several times during the hour that my food was being made, which it wasn't. cars that placed orders well after I did got their food. they turned over the drive thru line 3x and I still didnt get my food. they filled 3 Uber eats orders, one lady got fed up and left after they finally took her order but never entered it in the register. no manager anywhere in sight. just 3 young guys ignoring people as they feel like. no one came to the counter for 15 mins as they only tended to the drive thru. I called their support number and asked for the owner to contact me. he never did. this place has had bad service , screwed up multiple orders causing countless return trips to get my order corrected, and several rude employees, but this was the last straw. im done with burger king and I hope others see this review before they make the same mistake. this location needs to be taken away from the franchisee. its a disgrace to burger king. You complain to corporate and a $5. Voucher is supposed to make it all go away. Take your voucher and stick it. I'm done with burger king read more

Excellent service here nice and fresh food the young girl she was wearing a tan headband in the window of drive thru took my order correct and offer me two chocolate chips cookies that she said there were nice and fresh which were also my breakfast sandwich was nice and hot also i will be coming back soon read more

This location is the worst in the area! It's even worse after 6pm as the local teens who work there run it....or should I say they get paid to be in the building because they're not working! Spent 20+ minutes waiting in drive through for a Mobil order and I was the only one there after ordering it 15 minutes before arriving! I just left this location. Janeal ( i dont care if its spelled wrong) needs to be trained on how to greet and speak to customers. She was very rude while I was ordering in the drive thru. I made sure I said please and thank you even though she was being unprofessional. I spoke with the manager about her attitude but I'm certain that this is nothing new coming from Janeal. If you are having a bad day or don't want to be at work - Stay at home. Terrible service with mumbled rushed service. No napkins in the bag, double burger drenched in mustard, gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular coke and the cashier taking my order was hard of hearing which made it frustrating. It's Burger King so I'm not expecting gourmet food. However, I do expect it to be edible and not cold and hardened. Did I return it?? No... the $5.74 wasn't worth the hassle. My children love BK, but this particular location is HORRIBLE! They make you wait at the window where you pay to decrease their wait time at the service window, but it's a trick for their corporate office because we wait an extended amount of time and the staff are unfriendly and deceitful. The food was absolutely amazing and they had great service my kids loved the food and the toys they put in the bag.

This is a pretty bad BK. I've had all kinds if issues with this one. One time the pop dispenser spigot fell into my pop. When I returned the spigot, they were very grateful and said thanks for returning it. Not sorry our machine fell into your cup. Another time I was in the drive thru, I had paid and received my food but could not drive away because there were 2 cars in front of me. Though the girl who was working the window yelled at me because my car was on the sensor and her headset was dinging. So I was nice enough to drive an inch forward, then she told me that was still not good enough. Another time I had a coupon for a free burger with a purchase of a drink, so I order a shake. The girl at the register got mad and walked away, she had find her manager to help deal with the "situation". Food is not bad though. Never had a problem with that. read more

I usually prefer Burger King over others but this place is the worst. The employees are slower than snails, ignorant, and make you wait so long just to mess up the order. It's ridiculous. Avoid this place. read more

Wow how is this place still open. I was in here on 11.25.17 and let me tell you how desperate they need help I don't know why they are trying to serve people under employed like that. I was at this location on 9/17/17 and the order was for off broiler,but when I received the order after waiting 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich was not even cook I didn't even want to go back and return it because I live a distance from there. All I can say is check your food before you drive away. read more

I went here 2 nights ago at 9:20 pm and it took over 15 minutes to get my food, ridiculous! This is supposed to be fast food.

I ask for onion rings n they gave me med fries.Employee crossing words with each other in front of customers really unprofessional..This place should REALLY Close Down.half of the tables were dirty ..2 customers complaint bout they odered 5 woppers n wasnt give all of them. They other customer was the same there orders were like messed up .lol.. i know not funny but ..I will never come back to this place ever.. MANAGER should at least come out n look around the dinning area and get those tables cleaned up..
