I not had Burger King in a long time. So I thought I would get some sausage biscuits from there the other day. For some odd reason, they ran out of biscuits at 8:30 in the morning... 8:30 in the morning? Are you kidding me? Anyways, they still had two left, of which I specified that I only wanted sausage biscuits - no egg or cheese, period.. What did they up and do? They gave me sausage, egg and cheese biscuits! Now, I would normally take that as a bonus. on that day, however, I specifically did not want those things. What if I had a food allergy to the eggs or cheese? fixed it? No, because I was in drive-through, and had already taken off to my meeting, which I was already late, for. There's a reason why Burger King is dying across the country, closing up restaurants and such. From store to store, they are inconsistent with their quality of food and the service like nobody's business granite, each restaurant is going to be slightly different from the next, as far as the chain goes, but there still is some similarity with the type of service that you should get on a basic level. Burger King has none. Sadly, their food is actually better than McDonald's when it's consistent. But that's the problem - there are never consistent as much as I like Burger King, I feel like I need to stop going there, simply, because I can't count on them to offer a base level of food that will be simply acceptable, regardless, of which Burger King I go to. DONT EAT HERE!!! The place seems like it is older but they could at least keep it cleaner. The bathrooms are disgusting. When I was ordering my food I noticed the workers making my food weren't wearing gloves. It was bare hand contact with the food. The food tasted funky. Extremely salty and soggy fries. My burger looked like it was punched by a worker. A few hours after I ate I started feeling extremely sick. I am assuming it was because the workers weren't wearing gloves. Never going to eat her again. There is a reason that Burger King is closing a lot of its restaurants. There is no way that this food is safe to eat after seeing how the workers make it. Ordered two Whoppers, two cheeseburgers and 3 small vanilla shakes. Order was placed at the drive thru window at 6:30PM. No other cars in drive thru and one customer inside. Was greeted within 5 minutes and was told twice to wait to place order. After order was placed went to the window and paid with credit card. Waited another 5 minutes and our shakes were handed to us with no napkins or cup holder tray. Another 5 minutes passed and knocked on window and had to honk my horn to get someones attention. Worker apologized and stated he did not know what was taking so long. Waited another 10 minutes and knocked on the window again and asked them to refund my card since we could not wait any longer. God awful service. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in the passenger seat with my mother and we Went through the drive thru to order 4 value sandwiches. The employee taking the order was new. And couldn't take the order quickly. Which I don't fault her for. Until the manager jumped on the speaker cut her off mid sentence and refused to let her order. Ended the interaction with him sarcastically saying have a good day. Needless to say will not be returning until they find shift managers that aren't disrespectful and rude to paying customers without provocation. Will be contacting the general manager of the store and corporate. Hope it was worth it guy. ended up going to McDonalds across the street where they don't verbally accost paying customers. The WORST BK Ever‼ My sister n I stopped by for lunch. I ordered a A-1 Burger, she got a "chicken" burger. Her chicken was NOT real chicken! 3rd person I know that said this. When we first walked in they were very attentive. They have a very clean establishment, including the bathroom. All of the food we received was fresh, even though we came in at an odd time of the day (not lunch or dinner). They were cleaning their drink machine, which I don't see many fast food restaurants doing. We also noticed them throwing out the old food that expired from the time they cooked it, which you HARDLY EVER see fast food places do. For those who don't know, fast food places have timers for each of the foods they cook. If the food sits past the time, they aren't supposed to sell it. We ate in and when we left, they smiled at us and said, "Have a nice day!" read more

Ok the new steakhouse 1/2 lb is great at most Burger King's but these peeps can screw up a wet dream,. It was cold on top with old not melted cheese and hot on bottom with that fresh burger flavors, so I got one old burger out of the steamer and one new burger right off the grill, , and the top cheese was old and crumbling, not even like regular American Cheese, but like the stuff that was left in the tray to long and "we can't toss it out so let's use it on the next $10 meal sucker, you could have used it on a sandwich that wasn't$10 like maybe a regular cheeseburger. Once and a while you find that great franchise food place that you love. Other times you find this. I have rarely eaten at a place so slow. I walked in at 11am for lunch and was the only person there and my wait was over 15 minutes. Then it was not even cooked right. Burger was slapped together and falling apart. I have made a few trips there always hoping for it to get better. No luck. I will return again someday but I will wait for a few months for different employees. We went through the drive thru and told them to give us a minute. After a minute they asked again, making me think they are very impatient. We ordered two number 3's one with coke and one with a chocolate Oreo shake. And also a number 4 with a classic Oreo shake. All are bacon cheeseburger variations and med size. We received the number four with NO bacon and we didn't get the chocolate Oreo shake, instead we received two classic Oreo shakes. When they handed out the food it was handed out by a different window person who had to ask if it was the right order, only mentioning whoppers and not the bacon. We didn't even receive a thank you. At least the fries were hot.... My son says when he had to go in and get a new sandwich the manager was making sandwiches and there were only a couple other employees at 6pm.. rush hour. The guy at the register had to go tap the manager on the shoulder to get her attention to make my son a new sandwich because she was not listening to anyone... not a happy customer!!! Just tried the chicken Parmesan sandwich. Yuck! Dry as a bone. The chicken is good (really good) but they must have sprayed the sauce on it (or used a little paintbrush). I left my purse at this Burger King while traveling to a neighboring state. I was 300 miles away when I realized it was missing. I called the store and they had it in the managers office. I wouldn't be back for three days and they kept it for me safe and in tact until I was able to pick it up. I can't say enough about the honesty and integrity of the employees at this store. Something that was very stressful was turned into a good experience because of their honesty. It would have been easy to take one of my cards or to keep the whole thing but they did not.
