Honestly, for years, Five Guys has been my fav spot for a burger and my visit last night reminded me why I enjoy it so much. I always get a lettuce wrapped burger so I can enjoy the fries. The lettuce itself was crisp, there were plenty of grilled onions, tomatoes, and pickles. The meat itself was seasoned and cooked perfectly. With our family dinner, I ordered a large fry which used to be huge. It was always a giant portion with a ton of bag fries and has been enough for my family of 4. Today I got the smallest bag of fries and paid $10 for it! I think it's pretty clear by my review history that I LOVE a good burger, therefore five guys is one of those places that we treat ourselves to on occasion. Worth every penny, every single time. I've never had a burger from any of their locations that was disappointing, not even once, which is insane! This is my first time trying this particular store, and they're just as excellent as every other one I've been to. The workers were friendly, attentive, and got our food out in record time, while also keeping the restaurant and restrooms very clean. We got to try their new coffee shake flavor, which was decadent. In-N-Out is still the king of my heart ( or queen if you're into that sort of thing), but Five Guys is just too amazing to pass up on. They expect TIPS here, if you don't ,I promise you will be disappointed in the service. Last visit was the worst, they were talking about us not tipping like we couldn't hear them, burgers were thrown together and missing toppings and idk where they got such stale buns you'd be hard pressed to find dryer bread and when we tried to sit and eat they cranked the music up so loud that we couldn't hear each other. One of the best burgers around. We did have a mistake with our take out order but when I called the manager, Ammon, to let him know we were missing items he was very apologetic and professional and took down my name promising to make it right. When I came in today Zach and Amberlee were able to make it right with no run around. It seems like Ammon's new management is really paying off. If you had a bad experience in the past I would say its safe to give this location another try and update your review cause the team here is doing great! Quick service and good burgers. On 3/11 7:00pm I waited about 15 minutes in store after ordering online normally I'd be mad but within those 15 minutes I observed Juanita's work ethic (I believe that's her name) I've never seen leadership in a restaurant the way she was leading the crew, she had them motivated, smiling and moving quick to keep up with the high demand in orders. You can tell she loves her job, I'm not sure if she's a manager or team lead but she deserves to run multiple locations to and set the standard for five guys. Awful. Terrible. Inexcusable. There was a 2 for 1 offer for the chain's birthday. "Only on the app." Only store within 10 miles. Installed the app and drive to the store. Tried to order but was "unavailable." Came inside and was told they WOULD NOT HONOR THE DEAL outside of the app process. Said probably online was too busy. Went back to my car and waited a while. Finally was able to process the order. Got bank confirmation of the charge. Went inside, waited a while. Turns out, order food not reach them. Tried running it again, response was "HTTP 400." Another bank charge confirmation. Order did not go through AGAIN. Showed them my charge, did not matter, they would not honor the order. Said I might have to wait a couple days for my back to reverse the charges. NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE NOR OFFER ANY CONSIDERATION. Felt a complete lack of concern or caring. "Yeah, the app messes up a lot." Last time I ate here was 5 years ago. Food was okay but I'D DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THIS AGGRAVATING AND RELATIVE RUDENESS FROM THE STORE. Never again. read more

I have always liked the burgers here! I almost always get them "all the way" which makes them taste way better! The staff was friendly and the team member calling out the order numbers had really clever rhymes with the order numbers. The inside was clean and it was comfortable to sit and chat with some of my friends. The restroom was also very clean which was impressive to me. However, my thoughts are still the same about it being a bit too pricey in my opinion. I would love to give 4 stars but I just can't because of the price. read more

Ok, it seems expensive if you order small fries, but the quantity is really big (honestly a great sharing size for two people) and these are such fresh, seasoned, and delicious fries! They're pretty wide so they've got that soft middle, but the whole outside has still got that perfectly crispy crunch. Covid edition: Five guys has set up a makeshift drive thru in the theater parking lot that works pretty well. They also have curbside parking and a decent online app for ordering. If you save your profile you can keep your payment option and favorite orders saved. We literally just do a few clicks and our order is ready in like 10 mins. I have to say I'm debating between two and three stars. I'll go three stars because I felt like the place was clean, and they give you a lot of food. Frankly to me the burgers are nothing special. The junior burger is fairly big, the buns are decent, but I'm simply not a fan of the thin over seared patty. Is the cheese the same as McDonald's? . In my experience the fries have always been soggy but you get a lot of them - if you slather enough fry sauce on them they become bearable. I don't know what all the hype is - it seems like this place is always crowded so I must be missing something but it's not my favorite. Much like In-N-Out I just don't see the draw. Their burger menu is pretty simple. Classic burger, classic burger with cheese, classic burger with bacon. However, they offer tons of different sauces such as A-1 and malt vinegar. I usually go with the little cheeseburger with bacon, A-1, all the toppings minus onions, and a side of fries, and we're golden. Just the perfect combo of juicy burger size and crispy potatoes. I love that they also have peanuts in huge bags so you can grab a bowl of peanuts while you wait. I also love that they serve up yummy fresh cut fries and fresh burgers. Nice and simple. The cheese wasn't melted, which in my opinion is awful tasting (especially when it's American cheese). I don't know why people obsess over a certain California drive-thru chain, this is the place for a real, made-to-order juicy burger to satisfy your cravings for red meat (sorry planet earth, I promise to go vegan, um, sometime soon). Great fries (less enthused about the Cajun flavor), fry sauce (Utah oblige), endless refills (please sir may I have more caffeine?). I am loathe to admit that I once went here so often that they offered me a free t-shirt. But do I really want to be the Five Guys mascot? Nope, I didn't go back for a month. And once the tidying skills of Marie Kondo entered our home it was "Thank you for your service but you do not spark joy". Best burgers I've ever had. And that's a big compliment because I love burgers and have eaten at a ton of different places. Granted, I really enjoy thick, juicy, dripping burgers with like, zero veggies and lots of cheese. If that's not your taste, you probably won't like it. (And hey, you can add veggies if you want, I just don't). Overall, they're super fresh, never dry, and made to order on the spot. The Cajun fries are also delicious, especially with fry sauce and/or malt vinegar and there are a ton of them. I love how they have the sign up notating which farm their potatoes came from that day too. It's just a small thing, but it makes me feel better about them being fresh. The restaurant was very dirty. I think they should have more people here on a Friday night to sweep peanut shells and wipe tables.
