We will always order our food on their app. The upside to that is that we rarely ever have to wait long to get it. The down side is that they put way too much salt on their fries and there is place on the app to tell them please light on the salt! The food is good, but sometimes they get in such a hurry that the burgers are just messy and fall all apart and make a huge mess. The people are usually pretty friendly. The music they play is a bit louder than I prefer. For a fast food place, they are better than most read more

My single burger was a good half inch smaller all the way around, than the bun. Almost like a child's and it was $7.49! There wasn't fifty cents worth of beef patty on that bun! I really like their burgers and fries! Their nice, crisp bacon really added a lot to my burger. They have several toppings to choose from, including jalapeños! Their fries are amazing. When I'd come here for work lunches, we'd get a large fry and split it up amongst us. Tonight my wife and I split a little fry. I really like how they filled our cup of fires to the top, then added in a couple more handfuls! You definitely get your money's worth!! They also post where they received their potatoes for the day. I'll be honest, for the longest time I never went to five guys, it's just never been a place I've actually gone into, but a couple months ago I recalled my first time eating at five guys. The restaurant was clean, and there wasn't much of a wait. Once I got to order my food, the employee was nice and respectful. He ended up giving me a drink for free. The food wasn't incredible, but it was good enough to make me want to write a review about it being worth to come here. And especially with the respectful employees. (Keep in mind this was five or so months ago, and the restaurant could have changed in the amount of time I've been here. Also, the food is quite expensive. Still worth it though.) read more

Worst 5 Guys around. We ordered 1 large fries to pick up. Just over $5 dollars. Got home and the cup of fries in the bag wasn't even half full and there was two sauce. Called the store and spoke to someone they said was the manager. They said we could bring the bag in and they would replace it. I'm not driving 20 minutes round trip for that. I love Five Guys. This location stinks. My burger looked like they literally threw it across the room and my husband's bun was cold. The ketchup dispenser was empty and we received about half the fries we usually get in a "regular," and they were burnt. This wasn't the first time. We will be stopping in a different location from now on and so should you. read more

This location is the worst Five Guys store. I after a long day of work and heading to another meeting, I decided to use the five guys app to place an order so it could be hot and ready to go as I hurried to my next appointment. When I arrived at the store it was empty, there were five employees standing around in back talking and no one upfront. I finally got their attention and they informed that the didn't look at the order and hadn't started it! I noticed then the manager, who I asked to speak to, was outside in front talking with someone. She seemed nonplused by my frustration and that they were now making me late. Remember, the store was empty of customers and there were six people not going anything...literally. I was so upset by their attitude I called their 'customer service' number in route to my next appointment. Someone took down my information, the situation, etc...and I was told they'd get back to me. No one every contacted me... So, they wasted even more of my time! I am so displeased with the company that I'll find my burgers elsewhere...there are plenty of other places that seem more interested in their customers. read more

My daughter suggested we try Five Guys as she's liked what she's had at other locations so we decided to try the one where we live in Spanish Fork. What a mistake. We ordered 3 burgers: my wife's bacon burger had barely one piece of bacon that was broken into several pieces and was burnt to a crisp; my son's burger was the wrong one. I arrived to pick up our take out order at the suggested time, but when I got home (within 6 minutes), all of burgers were cold - we had to reheat them in the microwave. And, they were all on smashed, stale buns. I've not had a burger this bad in a long time. And, given the other reviews I've read, I'm not alone and apparently the management doesn't care. read more

This place was nice. I actually avoid this place because of the price, I know what I was getting in for, and the cost is a lot. So when I judge prices I was deciding what else I might eat for $13 or so. However everything about the food is well done, presentation, cooked and made well, everything. I was happy this was as nice as it was. Price is the only thing that gets back to me, however if you go to a place like this for a hamburger I am pretty sure that you know what you are getting in for. This was my first and only time eating here. I had a cheeseburger, fries and a soda. My step son had a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a soda. It was nothing spectacular and it cost $29.14. I could of won't to Carl's Jr and spent half that, got better food, and bigger portions. The add ons are free. I asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. So very unimpressed. My first time to a Five Guys and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and bacon (which they did not put on). The bun was soggy to the point of being slimy and the mushrooms were awful, slimy goop that I had to scrape off. The fries are ok, but for $15.49, I could have had a freaking steak somewhere...Never again! And when I brought up my soggy bacon-less burger up to the counter, they didn't even offer me a refund. He continued to ask us what we would like & gave us a great suggestion to get both regular fries & cajun seasoning to see if we liked it. This chain still serves as a good standby, though in some of the newer restaurants, such as this, I've seen a few menu changes, which tend to up the price and lower the toppings...I get it; it's more of a business now and perhaps this chain has finally gone over the curve and become more product than anything else. I'm not saying it has, but things give me pause... Again, we have an overcooked, though overall pretty decent, burger. They deep fry the bacon and it is thin strip, so if you're not a fan of that, be aware. I forwent the fries this time in favor of peanuts, as those tend to be the one inalienable virtue across all chains that none of the locations has yet to screw up, though I found their door signs about the safety of neighborhood children (this is in a chain restaurant district with literally nothing else around it) as the reason not to take peanuts out of the building as both ludicrous and laughable. Getting into this parking lot is a chore, btw. So...you better really want one of these burgers if you're coming here...I drove by a Burger King to get here and immediately questioned the wisdom of my choice...serious. They do have a couple of Coke Freestyle machines, which are always welcome, but that and the good nuts were the main redeeming positives here. Burger was ok, but if I'm sitting in a burger restaurant, thinking of another burger restaurant, particularly a junky one, such as what Burger King has elected to mold itself into these days, stuff is going wrong somewhere... That aside, if you want a burger my way, choose either single or double patty, add cheese, bacon, mushrooms, jalapenos, A-1 sauce and get thee face full. Can you say expensive????? I went with 4 adults and 3 kids and I was just shocked at my total. We could have went to any chain steak house for the price I paid for burgers, fries and drinks. The appeal of fresh cut fries, make your burger your way was big, but diminished quickly when my fresh cut fries were just limp/soft, greasy potatoes. They weren't horrible but I certainly expected better. (And for the price, those fries should have been the best ever!) The burger was ok, no different than one could get at any place that focuses on burgers such as Burger Supreme (5 stars there). I think for the price and to satisfy the same cravings, Burger Supreme or Red Robin would be better options. I haven't been but once. I keep thinking I should go back at least once more and see what it was I ordered that made my bill so atrocious. Perhaps I will one day, then up date my review for better or worse. read more

Ordered 6 burgers online. Showed up for pick up 30 min later and waited 10 min more for my order. Four of the six were completely wrong. I get that COVID is hard on everyone, but I paid $60 and would like to get what I ordered. Plus the quality was honestly like that of Burger King. If you want to be BK2- charge like BK. Absolutely terrible. Every time we go there the service is slow and they get our order wrong. We gave them three chances, they have used all three. We ordered a medium fry, get small; ordered two double burgers, got singles. My wife on our second time ordered a BBQ burger with condiments, we got home and it literally had mayo and that's it. It is like this every time. Another customer and I watched as a kid was trying to look at his phone while making our food. Terrible service, food is good when they get the order right. Management needs to retrain. I would give ZERO out of 5, if I could read more

I have been to many different locations. But this one by far has been the worst!! So I asked for Cajun fries and when I received regular fries I went back and told them. And the guy handed me a little cup with seasoning and told me to pour it in my bag and shake my fries... I wasn't trying to be picky so I said okay.. with all that shaking my fries got cold.. so as I was there seasoning my own fries the lady that had ordered before me spits out her food and walks up to the counter and pulls a long hair out of her burger!! She received her money back but she was beyond mad and stormed off.. that should of told me to walk away.. but I decided to take a bite of my burger.. and realized that my burger had so much mayonnaise that it was really hard for me to eat it.. I tried to wipe the mayo out with a napkin but it was too late! I was already completely grossed out!
