My meal missing a sauce and the wrong drink

I went through the drive-thru and there were only 4 cars ahead of me. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to the window. I ordered the Carniac combo and they gave me the wrong drink (Root-beer instead of dr. Pepper) they also only gave me one sauce when the meal comes with two. When I asked for another sauce they said they'd have to charge me for it. I love canes, but this isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I would recommend Canes to everyone, but not the provo location.

Raising Cane's has some great chicken. I love how crispy and juicy it is. The crinkle fries are also good. The chicken and fries are so good dipped in the cane's sauce. This location is crazy though, I came with my 2 year old daughter for dinner one night and it was packed. I had to park at noodles and company and walk over cuz there was no parking. They have a small parking lot. The drive thru line was out on the street. The line inside wrapped around the building and there were no tables available inside or outside. My daughter and I ended up leaving. I recommend coming here for lunch instead of dinner at this location.

Do not wait in the drive through line!! Save yourself an hours worth of time and walk into the store! I was able to get my order in 15-20mins after ordering at the counter, and we decided to order the chicken tenders and the sandwich. To our disappointment the chicken sandwich needed more sauce, and the chicken tenders were average. We were upset that the sauce was considered a 'side' and would recommend you getting more sauce for your chicken! I will not be returning as the chicken was average, and the line going in was chaotic.

If you're in the mood for chicken, this is not a bad place to be. There has been a lot of hype about cane's, so I had to try it out. What I loved? 1) the SAUCE. WOW. It's like bbq fry sauce with a bunch of other seasonings. Super good. 2) the breading in the chicken. That stuff is flakey and flavorful and perfect. 3) the vibe of the indoor seating. With a disco ball and BYU memorabilia everywhere, it was a fun place to be after a BYU football game! What I didn't love so much: 1) the insanely long line. I think we waited 10 mins to order then another 30 mins to get the food. It's chicken people, does it really take that long? 2) you have to pay if you want more than the 1 measly cup of sauce! Boooo. You also need to pay for lemonade refills.. 3) the garlic bread was okay, but a little bland if I'm being honest.

First time trying Cane's and will admit that it didn't disappoint. Did it live up to the hype and expectations? No. However, my meal was good. The tenders were hot, fresh, and moist. Really good quality. The fries were good and not too salty (which I liked). They were crisp on the outside but soft in the middle. The toast was super soft and I loved the flavor. It was like biting into a pillow! The Cane's sauce was good but there's much better sauce at Slim Chickens or even Popeyes in my opinion. The service was good and the employees were very helpful. The drive-thru moved quickly too. I'm looking forward to going back!

The portions for to-go are MUCH smaller than a normal plate, very little amount of fries, barely any sauce if you get a sandwich. I'm sad

The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction. I am already rearranging my remaining days in Provo to fit in one more visit before leaving the state.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing…read more My husband picked up dinner for us tonight, and it was one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever spent on takeout. We ordered a large sweet potato fry to share, and the container was only filled about halfway. I also ordered the beet salad with extra red beets, extra gold beets, and extra goat cheese. We were charged an additional $1.50 for each add-on, yet my salad arrived with zero goat cheese, only four tiny slices of red beets, and five tiny slices of gold beets. Cubby's has always been notoriously stingy with the beets, which is exactly why I paid extra for additional toppings. Instead, I ended up with even less than the standard portion. In the end, I paid $18 for what was essentially a bowl of spring mix with two slices of avocado, three orange segments, no goat cheese, and nine paper-thin slices of beets. That's unacceptable. To make matters worse, we tried calling to speak with a manager, but the phones were turned off at 8:15 p.m., even though the restaurant advertises that it's open until 9:00 p.m. This was the last straw with Cubby's. The night shift clearly needs better training and quality control. Charging customers for extras and then not including them is not okay. If you want to waste your money on food that is carelessly prepared and doesn't match what you paid for, this is a great place to go.

Talk about a burnt crispy taste. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind seeing employees flirting but if they flirting and end up burning my meat log I paid for, I get a lil upsetty spaghetti. I did like how everything was clean and the tables we're wiped off. The place smelled delicious and the service was quick. The hot dogs themselves were large and flavorful, definitely restaurant quality. The star of the show though, was the special sauce. It was a really flavorful version of barbecue sauce that wasn't too strong, that seemed to enhance the flavor of the toppings as well as the hot dogs, even with really different toppings on multiple hot dogs. The french fries were also super delicious, with a light seasoning and exterior crunch that was just outstanding. The place was busy but service was still fast since the menu is very simple, with only two choices of hot dogs and sides. The restaurant itself was nothing fancy and had basic diner vibes. Definitely adding this to our list when we visit Provo. Five stars!
