Stopped in for a quick dinner on a Friday evening. Ordered a Fish sammich - added cheese, tomato, and onions (it comes with lettuce, pickles, and tartar sauce. Also ordered a medium order of French fries and a bottle of water. The sandwich was made to order - and was hot and tasty. I got a frew coupon for any large fries.. when I told the workers about this, they made it extremely difficult to get my food. When I finally DID get my order.. they gave me a small fries and a old cookie. The cookie was hard and looked NOTHING like the photos. They did a horrible job assembling my burger, as the lettuce was not even in the burger and the cheese was unmelted and uncooked. Horrible place, food, and will NEVER be coming back. read more

I always choose Burger King over McDonalds because McDonald's hamburgers taste like cardboard, and I love the Burger King flame broil. But my experience on May 10 2023 with the Burger King at 269 Garrisonville Road left much to be desired. The order taker seemed confused when I ordered the $6 Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal Deal. She kept saying it was a Double Whopper. After ordering she didn't give me a cup. When the order arrived a supervisor was walking by and I told him I still needed a drink. He pointed to the drink machine and was about to walk away when I said I needed a cup. He pulled a cup, looked away, and handed it to me. When I opened the bag I found, in addition to the fries that came with the Meal Deal, a box of Chicken Fries, which I did not order. I also found that the Bacon Double Cheeseburger had no bacon in it, and that the patties were burnt to a crisp. I would like to provide feedback using the Burger King website, but to do so I have to know the store number. Well, the receipt I was given cut off the store number from the top of the receipt. C'mon, Burger King. You can do better. Don't make me have to give McDonalds another try. I will try BK again, but if that experience is not considerably better then I will have to go searching for a different fast food home. UPDATE! In my previous review listed below I had mentioned how limited options where for pescatarians like me. In regards to meals, we had the BK Veggie Burger and the Premium Alaskan Fish Sandwich. Finally the wait is over! The IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER is here! I have had it a few different ways in restaurants and each was just as amazing. The IMPOSSIBLE Whooper is no exception. The IMPOSSIBLE became possible. The IMPOSSIBLE Whopper is extremely delicious and belongs in the Whopper family. I would even say it is the King of the Whoppers. Every bite was filled with excitement and surprised my tastebuds in believing it is an actual char-broiled burger. If you have not had it, get it ASAP! The updates look nice. I'm a pescatarian so I'm limited to certain foods, but the ones I can eat are delicious. I typically order the fish or the veggie burger meals. Most important, the staff are great! Thanks! read more

Terrible location must be the worst Burger King I've visited. Location was dead slow with only 1 car ahead of me thru drive-thru. Order took forever and they forgot my sauces for my nuggets. I had to come inside after noticing to get them. Associate could not even apologize which was a joke. I noticed a decent amount of staff especially a few just hanging in the back. When I get home I found out my single stackers were not made to spec and they used standard smaller buns instead of the larger sesame seed buns and found the beef to be still pink. They need a leader at this location instead of some kids running this place as a hang out. read more

I go to this location for my lunch break on occasion and I have a 50/50 chance of getting exactly what I ordered. Tonight tipped the scale. I ordered a double whopper meal and spoke clear and concise, yet when I get to the window apparently I got that with cheese. I shrug that off, no big deal. Pay for it, get my food. I get home to eat my meal and lo and behold there are no fries. Employees x y and z did nothing to assure quality control or delivery. Thanks for that. This is my BK. I go all the time. I genuinely enjoy flame-grilled burgers. But from time to time, they get it all wrong. Tonight was one of those nights. My husband and I go every Saturday morning. At first, I wasn't sure if this is a place to go... but now weeks later, it's on the top of our list. The morning crew is very conscientious, courteous, and hard working. We have yet to get a wrong order, and the food is always fresh! I would haven given this a 0 rating if they had it. I'm not sure what is going on? The customer service and the food quality is not what it used to be. At Burger King in Stafford, Va, the young girl behind the counter couldn't understand what was being ordered. She had a hard time understanding English. She had to call her mother to the counter to help her place the order. Her mom spoke English and took the order. When the food arrived, the order was missing items and the food quality was extremely poor. The fries, chicken etc were overcooked and hard. The burgers were raw and uncooked. The veggies were soggy and pulpy. The buns were old. Everything was disgusting. I would have complaint to the manager, but for what? It's not like anything will be done except provide a free meal. Nope, I'm not interested to eat here again. It is a pity that the coporate office, franchise and manager in this location does not take pride in the food quality and service.
