Now, let's move on to the real problem - inability to get the order right. The last two times I got food from there, including just now, they got my order wrong. The first time, they gave the door dasher the wrong order and it didn't show up until after I called to complain about it not arriving at all. Today, and the one that really set me off... I ordered my usual meal and they forgot the cokes. When my wife got home with the order, I asked where the cokes were and she told me that was all they gave her. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but they put me on hold and hung up on me in about 20 seconds. So, I went over to talk to them and get my sodas. I asked for the manager, and some kid came over as I was explaining it. Then they tell me "ohh, he's not the manager she is" and they point to a woman there. I started to explain the problem, but when I saw the blank look on her face I decided to leave without my drink because I have no patience for that type of thing. By the time I got back to the hotel my family and I have been forced to live in the last month when our home was destroyed by a tree my food was ice cold and I had no drink. The fries were so cold, I find it hard to believe they were fresh when they put them in the bag like they claim they will be.

But I can appreciate a sack of potatoes sitting in front of the store to let you know it's not some processed potatoes and really just potatoes dipped in hot grease. And actually the best fries and a really good burger.

Very friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations. The menu is loaded with many interesting options for sides, appetizers, wings and about 6 burgers. I opted for their classic burger and their potato wedges. My food came out pretty quickly and was piping hot. I also got a side of their beer cheese and wanted to try a couple of their sides to dip my potato wedges into. The beer cheese wasn't worth the 75 ¢ it costs. But those sides sauces, which were no-charge, were really good. I tried the Jammin Jalapeño and the Mango Habanero. Both were spicy and tasty and tasted great on the potato wedges. The burger was decent, but far from the best I've had. In fact, there's a Chili's next to this restaurant and I've been there several times for burgers and those are much better than what I had here today. This one was lacking flavor from the meat, as it was too well-done (even for a smash burger) and it had hardly any flavor from the toppings/condiments. Overall, it was a nice lunch... I'd definitely return, just get the wings next time.

About three months ago, my wife, friends, and I ordered cheese curds and were shocked at the portion--there were maybe 15 tiny, penny-sized pieces. We also ordered boneless wings, which were noticeably smaller than what this chain used to serve. At the time, we brushed it off as a one-time issue. We decided to try again this week, and nothing has improved. I ordered a burger with mustard, and it came out without it. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall lack of attention to detail. My wife ordered 10 boneless wings, and once again, the size was extremely disappointing--small, not filling, and nowhere near what you'd expect for the price. Additionally, there was barely any sauce on the wings (picture attached). It really feels like portion sizes have gone down significantly while prices have gone up. What used to be a reliable place for decent portions and quality food now feels like you're paying more and getting less. After multiple visits with the same issues, we won't be coming back.

After an extended delay in the drive-thru (20+ minutes), I went inside to pick up my order. I noticed what appeared to be my order (correct bag and drink) sitting behind the register instead of in the mobile pickup area. Multiple employees saw me waiting but made no effort to ask if I needed help or acknowledge my presence for a significant amount of time (+/- 25 minutes). More concerning, I observed several employees arriving for their shifts around 10 a.m. and immediately beginning work at the registers and handling food without washing their hands. That alone raises serious health and safety concerns. While I've enjoyed the food occasionally, knowing that this location doesn't follow basic food safety ruins previous experiences. I understand locations get busy, but lack of basic customer service combined with apparent food safety issues is unacceptable. I'm usually a fan of Hardee's, but this visit was a major disappointment.
