Just left here after the craziest worst experience at a place like this ever. We placed our orders and the woman who did mightve been the least bothered person in the world. We offered to pay but they said we could when we picked up so we took a seat. We watched several people come and go so after about 20 minutes we got up and checked on the status of our orders. I have a suspicion that any positive reviews must be fake for this store. This place is horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Go to Firehouse subs on the opposite side of the plaza instead. Manager with short hair is an absolute nightmare. She was rude and condescending to everyone in front of me. When confronted about her attitude and demeanor, she asked me to leave the store. Refused to provide general manager's contact or store owner's info. Small stature, loud bark. Called corporate to complain, I don't think they really care as all stores are franchise owned. I'm beyond perplexed why someone would want staff like this running their store. I told them to throw away my sandwich - if they are so unhappy dealing with customers, I cannot fathom how they might handle ingredients and meat at this location. read more

The food was OK. Neither sandwich was labeled when our mobile order clearly stated which was supposed to be which. My large sandwich was not even cut, see picture. We have so many problems at this location. Nothing earth shattering, but when you keep having the same small problems every time you order from a location, you see a pattern develop - It's getting to the point where it's worth it to drive down to Embrey Mill, even though it's a little further away. Jersey Mike's is great! This was my first time coming and sitting down at a Jersey Mike's. I'd had their subs before when people have had them cater but I've never gone myself. Their aren't that many choices. Really three main choices and then each of those have three variations of that sandwich. For example, there was a turkey sandwich option and off of that you could get (1) a basic turkey sandwich, (2) a turkey sandwich with an additional cheese, or (3) a turkey sandwich with cheese and then prosciutto. You can choose what kind of bread you want, from white to wheat to an italian bread. Overall, not pretty good sub place. read more

When it got delivered I called the manager. she told me she could refund the sandwich and the tip, but refused to refund the $3 delivery fee because she said that goes to the delivery company. When I asked if she could just refund one of the brownies I ordered to, which were less than $3, she refused. So, I not only had to reorder the sandwich, but also had to pay the delivery fee again for something she and her team screwed up on. Completely unsatisfactory. Horrible customer service. I did an online order. I wanted to support your charitable day for special Olympics. What a wonderful cause. I downloaded your app. I placed the order on the way home from a busy day and was looking forward to stopping by and picking my order up on the way home. I waited to place the order so it would be timed perfectly. The promised time was 6:41. I got there at 6:19. I was early. The service here is terrible. The general manager talks to the staff very unprofessional as she would be having a conversation with demeaning staff. Also, there were 3 African American staff that was working there within a month. They are no longer working there not by their choice. I understand Virginia is a at will state. The manger has these young teenagers left with unanswer questions. When you teach your child to be responsible and to reach out to the boss when there is an issue and the boss does not return the phone. As my salad was about to be created on 19 Dec, I saw the preparer scrape excess lettuce, herbs and who knows what, from a sandwich that had just been prepared on the white prep counter BACK INTO THE LETTUCE BIN. I was direct and said to stop my order, that it is against health code to scrape food back into an uncontaminated bin of food. I explained that the counter, the lettuce, the herbs, were all contaminated and that food cannot go back in the uncontaminated lettuce bin. The preparer said "but it's just lettuce and some oregano and herbs." I reiterated that what she scraped into the lettuce bin at that point contaminated. One guest, and then the preparer, both tried to shame me as I was leaving with a "HAVE A NICE DAY" comment (both with a slight bit of snarkiness). The man slicing the meat and cheese said nothing but he seemed old enough to be her supervisor. There was no apology, no acceptance of the error. No one took any corrective action except that attempt to correct and shame me as if I was wrong. I've been in the food service industry for decades and know how wrong this was. Recommend you not eat there until they take health and safety first. read more

This is the second time I've ordered from this jersey mikes through online ordering. The first time we ordered, the food wasn't ready for another 45 min past the time they said our food would be ready. It was busy so I wasn't very upset. The food still tasted great. Tonight we tried again. I showed up at the ready time and they said it was going to be a little bit. It wasn't nearly as busy but I waited. After another 25 minutes I went back in and they had no idea I had an order in. "Someone else must have taken it." They did offer a refund and to make another sandwich but my other food was already cold and soggy in the car and my 3 year old needed to get home to get ready for bed. Well, I was trying to order a BLT for my mom and she asked for mayonnaise. So I went to Jersey Mike's around 11:50 am. I ordered my sub, Philly with no peppers, then I ordered my mom's. I said "can I have a BLT with mayonnaise?" The lady writing the order asked me "just mayonnaise?" I said, "yes, with everything else that comes with it please." And she got really confused and rolled her eyes at me and said "everything that comes with it is bacon lettuce tomato." I said "yes that's what I want." I get my order, drive home, and I give my mom the supposed BLT with mayonnaise. She opens it and realizes that they put only bacon on the sub. I didn't bother bringing it back because I didn't think they would take back food during a pandemic. So I didn't bother driving back to get the right sub. Jersey Mike's has landed in Stafford!!! My dear wife has the great distinction of being the first customer at the new Jersey Mike's; no small distinction. Jersey Mike's is to Subway what In n' Out Burger or Five Guys are to McDonald's. Yeah, Subway (and a number of other places) make sandwiches, but Mike's is just tastier, fresher, and it's ingrained in the culture for the staff to be friendly, fun, and customer-focused. We got the #13 and #9 Mike's way, which is awesome, and the Meatball sub, which is gooey, messy, and delicious. You can tell Jersey Mike's is one of the original sub shops and they haven't sacrificed the quality that has made them famous. At $6.95 for a "regular" sandwich, it's worth every penny. Conveniently located right off the 95 and Garrisonville, this shop usually has amazing customer service. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. There has been a rare occasion that it seemed like an employee was having an off-day, but even that didn't keep them from doing their job well. The sandwiches are always delicious and packed to the brim; you definitely don't have to worry about having more bread than meat. There's plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about searching for a spot. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit. read more

You need to get your sub Mike's Way... non-negotiable. Mike Way is the sub topping that includes red vinegar, special oil and seasoning spread. The mixture is so intoxicatingly, I'd use it as body glide for long runs. I wouldn't care either if it didn't prevent chaffing, because it would make my inflamed body parts smell deliciously. Difficult to order app has issues and website also. Started an order and had me redo it 3 times and charged me 3 times. Got to the store and there was no order. We haven't been to this Jersey Mike's in over a year, but went back today (on a Saturday) for lunch. They were moderately busy. The customer service was very good. Restroom and dining room cleanliness wasn't very decent. The Giant sub I ordered had a solid 2" of the left side which wasn't even cut and the last 3" didn't have any meat or anything on it. Most of the lettuce fell out when I took a single bite. The taste was decent, the sub just seemed slopped together with the majority of everything put into the mid section of the sub. Also, we got a veggie wrap. It tasted good, but it was greasy and a mess and fell apart when picking it up. Their food is typically really good and sometimes can be a little messy, but not to this degree and for the cost of their food, it needs to be perfect every time. read more

Been here 3 times. Tried the cheese steak (#17) twice and the caesar wrap once. The cheese steaks are really good and consistent with the first time I tried it. The bread they use is fresh/light and the meat flavorful (no homo). The wrap was another story. "Caesar wrap" with iceberg lettuce is already a fail. Flavor was plain and wrap was put together pretty sloppy. Also disappointed they do not offer fries, only chips. Combo was priced just under/around $10. Will return for cheese steaks. read more
