I had the same conversation when ordering a patty melt. Then came the wait. After 40 minutes, I went to the counter to check on our food, which I could see sitting in the window. I stood there for about five minutes and had to wave my hands in order for someone to acknowledge me. When I explained how long we had been waiting and that our food appeared to be sitting in the window, I was told they were backed up and that she would finish taking orders before addressing our food. When we finally received our order, nothing was hot. After waiting over 40 minutes, receiving lukewarm food was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the amount of the bill.
