Quite an alright Burger King right off 81 (in Strasburg, rural Virginia). One can order on the kiosk or at the counter in person (we did it in person). Our order was ready quickly, and the fries are crispy. Not bad. They had a pile of crowns at the counter I noticed. Toilet alright (could be a bit cleaner); stall door didn't really close or lock well but I guess I came in with low expectations. Dining area had natural light and was modern and clean. read more

Clean dinning room,friendly staff. Food was hot an fresh and well put together. We had stop going there for awhile it had gotten really bad, but when they closed the 1 n Woodstock. Driving through Virginia and stopped by the Burger King to grab a quick lunch, walked in, and there were fries everywhere. The ice machine didn't work. It was really messy. None of the tables were cleaned and to top it all off one of the burgers we purchased had a human hair in it. Who is the manager in charge of this place and sorry I sound like a Karen. tried to go thru drive thru and waited 10 minutes and didn't move an inch. Went inside to speak to manager and he was cooking because he had one person waiting on inside and the window, another helping cooking and told me that he couldn't talk to me and said can't you see that there is only three people working. Said for the number to corporate and he replied it's on the door on their way out. I have never been talked to that way and Burger King can do without my money and if anyone else has had the same experience that should report it. I have boycotted this company. read more

Nasty nasty nasty. They have an obvious lantern fly infestation that is trying to get into the building itself. There's some spray killing them which would be fine, but they never seem to clean the dead ones so there are just piles of dead insects on both entrances. There were two other types of flying insects not affected by the spray that decided to join me for my meal, as well as a stinkbug. The food was mediocre, especially for how long we had to wait. The tables weren't being bussed or sprayed, so they were all gross. Staff were busy listening to a different song than what was on in the dining room floor (about ten times the dining room's volume). The girls running the drive thru was so rude. She kept talking about the customers coming through the drive through like they were trash. She needs to remember if they weren't coming through the drive-through she wouldn't have a job. I love a good Whopper. But it was SOOOOO not worth it this time!!!! So here I am, half way through 10 hour road trip and I want something fast and easy. I use the app to order at next nearest location and figure it will be done by the time I arrive and freshen up in the restroom. Twenty some minutes later I'm milling vaguely in the waiting area with a bunch of other disgruntled looking customers still waiting for my lone no frills sandwich. I hear them call out the next available pickup order and it's FIVE numbers past mine?! So I sidle up and ask if they have "X" order with said name and order and the single girl running the till, looking stressed, confused, and not wearing any sort of uniform says "No". Then out of nowhere another employee off to the side ( maybe the person who works the window) hears me describe my order and suddenly pipes up "Oh! It's over there" -points to a bag hidden behind the fry stand and digital order screen - "I finished it like forever ago!" And proceeds with her key punching like nothing is wrong. We are locals and frequent this location on occasion. Ordered food, went to bathroom and waited for about 5 mts before one of two employees at drive-thru window decided to walk back to kitchen. Extremely disengaged, no sense of urgency and didn't seem to care customers were waiting for food. It also was not busy at the time. The owner of franchise needs to frequent the restaurant and see what's going on. Next trip, I'll go to the MD's across the street. read more

after hours of being in a car, all i wanted was some chicken fries and a dr pepper. plus i had to pee. anyway, bathroom stank and was out of toilet paper. then i got my dr pepper which was low key so good but they didn't make it. the chicken fries were literally the worst i have ever had in my life, cold and hard. also they messed up my granny's order and overcharged us. i was literally so disappointed. hoping for a better burger king sometime on vacation if you saw this after eating here, hopefully the picture makes you feel better. read more

Just stopped in here for a quick bite to eat 6 hours into a 12 hour drive. The two girls on were super miserable and had very little to say. Not friendly. The bathroom was a horrid mess and smelled like literal feces, garbage all over the floor. Everyone is very friendly, which is why it is getting two stars otherwise 1 might be pushing it. Service is very slow and completely disorganized. I have an allergy, and so avoid bread. I stop by Burger King often because they get the "no bun" concept. Here however they waited 10 mins before cooking my grilled chicken. Then when I get it they tell me they have no knives. Finally, they charged me for two slices of cheese, then only gave me one. I know this sounds like I'm being cheap, but it was $8.66 for a grilled chicken, some lettuce, tomato, one slice of cheese and a drink (no bun). The three people in front of me all had messed up orders. Skip this place and hit Denny's or McDonalds both next door. I would hire the lady taking orders at my company though, she was fantastic dispite all the obstacles this store placed in front of her. read more

The service is friendly....this about the only good thing to say about this Burger King, but friendly only goes so far. To say you have a 50/50 chance of having your order filled correctly is generous. If you choose to stop here ALWAYS check you order before you leave the drive through. Seriously check to make sure you got everything you ordered AND open each item and make sure they are correct. If you asked for anything like no mayo there is a decent chance they still put mayo on it. I keep giving this place a chance and get disappointed. When made properly, their breakfast offerings are better than the mcdonalds across the street, but there is no consistency in quality. I got a burrito from the drive through that was torn in two places. I took it back and their second attempt wasn't even wrapped, they just pinched it together and it fell apart as soon as I opened it. I haven't been to this restaurant in a year because my drink had dirt all over the outside of the cup when it was handed to me. My 7 year old wanted BK tonight so I thought I'd give it a try with the remodel and all....I should have stayed away. I went at 8:40 PM got home to eat and my sons nuggets were so over cooked and dry he couldn't eat anything them I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the texture wassso weird I couldn't tell if it was over or not undercooked. I've never been a fan of fast food but decided to try the local Burger King and was pretty surprised. The manager (I assume, he seems in charge, a small nice guy with a WWJD lanyard) is always extremely friendly, observant and quick. The food is fast, and so far always hot and fresh. I have made several trips to the Burger King in Strasburg on my way to work which is usually between 6am and 6:15am. They are never open on time. This morning it was 6:20 and the only employee I saw was at 7-11 getting coffee. I have also had good experiences here but it's very disappointing in the morning. read more
