They, Berryville Ave, delivered a habenero chicken sandwich without the chicken!! We had to wait another 45 minutes for a new sandwich.

Good food. A little better than basic pizza. Service is prompt. Ambience does not apply as its take-out only.

The delivery has gone way down. They don't honor the "pizza insurance" to fix their mistake. Can't take a chance on them again.

We'd definitely come back here for the bagels, they were fantastic. Jury is still out on their other offeringa. What we got: Sausage, egg, and cheese on toasted everything bagel with cheddar jalapeno cream cheese - 5* it was perfect and amazing and delicious. Of course it was messy to eat but I didn't mind eating it piecemeal. New Yorker on a toasted everything bagel - 5* my partner loved the sandwich. It was cooked through and warm, had a good distribution of pastrami, sauerkraut, and cheese. Wouldn't mind trying it with a cream cheese added in the future. Pepperoni Roll - 1.5* skip it, it was a big disappointment, especially compared to the bagels. The pepperoni were in long sticks and weren't warm, even after getting the roll toasted. The roll also wasn't the best. Not a worthwhile purchase.

The bagels are tough and overall an egg and cheese bagel sandwich was lackluster with little to no taste. Staff should keep a better eye on the water dispenser. Myself and others were tilting the dispenser sideways trying to get the last few drops of water out of it. Definitely won't be going back there.

I knew what I wanted so it was a matter of choosing which burger. I went with the mushroom Swiss. A favorite for me. While I waited one to go order was picked up, another couple came in, one guest to the other "Everything on the menu is great". I waited about 10 minutes in the quiet small seating area inside. Once my food was ready I walked out took a couple pictures and had "a" bite... yes it was a premade patty but it was cooked perfectly, a little pink in the middle, very juicy and nicely seasoned. The bun light buttered and toasted with a smear of mayo. Sure it would be great to have fresh mushrooms but these were good, not soft and chewy. The cheese had a nice tang and it was stretchy gooey. The fries are shoe string, a light crunch and light salted. I much prefer a small fry over steak fries or Jo Jo style potatoes. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Would I drive to and from my entire lunch break to eat here again? Yes, I would. I want to try more of the menu or another delicious burger.

I went in for the club sandwich and came back the next day to sample more. Their French onion pizza out of this world. AND Red velvet peasant bread, also an absolute jaw dropper. The service is amazingly friendly and pretty fast. We stopped in around 2pm on a Friday, so I'm betting morning hours are a bit crazier. We got a cinnamon roll, strawberry/raspberry danish, cherry danish and cannoli for the pastries. My husband got a slice of their pizza as well and their drip coffee. The coffee was surprisingly good! The pizza sadly was mistakenly switched with another patron's piece (they take it back to the kitchen and heat it up for you). The piece my husband was given was laced with onions; something he never would have ordered. Oh well. They also don't put their pizza options on the chalkboard which I think needs to change. We didn't see that there was a pepperoni kind until we already ordered! The danishes were both very good, but I think they need to change the bread that they are baked on. It's way too dense. But the flavor was outstanding! The cinnamon roll was also very good. The cannoli kind of missed the mark for me. Overall, worth a visit and I think some minor tweaks could go a long way!

The inside gives an older coffee shop vibe and very family owned. The owner is incredibly kind and recognizes everyone that stops by. They have regular and everything bagels and you can get a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon or sausage. The portion is huge and it's delicious. The everything bagel is full of flavor and super fluffy but also a layer of crisp. I had the pizza bagel both mornings we came and it was phenomenal. I still think about it and can't wait to come back. The portion is perfect and it also comes on an everything bagel. They also have a lox bagel and you can get bagels to go. The inside is darling with a large area in the back. Amazing place!

We just wanted…read morea couple of bagels and some coffee, thought it would only take a few minutes but luckily we didn't have any coins smaller than quarters for the parking meter or we would have run out of time waiting. Walked in to the very small space and were told we needed to order online, so we got out our phones and scanned one of the many QR code signs posted on every surface anordered - two bagels, one with cream cheese and the other with butter. He confirmed he received the orders immediately- even before the payment had gone through. That seemed like a good sign. We waited and watched while he made salads and other orders for people who presumably ordered online before us, but didn't come in to pick up while we were there. Eventually he made our bagels, put them in cardboard baskets, covered them with aluminum foil (not sure why we needed that cardboard waste -- would have been happy with my bagel just wrapped in foil), covered them with paper towels, put them each in separate paper bags, and placed them on the counter while calling our names (even though we were the only people in the place and he had confirmed he knew who we were when he received the order). We took the bagels and walked across the street and got our coffees from the cute cat cafe with the friendly staff. Hit the road, and pulled out our bagels in the car. First bite was so bad that I tossed the rest of the bagel back in the bag... it was so crunchy it was more of a thick bagel chip, and shards of bagel stuck between my teeth like splinters. Certainly one-of-a-kind, I've never had another bagel like it. About 10 miles later I was hungry enough to get the bagel out and try again... this time I kneaded it through the aluminum foil a bit to bread it up first. It was still very crunchy and sharp, but there were some softer bits toward the middle. There wasn't much flavor, except where it was drenched in butter (and those bites tasted like butter, which isn't a bad taste I guess). TLDR, if you want bagels in Winchester WV skip this place and go to Sclafani's.
