Too slow. Whatever their problems are they don't seem to be fixing it based on their review history. We stopped in to hit the bathroom and grab something to eat. Not impressed with the bathroom with its slippery wet floor, and we wasted too much time waiting for food. My Whopper with Cheese was very good. I've been to this BK multiple times since I've moved here. I try and be compassionate and understanding as I too work in fast food, serving, retail. It's just a reaalllllyyy bad restaurant. Intercom could be fixed, having long wait times, then having people wait at the first window to better their drive thru times, Ice cream machine being closed early, getting orders wrong, switching order takers 2/3 times and making a person reorder. I wish there were a non rating star. Because this place is horrible! This morning at 10:15AM I stopped by my local BK to get some breakfast. I ordered the 2 for 5 double croissant wich1 with egg and 1 without egg, 2 hashbrowns and a 5 piece french toast sticks! When I got home and opened up everything. What a great disappointment it was! I only discovered 1 sandwich. And then shortly I opened up the breakfast sandwich only to find a piece of metal on the sandwich! It looked like some type of metal piece that broke off from a metal scrubber. This breakfast that I so wanted ended up in the dumpster! I should have known better that this was going to be a disappointment when I had to repeat my own order back to the drive-thru cash register window. I am angry and furious! read more

No stars should be an option for this place. My husband ordered 1 breakfast sandwich. There was nobody in line ahead of us and only 1 car in the drive thru. Two women came in after us and received 2 full bags of food within minutes, but my husband still didn't get his sandwich. After waiting for 10 minutes, he asked for a refund since he still didn't receive the sandwich. The cashier then tried giving him less than what he paid. I don't expect much from a fast food establishment, but this was horrible. read more

This new burger king is pretty cool! It is very nice inside for a fast food restaurant. I really like the fact that you can see into the kitchen they whole restaurant has a very open and inviting feel. Seating and furniture including their appliances seem very modern. They have a lot of stainless steel and nice counter tops. The people who work here right now are very friendly and seem very professional and like they enjoy their jobs. It seems like a good environment to work in. They also have restrooms with no gap in the door which i love, that way you can feel more privacy and comfort :) The food of course is the same as any burger king. Parking is pretty good too they have a lot of spaces. I would come back if i am in the area again. read more

Worst, worst, worst ever. This Burger King is worse than any Popeyes I've ever been to. It's close to my house so I stop by once in a blue moon and every time I get so pissed. The line doesn't move. Wow let me just start off with I am very disappointed with their customer service and also the way they serve food we came to have some burgers and nuggets I ordered through the drive-thru we received chicken fries instead of nuggets when I went back to complain that we had received the wrong order there was no apology from the manager quickly they gave us 10 piece chicken nuggets & they were cold & and stale! By far the worst BK I've been to. The ladies there aren't even busy and even then they can't seem to put a smile on their faces. Horrible customer service. Employees would rather chat with each other and joke around than attend to customers. 15 min wait on Whopper Jr with cheese, no pickle meal.
