Absolutely would never eat at this location again. I understand being busy, but ordering inside and waiting almost a hour for two burgers and fries is absolutely insane. No to mention, I stood at the counter trying to get my cups for my drinks while I waited for the food, and I watched the worker, put the fries on the tray and just look at me, never approached me to see what I needed nothing. Stood there for almost the full hour before they finally handed me my try to which i obviously asked for fresher fries since the ones they tried giving me had been sitting on the counter the entire time, and I watched him dump the old fries back into the fryer and give them back to me. And almost every table was dirty, we ordered dine in and set the marker on the table like your supposed to and had to go get the food (which we don't mind) but the place was dirty, I watched at least 50 cars in the drive through pull up and leave before I was given my food. And the managers aren't any better, one of which came straight behind me while I was trying to eat, invading all my space nearly touching me and smelling like BO. I went in to order. After deciding what I wanted there were no cashiers. I used the stupid ordering machine. After my order the machine froze and didn't give me a receipt. Several minutes later my special order was ready. I explained that I didn't get a receipt. Her response was, "well your food is ready." I repeated myself(I wasn't as pleasant). She called a manager(I guess). He fiddled around with the machine and the cash registers before apologizing and telling me he didn't know what to do. I appreciated his honesty but explained to him that this was unacceptable. The manager guy eventually figured out how to give me my receipt. It was only after he understood I wasn't leaving without one. He apologized again. By the time I left all of my food was cold. It was a terrible experience. McDonalds is so concerned with the drive they that they can't interact with customers well enough to give them a nice experience. With that being said, the McGriddle I ordered was piping hot, and the best I've had. This is their only saving grace from a 1-star review. Now, I understand that what I am about to write is about a McDonald's. But, if I am asking for something to be cooked to order meaning I will be willing to wait for fresh food , then I would expect to at least get the common courtesy to have fresh fries and nuggets which is what I normally get. I have been to this location several times asking for the same thing. And normally when I go they are not very busy at all, so this really should not be an issue I would have to worry about. It just seems like the employees are extremely lazy and again I understand I am speaking about a McDonald's, but ray crock and the McDonald's brothers would be rolling in their graves if they knew how careless some of the employees are about the quality of their food . At the end of the day I really give up hope at this location because I know now that I will forever get low quality crap food that has been sitting in warmers For far too long...Again I understand that I am writing this about a McDonald's but at least expect some sense of respectability that if I would like my food to be hot and fresh that I would at least get it hot and fresh. I at least make a notion to let them to know to please make the order, cook to order, which for them they know to make it completely fresh. But it never seems to ever work out that way and then I get argued with to try to tell me that I do not know what fresh food is and that my fries and nuggets are fresh. I'm gonna flat out say it: this place sucks. But you come here to grab food in a pinch, or when your preggo wife is craving French fries at 2am. Haha. Drive home only to find it's slathered with ketchup, pickles and onions. Example 2: I order two large sprites. Gets home and takes a sip only to taste water. Example 3: I order a double quarter pounder. Gets home... it's a regular quarter pounder. Example 4: I order a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, drives away, takes a bite... it's a ham egg and cheese biscuit. Example 5: Orders a double 1/4 pounder plain. Pulls up to the drive thru, I hear the manager asking the employee if she checked to make sure gave me the right order. She insists loudly, that she did. When I check my bag... she indeed gave me the wrong order. See what I'm saying?! Pure incompetence at this location. Management included. And people still wanna debate raising minimum wage... smdh. This is my usual go-to McDonald's bc I live so close to it. When I had my random cheeseburger craving at around 11:45 pm, I went to this McDonald's. It seemed kinda strange when I saw a car literally just drive through the drive thru line and not stop and get food. Were they close? NOPE. I double checked the times on the door and their drive thru was open til 1 AM. I pulled up at around 11:50 PM. Waited a few minutes at the speaker box. Pulled up to the windows - no one. I drove to the front door and guess what? The lights close right when I parked. By this time I was so annoyed! I swear I saw someone inside. So I did another drive through and when I got to the window, the person had turned around and had his back to us walking away. Mind you by this time it was already 12:05 AM. Today went through the Drive-thru, we ordered two Iced coffees plain with only creamer, no sweetener no sugar. I say it just like that every time. The gentlemen taking our order asked me to repeat the order as he was caught off hairs and then repeated it back correctly. Got to the second window and the girl basically throws the straws out the window before grabbing the coffees from her coworker and complimenting her nails. Didn't even say hello. I got her attention as she handed me the second iced coffee and asked if they had no sugar she replied no they don't. I said thanks and drive off. As soon as I get down the ride I take a drink and they were sweet. Like dang, I don't care if you're talking to your co workers, I can move past her not even acknowledging us. It's just frustrating that she just lied to my face just to get me away. All the little things add up. That's when it becomes an issue. Turning back around on Hillsborough hwy isnt the easiest. It's almost 50% of the time they mess up my coffee order. Can we talk to the employees and make sure they know what restaurant hospitality is. read more

One employee even came out and asked us what we ordered but we still did not get the order until we went inside. It seems they had no record of it and they were now preparing it. If you have 2 hours to wait for terrible food and service by all means feel free. I'm not 100% blaming the employees but this place is a great example of terrible management. I ordered a cheeseburger meal plain and was asked to pull up into the yellow lane and they would bring my food. 15 minutes later I had no food. I had to go out and get it from inside. My food was just sitting there. They need a complete overhaul of this place starting with management. **the car behind me also went in to get their food. The service at this McDonald's is TERRIBLE. I came in to pick up a Grubhub delivery. 5 EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE MANAGER all speaking spanish, looked me square in my eyes and said nothing. The Manager and another employee walked past me twice and said nothing. Another customer came in after me and the manager immediately spoke to him in Spanish asking if he was picking up an order. I told her i was there first. She said "one moment baby." Then she picks up my order asks the other customer if that was his order then walks over to me. I asked for another bag because I always double bag the orders i pick up. She says no its fine. I ask again. Avoid like the plague, unless you want to unnecessarily wait in line for 15 minutes then get served something other than what you ordered. This location is a No Go. I had an appointment nearby so I decided to stop for breakfast. I ordered the chicken biscuit bundle for two dollars. I asked that my order come with cheese. I also ordered a medium coffee with three creams and NO SUGAR. When I got to the window she repeated my order and included two sugars in my coffee. I corrected her and told her NO SUGAR. When I got to the next window to pick up the food, she handed me a coffee. I asked her if the coffee had sugar. She stated "yes". (I'm now thinking that i must be on hidden camera show.). I told her that I ordered the coffee with NO SUGAR. I then waited for her to provide me with the correct coffee. After receiving my food, I pulled into a parking spot in the lot. The hash brown was cold, the chicken biscuit had no cheese on it as I ordered, and the only thing that they got right was the coffee and that's because I had to correct that twice. My wife and I come to this location on a regular basis and have never had a problem. Typically we're here on Sunday mornings around 8:30 AM to pick up breakfast before going to church. At that time the drive-through is rather empty and we are in and out within five minutes. I hate negative reviews and I tried my best to give management a chance to explain and/or mitigate my horrible experience at this location hours after my visit. All that I received was a perfunctory apology from her(Store Manager) that wasn't sincere at all. It's troubling to me that the high school kids cared more about a customer's experience than the so-called management. I plan on calling the head office for clarification on my issues as I've gotten little respect from this location in-house. I recommend anyone not to dine inside at this location as long as current management views your presence as a bother in their free time rather than a choice that you made to visit this restaurant. Okay, I think I was way too generous giving this place two stars previously. After going through the drive thru yet again this evening, I vowed once again never to return. There are two lines on the drive thru. I pulled into the empty lane and waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile, three cars were services in the other lane. I spoke to the speaker and said hello and tried everything. No response. Finally as I was pulling away to backup into the other line someone answered. I complained but couldn't get an apology at the very least. The most I could get was an apathetic reply. After the compliant, I thought for sure a manager who was listening on the speaker system would come speak to me. Nobody really cares. I still ordered and you could probably guess that things were missing from the bag and I had to remind them of missing items. Do I love fast food, yes. Am I huge fan of McDonalds, heck yes. Is this Mcdonalds any good, absolutely not. Food is usually subpar, you can expect half the time to get lukewarm burgers and fries. Don't attempt to do anything radical, such as order no pickles, because not only will your order take longer for some reason, but you can also expect to still have pickles on there. Customer service isn't very good, and if you have a problem, you will be lucky to get a sorry, and more likely to just get a shoulder shrug. If you can find some other Mcdonalds, I highly recommend going there. This should be a stop of last resort. read more

Even though this McDonald's is in squeezed into a tough spot between a rough auto repair shop and even rougher oriental food place, it still owes loyalty to the parent company and customers to keep the place as clean as can be.
