The staff was very friendly, and I got my food in a timely manner. But that's not where the two stars come in. Reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the cashier was very, very nice and was great. I just went through the drive-through. Me and my wife wanted to grab a quick bite. After eating my double whopper, about an hour later I start to feel queasy and bloated. Until it turns into full-blown food poisoning in my opinion, I was down and out for approximately 12 hours. Stopped in for a potty break and lunch to go. The dining room was completely empty except for 3 people waiting on food. The place was a mess. Orders took a while to come out (one guy said he waited 20 minutes). The Coke Zero was sputtering out carbonated water, so I opted for diet lemonade. The fries had no salt and there was none left in the grab and go section. Clerk was not friendly. There are many other options within walking distance. Pick any of them. read more

Stopped in, as this exit is our normal mid-route stop on our way from Atlanta to our beach house or to Orlando and my husband loves Burger King. It was the first time at this location (we normally do Chick-fil-A and Starbucks). Took more than 20 min for 2 burgers (that's all) and they bother were incorrect for a really simple order: 2 cheese burgers with pickles and mustard that's it. Food was fresh. Whooper Jr; chargrilled. Light blond poppyseeds on the bun. A nice sauce, seemed like a light mayo & ketchup mix(I'm not sure.). Sliced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce as well. The fries were seasoned and crisp, fresh. The meal was 700 cal. Which is not at all a bad option for Fast Food. They exceeded my expectations, and I recommend them. I'll try them again. Swung by to grab a quick bite as we came to visit our daughter who's attending college. Went to the men's restroom. The urinal was backed up. I had to use the toilet. The floor was slippery. My feet were literally slipping apart while urinating. We waited a few minutes before getting service. The associate June, did not greet us and her facial expression pretty much summed up our visit. My wife ordered a #4 and requested onion rings. June bluntly said that they were out of onion rings. My daughter ordered the sponge Bob combo and again, June bluntly again stated they were out of everything but the burger. I ordered the #7. At no point did we get offered size options for fries or drinks. While walking to a table, the lobby floor was slippery and not because of the rain, this was a slick floor. The crispy bacon burger looked sloppy and the tomato had a chemical taste to them. The only items that were enjoyable were the fries, drinks, oreo shake, and my families company. read more

I've stopped at this location on road trips on multiple occasions and always was able to get in and out quickly. Restrooms and the dining room were clean. This stop was highlighted by Audrey who not only nailed our large "have it your way order" but did so in a friendly, patient way - something you rarely get at a fast food place. Very rude staff. Rude while taking our order and My daughter had surgery on her throat and I ordered her apple sauce. We went to leave with our order and it was missing. I went inside and asked for it and got an annoyed answer that they don't sell applesauce. I pointed to the 2 locations on the sign that says applesauce and asked if they meant they were out. She literally turned her back and wouldn't answer me. read more

Wouldn't even let us finish what we were saying while ordering. Ordered an impossible whopper meal and instead got a whopper. Long wait time, had breakfast menu up but said they were only serving lunch items, so couldn't even see the lunch menu. Doors inside locked with absolutely no signs saying anything about having to go through drive thru or being unable to go indoors. Just bad overall. read more

Chocolate shake was very good. Cashier was nice and did everything correctly. They got all my family food order wrong. There were flies. The chicken sandwich was not good,the fries were not good either. My dad got a stomach ache after. Overall not so great. read more

I know this place just reopened but come on people. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and a mid fry when I got home it was like everything was just thrown into the bag fries everywhere. Then my whopper didn't even have any cheese. Guess this place just made some extra money by charging me cheese when I didn't get any. They need to train their workers better. The customer service at this place really blows. With the brand new building, you would think morale would be better. Don't go if you have a large order, it seems to easily irritate them. Apparently, telling someone hello or smiling is non-existent here. Be sure to check your bag before leaving, orders are wrong and things are missing. Its not that hard to check the bag before you hand it to the customer. The employees are not trained properly. McDonald's has better service. Maybe once they realize without customers, they wouldn't have jobs. There is another BK at 1608 N Tift Ave, Tifton or try Chick Fil A right down the road, they always have superb service. read more
