I stopped by, having grown up my whole life (I'm 65) with Carl's Jr when they were actual restaurants, and purchased a regular cheeseburger without onions and a 5-piece chicken tenders. The chicken tenders had to be made so we were requested to drive to the front of the restaurant and wait. The chicken was great but, unfortunately, the same can't be said of the burger. Honestly, I think it was cooked in the morning and kept under a heat lamp until my purchase at 6:00 PM. Dry is too kind a word. The Gobi Desert is dry. This was stale bread, hard, lukewarm burger, cheese that had melded with the burger and just this side of hard (as cheese gets when left unwrapped in the refrigerator), wilted lettuce AND ONION. If I had a severe allergy of onions, I would sue. Scraping off the onions is NOT how you sell a "no onion" burger. Sadly, I won't order there again. It might have been an off day, but if the burger isn't freshly made, ESPECIALLY because of the "No Onion, please" request, then this tells me this restaurant doesn't care about anything but the bottom line; money. It's a shame because they used to have pride in their food. I couldn't take it back because I was already on the road fir a 40 minute drive home (and, yes, I ate in the car). Big disappointment. Service is slow. No one in the store and it still takes forever to get your order. No one in the drive thru and they still make you pull forward to the double doors. What do they have against handing food out at the window. A CONSISTENT PERFORMER EACH AND EVERY TIME! It is late at night and I am looking for a quick snack to go. We head back to our hotel and realize that this Hardees located directly across the parking lot is a perfect option. We order a simple snack of chicken strips and onion rings. They were hot, perfectly seasoned and delicious. I have never had a bad meal at any Hardees in any state! They have a great formula that works on all levels. Customer service is always great as well. I simply need them to make sure that they never, ever run out of honey mustard sauce because there is no other acceptable option! Say whut!! Service is non existent and lots of training is needed here. The first rule of customer service is to acknowledge that they are in your business. Try to look like you enjoy your job and speak to the customer with some level of coherence. The young lady working at the counter actually handed me the creamer to put out on the counter! Seriously there were literally no customers in the place and she wasn't busy. She should have been replacing products before we were in the store. They seemed to be out of items which in fast food should not happen. Whoever owns this store needs to evaluate their staff, train and retrain. There's too much competition to take anything for granted and bad service should not be what you're known for. read more

Staff has always been extremely friendly towards me. They seem happy to take your order unlike most fast food no one is rude or seems annoyed. I've never had my order messed up. Service is typically fast and the couple times i've had to wait longer than usual the staff has apologized. read more

Terrible service, there was no sweet tea, the coffee was burnt, the cashier forgot her bra at home, the hash browns where not fully cooked.

Not good. Service is horrible. Not friendly, did not greet us. Had to wait for them to finish shooting the breeze with other workers. Food is just ok. Do not recommend. Owner and management need to take stock of their employees and do something about this. Place was dirty. Maybe more cleaning and less talking about your boyfriend or baby daddy. read more
