Drove through the drive thru 'cuz I can't pass one up without stopping for a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I've never been to this location, but was driving through Tifton & couldn't resist. The cashier (3333) in the drive thru seemed a bit busy yet still did an admirable job. It took a minute to be waited on, but she was the only employee I could see in the building. Purchased a large dipped cone and got what appeared to be a s/m smeared cone. When I asked if it could at least be dipped again, I was told by the server in the drive that it could not be dipped and she closed the window. For $5.07, I would expect more and at least an offer to make the order correct. I regret paying for this crap! Next time I will go to Chick-fil-A where the service is always great and the employees are not rude. The wait was long as well. If I could go lower than zero, I certainly would. The ice cream was soft and melted all over my hand before we got 100 yards away. It is probably good they didn't dip it again because you never know what people will do to your food when they display this type of attitude. Perhaps you should not be in a customer service role. Stopped in at 9:00pm today and the staff was staring at us with the doors locked when they close at 10pm. They literally just stared at us, refusing to come to the door or say anything explaining why they were closed. One of them actually sat there and ate his dinner in front of us. read more

I don't even know where to begin with how much of a waste of time and space this Dairy Queen is. The food here is horrendous. The gravy was solid jello, our Dr Pepper and cokes were both flat (not even one bubble of carbonation), our tender meals had no bread, and our fries were soggy and wet. We also had asked for ranch however there's no way in the world what we got was ranch. It was semi-transparent and almost yellow. You're definitely not missing out on anything by not coming here. Admittedly I don't think I've ever had any food at DQ. Blizzards is all I've had in the past. Went through the drive-thru and got the 2-piece chicken strips kids meal with fries and a sweet tea. No Coke Zero (sigh) Server was fine. Not overly nice but did greet me. Food was ready fairly quickly. It was supposed to come with a kids ice cream cone which they didn't give me, but I got 3 strips of chicken. Ok - it's easier to eat in the road anyway... not a big deal. The chicken was ok, super hot from the drier, but each strip had a piece of gristle- ugh. The fries were so-so. Needed salt. I will be sticking with Blizzards. read more

Wow. Not sure where the 3.5 star cumulative rating came from. We really wanted a DQ fix, so we took the exit and headed in. It was a boarded-up shack, but the sign said it was open during its renovation, so we pulled in and parked near the pile of construction debris next to the dumpster that took up nearly half the parking lot. We went inside and navigated the caution tape to get to the restrooms. The ladies' was dark and grimy and rather appalling, but I was willing to go back inside the tiny plywood arena just inside the door, stand in front of the Blizzard candy display with its sun-bleached wrappers, and order. My husband came out of the men's room and hustled me out the door. He seemed traumatized, but beyond asking for hand sanitizer and shuddering a couple of times, he gave no indication of what happened in there. You have been warned. read more

Slowest drive-thru of my life. The quality of this DQ in particular is sub-par at best. Not coming back.

well, i have fond memories of this DQ. as a kid, my dad would occasionally pick me up from elementary school and take me to this location. i would always get either onion rings (the best i ever had) or/and a banana split. and my dad would always, without fail, get a strawberry milkshake. since i was back in town, i went with my wife and my father to treat him to a taste of old times. the place smelled the same and basically looked the same. it was a little ratty and there were too many flies in the dining area. without fail, my father ordered a strawberry milkshake, but unlike the old days, there weren't any strawberry chunks to clog the straw (annoying, but nostalgic). my wife and i split an oreo sunday. we had to ask for hot fudge (apparently sundae's don't come automatically with chocolate or fruit syrup). although the sundae tasted fine to me, it was just visually unappealing. anyway, my review is based largely on fond memories, so even if the food and service was beyond belief, i would always give it more. read more

I have to say my Blizzard did taste good main reason why there is 2 starts. However, the staff there seemed overwhelmed with just 4 customers there. 2 of the customers were just plain rude and should have been removed from the business. The young man at the counter was nice and placed our order promptly in to the POS. Then he made the blizzard and waited for and order of french fries. 15 minutes later the fries were out and the blizzard was melted. They tried to send the blizzard out that way we refused it and had them make another one. read more

Every time I go here, granted its always for Blizzards, the staff is exceptionally nice and the place is immaculately clean. Recommended!
