I don't usually comment for fast food restaurants. But our experience today was superb! I placed a mobile order before arriving. Once we arrived, we were asked about the kids meal toy. Once they also realized I only ordered 1 kids meal, but had 2 kids, they gave us an extra toy so there would be no fighting! Food came out fast and fresh. The 12:30 lunch meal took excessively long for fast food with 6-7 parties at one time waiting on orders at the counter, plus a lengthy line of cars outside. Once I passed the 10-minute mark for waiting and only half the people ahead of me had received their food, I asked for a refund. The young manager asked if he could quickly give me my food. I explained I was canceling my order because of the staff's inability to do just that. read more

The workers were rude and unprofessional. I ordered a double and received a single whopper. They wanted me to send the single back through the window and when I said no, I was told I would have to pay for it. Not only is that against health code, it was their mistake not mine. When I got home I realized they had also forgotten my frozen coke as well... after going in drive through twice. This same exact situation has happened at this location before just at night. Now I realize it's all around poor management. Will not be back. read more

Rude workers. Disorganized. Got order wrong. Slow and talking to each other instead of serving customers. Disrespectful.

Ordered my food and pull up to the window. The employee working was talking loudly about how I had an attitude to another employee. She finally opens the window and gives me my total and I simply asked if the 2 8pc chicken fries were rang in as 2 for 5 deal. She then slams the window yelling at the manager to "deal" with me. He comes up and doesn't say anything to me. So I just if it's that big of a deal don't worry about it. It's 1.50 difference. He says no I'm fixing it. He then leans out of the window and say next time when you order make sure you say you want the 2 for 5. I said your registers don't do the deal automatically? He said no they don't. I go to Burger King maybe once a month if that. I have never seen this manager or that employee. My self as a general manager in the food industry, I would have addressed the situation differently and most definitely would have said something to my employee about HER attitude towards paying customers. I have worked a lot of different food places and every register automatically does the deal. Burger King needs to update their systems. My food was good though. Maybe that employee was just having a bad day but if she worked for me she would have been written up and sent home! read more

I really do not know how this location stays in business. I pulled in to the drive thru at about 4:45PM there are 2 count them 2 cars in the parking lot. I am figuring both are employees. I pull up the menu board no answer. There was Zero and I mean ZERO chance they were busy. I did not stay long because I knew they were not busy and clearly had no interest in serving anyone. read more

If you can't have someone at the front counter to greet customers then, the lobby should be closed. That will make easier for the employees to hear orders come through when they are outside taking smoke breaks. read more

While we are all struggling with the pandemic, I want to remind businesses that service will keep you in business. I don't think it is much to ask to receive what you pay for, if your best is sub-standard, please re-examine why you are in business. I should have taken the entire order back and requested a refund, instead what I provided to the manager is paraphrased below. While paying for fast food may be a trivial event, the decision to spend my hard earned income ESPECIALLY during this pandemic on fast food deserves at minimum a correct order, hot food, and a receipt. Respect my decision to spend with your business, this is FOOD we are putting into our bodies and that of our families. All you have to do is simply care and that will be reflected in everything you do. read more

i ordered an impossible whopper, no tomato and no mayo. i have a dairy allergy. my mom watched them make my burger, he poured mayo on it, added tomato, put the bun on. he looked up at the screen and saw it had no tomato and mayo, so he took the tomato off and wiped the mayo off WITH HIS HAND!!!! And put the sandwich bun back on. we immediately made them remake it. really disgusting place and there's nothing but kids working there, as you can tell. thank god we're passing through town and we don't actually live here. the health inspection probably needs to go here. ew. read more

They can't get an order right. 3 attempts and each order from the window was incorrect. It appeared when they were taking my order at one time, it sounded like a fight was going on between employees over the PA system. At least 3 different people tried to take my order one time. The person at the window looked like a pothead. The smell of pot was obvious too. Asked for refund instead of dealing with them and they said refund was not their policy. I'll file complaints on this store with BBB, and other outlets until it folds. Other Burger King locations get the orders correct, and the employees treat their customers with respect and dignity. read more

Two times in a row, ~20 hours apart, their "systems were down". Anyone know what they're doing there?

This Burger King? I wouldn't say it was the worst service I have ever experienced, but I can say the service was indeed abysmal. I was going on my morning run like I do every Tuesday when suddenly, I got slammed with the craving for a delicious Burger King cheeseburger. So walk I did, right up to the front door of BK. Unfortunately and to my dismay the front doors, the one on the side, and the last behind the dumpsters, were all locked. Luckily the baby door where you get your food was easy to pry. I personally think they should lower that door though cuz I'm 5'2 and it was not easy getting up and over. But I digress, after an extremely inconvenient entrance, I made my way past the counter, through the door, and around to the lobby side of the registers. The craziest thing? After all of that work of getting inside, not one single employee came to take my order. I even had to flip the lights on myself. Absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours I waited, it was now 3:27am and I hadn't seen a soul, so I decided to make my way back around to the kitchen side. I looked everywhere, I even checked the freezer which I will tell ya, not pleasant. It was then that I realized that the employees literally left the store with no one inside. How does a company expect to make money if they can't even schedule people to make the food. Third worst experience I have ever had at any culinary establishment, fast food, high end restaurant, or Norwegian cruise. 2 stars because the ice cream machine worked and no one told me I couldn't drink it straight from the nozzle. read more

I stop here in the mornings on my way back from dropping my Granddaughter to school. They are SUPER NICE!! Not a long line, which is awesome for me also. The food looks like the food in commercials too, which is unusual, but really nice as well... I will continue going there... great people and great food... read more

Very unpleasant experience. The gentleman who took our order didn't even greet us before taking our order. He just stared blankly at us waiting for us to order. After we finished ordering, we were waiting for our receipt when the gentleman walked away without saying anything to us to do something us. While waiting for our food, all the employees disappeared to the back. We had to guess what my order number was because we were never told our number. All employees were rude and seem to not care about their job or giving the best service possible. Will not be coming to this Burger King again. read more

Best damn whopper n onion rings I have had at a burger King in forever. Plenty of flavor but barely needed a napkin... Surprisingly good and around almost midnight when ordered. Best bk around, hands down, and food was ready quick, like it should be aye!?! read more
