The flame still flares up on the grill when the cook flips the burger, confirming the char flavor will be present as advertised. It is a one-man kitchen, so your order may take a few minutes if they are busy. Good charburgers and onion rings. Today my wife had a half order of 3-way. Totally accommodating to our large group and even encouraged my wife and niece to dance while the song they selected on the jukebox played and our server turned the volume up for them!
