The mushrooms were fresh and the meat options were also good. The relish board also came with fry bread and 2 dips which really stole the show! The fry bread and dips were incredible! I ordered the coffee crusted bison that was cooked perfectly and very tender. The white bean puree tasted just like mashed potatoes but with so much more flavor. Everything was seasoned perfectly but i felt the squash could have been cooked a little bit longer as they were a bit tough. The filet we ordered medium well came out medium rare but tasted good.
