The burger didn't wow me, but I can forgive all sins with the right sauce! The dip bar was great and it kicked everything up a notch! I'm sure multiple groups can fit. To my surprised there is a pizza spot also inside. I went to the counter to order my food and the guys were nice. I ordered the bacon farmhouse burger along with a large Cajun bayou fries. They gave me a buzzer which surprised me while I waited. About 10 minutes went buy and my food arrived. The Cajun fries were good. The Cajun spice didn't hit like I thought it would so I added some salt. It is a great size portion and they were nicely hot. The burger I received had the bread tie at the bottom of the burger. Luckily I caught it before I took a bite. I also noticed a long strand of hair as well. I was a bit disappointed. The burger was "ok" but nothing great. Overall this is a cool spot for a burger and fries. Not overly priced like some places.

The Crystal City location ended up being an expensive curiosity. $22.56 for a single-patty bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a fountain soda. My order turned out to be a case of opposites. The first thing I noticed was that the nearly $10 burger was shockingly small, the patty so skinny. The cheese on the burger had not been melted and they used iceberg lettuce. The bun was dry and it fell apart before I was finished. But the "small" fries turned out to be a whole sack of fries. But before you say yay, these fries were oily and limp and I could only eat some of them. It's a build your own burger emporium. The toppings list showed only fried onions and so I asked if they had fresh onion. The cashier didn't know what fresh onion was, but did know what raw onion was. I wanted to try the onion rings, but had the sense to ask if they were beer-battered. When she told me they were, I took a hard pass. No Coke products were available, only Pepsi. That's never a good thing. And why did my receipt show the business name as "Maman Joon"? I wouldn't say the burger was bad, but considering the not great fries with too high prices (including a $2.24 service and packaging fee) and a stark and uninviting ambience, I can't give more than two stars.

Celebrating Black History month by supporting Black owned businesses. Join me!…read more Black owned business UberEats review "All Hail the Queen!!!! Of duck fat fried chicken! Whew-this place was everything that I needed on a calm Sunday. As mentioned, I ordered online so I haven't visited the location in person yet. But, after my experience with the food, I'm eager to take the trip and check them out. I ordered the 2 piece tenders which came with a side of duck fat fries. I then paired it with the mother sauce and extra pickles. These chicken tenders were huge cuts and perfectly fried. The seasoning on this meat was perfect, not too salty and not bland at all. It was just right! The mother sauce took the chicken tenders over the top with each dip and honestly, whatever is in this sauce needs to be bottled and sold lol. The duck fat fries were addictive because of a dry seasoning sprinkled on them. Add that to hot crispy fries and you've got magic! Definitely recommend this menu selection. My boyfriend had the Queen Mother's classic sandwich and he raved about the flavor profiles and soft bread. He said that the chicken sandwich was a hit to him and that he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. As mentioned, I think that this place might be worth an in person visit to try another one of their great chicken sandwiches and those amazing fries.

Fries, which seemed like a popular item, were more on the bland side and not have been drained completely. The restaurant is beautifully bright and very clean, and we were greeted with warm friendliness that made us feel right at home. Being Mexican myself, I recognized many of the dishes instantly. We tried a variety of plates including guacamole, chips, salsas, ceviches, and a shredded beef dish, each beautifully presented and with tender meat. While the flavors were promising, there's room for the chefs to refine the spices to really bring out the true taste. The corn tortillas weren't handmade and broke easily, but the quality of the proteins was excellent. The micheladas and margaritas were spot on, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Just a heads-up, it's a bit on the pricier side, but overall, it's a lovely place to explore new flavors.

From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. His recommendations were on point, and his energy really elevated the whole meal. We kicked things off with the nachos, and they absolutely did not disappoint--loaded, flavorful, and the perfect start. For our mains, we went with the Cadillac burger and the Canyon Creek burger, both cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. One beef and one bison. You can tell they really take pride in the quality of their food. Also, the fries were fresh and good. The salt and pepper onions set the bar high. But honestly, the standout for us was the half sour pickles they bring out--so fresh, crisp, and ridiculously good. We loved them so much we had to grab some to take home! Between the incredible food and even better service, this place really knocked it out of the park. We'll definitely be back. I also meant to mention a gentlemen came by at the end of the meal to clear some plates. I believe he may of been a manager (wore a tie) and gave us the story of the pickles and how they were processed and came to be a part of their establishment . Great touch to end the meal!
