The food is hot and fresh and delta is the best. She works hard and gets the food done pretty quick.

Really bad customer service. There was three people working tonight and they kept yelling at each other and it took forever to get my food. There was a guy trying to take orders and make the food, another guy wasn't really doing anything and the lady was just sitting towards the back. read more

In the middle of knowhere and just passing through. Saw this place had good reviews so decided to try it out. The second we walked through the front door we knew it was gonna be excellent. The entire staff was really nice and helpful. They seemed to know and welcome everyone in. Other customers we met were also really nice and gave great suggestions. Bacon Cheeseburger and Chicken sandwich were some of the best we had. Homemade Onion Rings were perfect. And delicious shakes to top it off. Completely recommend. I was traveling and absolutely famished and saw the gleaming light of the Burger King sign. I could not wait to eat the burger I had just ordered, however, what happened next was an unexpected tragedy. As I pulled onto the highway, no way to turn around, I unwrapped my burger just to see that the order was completely wrong. Heartbroken, I threw it away and starved for the rest of the trip to the next town over. I hope they pay more attention to orders now. The sprite was poppin tho. read more

Wow, what a day! I'm going to be home a day late after truck breaks down taking a whole day for company roadside to get two flat tires changed ( both had locked lugs). Wife a little sad as we have plans for that whole day and now it's cut in half. Top it off my visit to BK. Where they took my order and I'm being passed up. I clearly heard the manager ask the cook where my double whopper was he said he didn't see it on the screen, but he will prepare it. I still get passed up and I see then scooping fries apparently only for the drive through? I asked where my order was and the manager in a tiff tells me they are waiting for my fries as she tells one of the employees people are so impatient. After I have been already waiting. So I finally got my order and notice cheese (I asked for no cheese extra onion) I'm like I'm hungry and tired who cares but I notice after a few bites no onions. Dang it! I was going to let it go, but it was eating me up. So I went and let the manager I'm tired and what had happened. She asked if I wanted them to make it again. (Make it again I'm tired I want to go to sleep and she is asking if I wanted made again?) I said no and walked out. Tonight's service was the worst I've ever had from any fast food place in my life. It's a bunch of kids working here with zero respect. If I could give no stars I would. My experience starts out with ordering a number 4. The guy replies back with they are out of fries says they have onion rings though. I said ok that's fine but I'm not paying extra. He huffs but makes it work. As I'm paying an off the clock employee is yelling over the counter ordering food to the girls in the back. Guys take my money and says he doesn't have change. Bunch of yelling between employees on who can get money from the safe and he returns. Hands me $9 and a hand full of nickels. I say are you serious and he says he doesn't have any other change just nickels. Grab my drink and the kids are all over the place and filthy. No straws. As all this is going on the little blond girl working is yelling hey mother &@!?er to the off the clock employee about how she fixed the milk shake. The guy calls out a number with a bag of food. I respond with I don't have a receipt so I don't know what my number is. He says this is yours. I respond with I need a receipt I'm on business and he turns around and walks away. Onions rings were cold and old. Burger was dripping in sauce probably enough for 5-6 burgers. In the end this place is disgusting. The employees I've dealt with both times I've been here have been aweful. I won't be back. In fact I'll be emailing corporate first thing in the morning. Loves truck stop should be ashamed to have a place like this be working with them. read more

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Possibly the slowest drive thru on any interstate in America because it appears they can only serve one customer at a time. Maybe one of these days fast food restaurants will start training their employees to multitask again. read more

Bad for fast food and for Burger Kings. Food and service are subpar. One time I was the only person in line at the drive though and they wanted me to pull up to a front curb while I waited on my order. I commented that nobody was behind me . They said it was because my order was taking to long and they didn't want to get in trouble. I ordered 1 whopper with cheese. Someone brought my order to me by walking out of the store and handing it to me. I then checked it and it was a double cheeseburger. I called to the person who handed me the order but they waved at me and ran back inside. I found a place to park, went in and got the right burger (which tasted really old). read more
