Been here 4 times total. First time I thought this was my new go to burger place, but after I had a 30 minute wait for a burger, my fries were cold, and they forgot to tell me my order was ready. They not only didn't remake my food but thought that it was okay to serve me cold food. The staff was horrible and while I placed my order the kitchen staff was playing on their phones and not paying attention. I felt so disrespected and this would never happen in any kitchen I would work for. They have no appreciation for their customers and I promise I'll never go back. Stopped in here for lunch while in town to see the new Marshall's Museum. The place was a little hard to find, Microsoft maps wasn't very accurate. The place in minimal in decorations, furniture and design. You order at the counter, the menu is pretty simple. I ordered the double meat bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was pretty loud inside and ordering was a little challenge. I found the one open table and waited and waited - about 20 minutes went by until they brought my order. The portion was large and looked good. The burger was seasoned very well and the bacon was excellent. The bun also held us well. The fries were better than average. I could only eat about 75% of the order because the portion size was large. Overall, food was great but the wait time was a little much. read more

First, it was really hot in the restaurant on Friday (August 2, 2924) night. We didn't realize just how hot until after we ordered or we would have left. Then, they were really slow, especially considering they weren't busy. We waited at least 10 minutes before we received our meal. And, then our order was messed up because one of our cheeseburgers did not have any cheese plus, the roasted carrots and broccoli was missing. They finally brought the roasted vegetables; which was the best thing we ate. Delicious~ Finally, they brought us another cheeseburger; which did actually have cheese, but it was a long wait! At 30, I asked to have them bagged to-go because we were now short on time. At 40 minutes, we had to leave without eating. This place served me one of the freshest tasting burgers I've had in a very long time. The burger was juicy but lacked seasoning. I didn't mind that fact because it allowed me to enjoy the flavor of the meat. The fries were cut in house and soft just the way I like them. They reminded me of the fries I get from Five Guys. I also had a side of ranch with my burger and everything was altogether delicious! The customer service was also excellent! I saw places to sit in the restaurant but the ambiance left a bit to be desired. It looked like an industrial restaurant and not a chain which did lend to its individuality and simplicity. Well, decided to come to Patrick's Burgers a little before 7:00. We forget about it because It's tucked out of sight. Pulled up and it's dark inside, but I see people so I go to the door and ask if they are open...yes they are so, I ask if they had forgotten to turn on the lights...no answer. We asked several times if they could turn on the lights... no response. There is one light on out where the tables are???? Other customers are just shrugging their shoulders. I walked around looking for light switches... I think they are in the kitchen...should have left...but kept on till they turned them on.‍‍Also, no menu....
