I don't know if the food is good because it's all wrong. They can't tell the difference between mozzarella fries and chicken fries. The fries were all in the bottom of the bag because apparently it is too much work to put them in right. My sodas were the only thing not messed up. The app was only willing to give me a $5 coupon. The food costs way to much for this crap! So check EVERYTHING even taste it before you leave the drive through because they don't care. They also asked me for money on a mobile order that was already paid for. Don't know what it looks like in there and I don't care. I doubt the inside is good since the only thing they seem to have updated is the order mic and speaker. So I can't comment on ambience. read more

What to say...ordered two fish sandwiches with fries...cost seemed a bit high...and after getting the food the price was definitely high for the quality. We'll start with the fish sandwich. Looked like it stayed in the fryer just a tad too long. And salty!!!! Tasted like the salt shaker opened up and fell on it. Now on to the fries, what to say about those. They had no redeeming value, they should have just stayed as a potato and they would have been better. They tasted old. They were lifeless and soggy, not crunchy at all. I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. Saturday morning. Not busy at all. They asked me to drive around tot the front to bring out my order. Almost 10 minutes later I get my order. I'm in a rush and head home only to realize my order was wrong. Not only was it wrong, but one of the sausage paddies was burnt so bad it looked like a hockey puck. They asked me to pull up front to wait for my food order. I did. The manager then poked his head out the front door with a bag in his hand. I waved to him because I assumed it was mine and then he immediately went back inside. I waited another 20 minutes before going back in to politely ask about it. I then had to wait in line for 10 minutes before I could ask where my food was. When I asked the manager claimed I wasn't out there. Nothing was comped no apology from him. Just lies. Ive been going here for 2 years and i only go when dylan one of the cooks is there because the foods always fresh i get a very specific order and whenever hes not there the employees forget to add onions to my chicken sandwich and its always soggy unless dylan is there other than that the service is quick just make sure Dylan is there!!!!! read more

This is quite possibly the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I'm not sure what they do to the burgers but they are cold and the cheese is never melted. I assume they use warming trays which are clearly failing. The burgers are not only cold but hard and hockey puck like. That's not good considering when BK has fresh warm and juicy burgers they are great, not here though. read more

This burger king sucks. I have ordered a simple order and they have messed it up three times. I finally gave up because i know for a fact that they will mess up again. The last 4 times I've gotten food here they give me the wrong stuff. One time I literally had to have them remake it 4 times. Ordered a burger they gave me a chicken sandwich. Then they gave me a smaller burger then what I ordered. Then got the burger had no cheese. They remade it still no cheese. Then they made me pay for new fries cuz I said I'd like new ones cuz mine were cold. Last night got 4 whoppers one with no pickle and all with cheese. Got none with cheese and extra pickles on all. After they had once again tried to give us a chicken sandwich meal with a drink. This place is trash. And they don't do anything to get right with the customer after doing r wrong. read more

Sloppy work but they try. I ordered a simple #8 (which here is the basic chicken sandwich) and they put red sauce on it I'm not sure if they need more guidance or better management or if they hire new people so frequently no one ever gets to know what they are selling but they don't seem focused on the job and need major overhaul. read more
