Food was awful we all came home and were sick to my stomach for hours. The meat was dry and service was so slow.

You find out a gas station. Nothing special about the onions either I really wish for this family to succeed with this location right across the street from EO Smith, high school-yeah students crossing over but only going to Starbucks from the high school during the afternoon. I walked in and I never knew they had ice cream as well. I think if students knew that they would be checking out the doghouse too good luck I wish only the best for you guys, but I have to give it a thumbs down for now.

They serve up a variety of signature hot dogs, burgers, tacos, sandwiches. salads, fried chicken (nuggets, tenders), fried foods, and cooler drinks. The place is order at the counter with open food prep area and there is ample table seating inside. I stopped by Nikki's Dog House for takeout. I ordered 2 specialty hot dogs and a soft taco to go. My food was prepared to order and all set in 7 minutes. I enjoyed the food outside nearby on a hot sunny evening. The Coney Island hot dog ($4.95 plus tax) was topped with yellow mustard, raw chopped onions, and ground beef on a soft hot dog bun. This dog is similar to the Michigan dog I've enjoyed in the Northern NY region. The Park The Cah hot dog ($4.95 plus tax) was topped with yellow mustard & sweet baked beans on a soft hot dog bun. The Dot's Dirty Taco ($6.50 plus tax) was overloaded with cilantro lime slaw, corn salsa, shredded cheese, crispy chicken pieces, chili lime drizzle on a soft flour tortilla. Overall, the food was good and slightly messy to eat. Will try other hot dogs next time in Storrs or at the Putnam location.

I look forward to testing more of their menu. The fries were well seasoned and perfectly crispy. I love the rolls and it's even better that it wasn't hot dog buns!! Each time I've been heading out, I'd tell myself, "I'll stop on the way back." But every time, I'd be so tired from my ride or just really wanted to get into a hot shower, that I'd murmur to myself, "Next time." Well, after this scenario played itself out for the umpteenth time, I decided to ride out to it by way of Arcadia. OMFG! Was this place ever so good! The absolutely best French Fries I've ever eaten and after looking at the menu, I can understand why. Being a small food truck, they probably only have one fryolator. So everything gets cooked in the oil they use. The Hot Dog I ordered was the BBQ Dawgg. A beef Hot Dog wrapped in Bacon and then deep fried until the Bacon is crispy. Into a tasty, but not overly huge Bun and topped with grilled Onions and BBQ Sauce. So you get the Bacon fat and Hot Dog fat mixing in with whatever kind of oil they are using, which imparts all those flavors into the French Fries. Service is fast and friendly.

How could you not like this place?! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and an awesome menu. We tried the reuben dog, taco dog and guilty pleasure dog with the Cajun fries. Dogs are messy but fun.... loved the taco dog! Cajun fries were too salty but appreciate that they are made in house! (Wish they had sweet potato fries with a fun dipping sauce though!) Can't wait to go back and try more creations!

I went back recently, after having not been for a while, and it was as good as ever. They have a delicious quinoa and veggie based patty, and I have a signature way I usually like to order it: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, Swiss, brown mustard, & their own hot relish. All of the ingredients are super fresh, and they execute everything they do extremely well, crucial with burgers, hot dogs and fries. The fries are hand cut, and I always go with the Cajun fries, accompanied by their addictive chipotle aioli. It actually has a kick, but also a strong depth of flavor. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is always just right. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They don't rush to make sure they have your burger/topping combination exactly right when you customize your own. It's actually a very nice space inside, too. I like eating there even though I have probably gotten mine to go slightly more often. Lately I prefer eating my burger & fries fresh there. Anytime someone asks for an in town food recommendation, my family & I say Riley's. It's a must try for foodies period, but especially if you're a burger lover. And again, they have a top tier veggie burger. It's a very special place.

They have the soda machine where you may refill your cup on your own. This location is open till 2:00 AM on certain nights to potentially feed the hungry students of the neighboring UCONN. After we placed our orders, we were told to sit down, and they would bring them to us. After a very short wait of under 10 minutes the bowls were brought out to us. These bowls were small, there was lettuce, and chopped grilled chicken, the tomatoes and the pickles were few and far in between. As far as fast food goes, this bowl is a decent option if you're not super hungry, otherwise it won't hold you over for long.

I placed a large online group order mid-day on a Saturday. When I walked in 40 minutes later (on time per the order confirmation), I walked up to the pickup window where I was asked for the name on the order. When I gave them the name, the cook started yelling from the griddle that she needed more time and that I shouldn't be asking for my order yet. I explained that I had just given my name when asked and expected to wait. She spent the next twenty minutes complaining about being too busy and dealing with impatient customers. Too bad, could have been a perfect experience. Over a 70 minute wait for an 8 person order mid-day on a quiet Saturday indicates they have a logistics problem. Hope they improve as the food was great!
