Placed a large order and half of the orders were completely wrong. Items that were clearly unchecked to be excluded and were covering the sandwich. This is a major problem for people with food allergies! Refund "not available" for their mistakes and they will not do a delivery. I just have to give this crew credit... I was there the day a new sandwich debuted -- the hot Italian sandwich. Everyone was coming in with a coupon, so yes, things were a little chaotic at lunchtime. But the staff kept smiling despite extremely difficult customers like the one who complained about their sandwich and had them remake it 3x. So in all the chaos, I was mistakenly handed the wrong sandwich. When I realized the mistake, they quickly remade it without any attitude. Vence did a great job with my food I don't do pork and he made sure the entire sandwich cutter was clean of any type of meat he changed his gloves and everything he wiped down everything. I come here frequently and I will admit, it can get very busy during lunch hours. There have been times I've waited 45 minutes for mobile orders, so I learned to wait awhile before pickup during the weekday. Let me tell you, some customers are brutal during the long wait times. A great menu to start to appeal to a vast audience along with the visual appeal of them slicing your meat and cheese and putting your grinder together based on your choices. With their "sauce" on top it brings a great flavor to and sandwich you choose. The grilled sandwiches are also made to order and are served hot and fresh. They only use quality meats and vegetables are prepared daily. Bread is fresh and any sandwich I've tried you can't go wrong. It's more expensive than a subway but the quality is so much better. With the chain restaurant four star rule these guys almost hit a 4 1/2 stars. There are times when there's a line and a wait and sometimes they're too busy to clean the small dining area but the food is consistent and just as good as you'd expect from a Jersey Mike's. While I normally go for the Chipotle Cheesesteak (#43) or one of the Chicken Cheesesteak sandwiches they do an awesome job with just fresh-sliced deli meats and the fresh bread with just a few condiments. The #8 Club Sub on their Rosemary Parm bread is pretty outstanding just the way it comes. You can add more or less of anything you like or even get it "Mike's Way" and you won't be disappointed. I've gotten grilled subs from this location as well and the quality is just as good as any other JM's I've been to. Four stars! read more

I have nothing but high praise for their precision, efficiency and dedication to serving and excellent sub and superior customer service. I ordered an Original Italian mini sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, hot pepper relish, oil and vinegar dressing. The bread is excellent and stands up well to an Italian sub and the v&o dressing. A different style than a typical sub shop they cut all their meat with a meat cutter right on the counter which is a nice addition to the typical sub shop. I only gave it a 2 star cause the staff was pleasant. I didn't care for the fact a 6 inch sub is 12.82 for a chicken cheese stead, I had some black pieces of carbon from the grill in it, and the absolute one thing that I absolutely hate is canned mushrooms, I've cooked for several kitchens, ate so many different types of restaurants where they cheat by putting canned mushrooms on things, when mushrooms aren't even that expensive when buying a 20 pound box from a distributor such as restaurant depot or a delivery distributor, paying that much for a 6 inch sub I expect to have quality ingredients. I also felt that my chicken yes even though it's shaved there was still some dark meat in it like though meat possibly. I would never waste my money on them again, I assumed that a place like this would be putting quality ingredients on a 6 inch sub that is way overly priced, and why don't yall have honey mustard? my decision is made up after this first and last experience a franchise that's growing rapidly fast like this with the price of charging this type of money for that should taste amazing and not just eh, I honestly wish that I didn't spend that type of money but what I save 1.50 by getting cold cuts that also has worse crap in it too. so frustrating that places just try to find a way to scam people one way or another, I don't expect or want a sorry, but I damn sure won't spend more money there. and did I mention that a 6 inch sub 10.50 and up??? crazy as hell read more

I usually come in during lunch time and it is almost always busy. However, the workers are fast and efficient. The subs are good quality but you can't go wrong with any of their cold subs. The oil, vinegar, salt and pepper is a nice touch along with their freshly sliced deli meats. My favorite is the club supreme with roast beef, turkey and bacon. The hot subs are good as well but the first time I got their Big Kahuna cheesesteak, it doesn't feel as hefty and satisfying as their cold subs. Also the American cheese was a little overpowering making the sub taste one dimensional. I would personally sub for provolone. For the average consumer, they may love it, but for me the subs are just okay. They are well made but I feel like I don't crave them. Also I wish their regular size subs were larger because their giant is too big. Their Hershey's cookie is underrated and I insist taking one home and warming it up for 5-7 seconds. It has a deep buttery chocolate flavor and the cookie itself is soft and thick. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a lunch break.
