I have officially boycotted this King after one-too-many bad experiences at this pathetic Kingdom. I have noticed that this King is at its worst on a weekend midafternoon when it appears that management is absent or lacking and the minions here are left to their own devices of supreme laziness and carelessness. This restaurant chain is sooo bad! The service is inadequate. 98% of the time they will screw up your order either by forgetting items you paid for or by not adhering to your requests. I have given them couple of chances but I think I am done. You too should move one to better and healthier options. This place is not worth the money nor the time or struggle. This location is bout 4.5 miles away. It shouldn't take two hours to get my food. I have no clue if my food is sitting on a counter at BK, hasn't been prepared yet or sitting in the driver's car if he is making other deliveries. If it is that one, I am terrified of getting food poisoning from rancid mayonnaise as I have before. It is oppressive outside. Mayo can go bad quickly in this weather. Add to it the two hours it was expected to arrive from the time I ordered not. K is definitely not worth waiting for this long. Ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese Croissant'wich sandwiches with home fries and coffee with a coupon thru the drive thru. Drove 1/4 mile (about 1200 feet, took almost 2 minutes and ate in the car. Sandwiches were barely luke warm at best. Tasted ok, but food should be served hot, not cold or at room temperature as these were. Home fries were a bit overcooked and also not hot. I prefer them crispy, and if these were hot and fresh, would have been fine. In this case, they aren't enjoyable at all. Coffee was ordered black and very hot. So, obviously not fresh food here as it appears to have been sitting for a while and not kept hot. It was hot at some point in time as the cheese or cheese product was melted onto the sausage. If there is a next time here at the Winchester Ma Burger King, I'll have to take a bite before pulling away or go inside and taste the food before leaving. This place has been going downhill in service over the years since I've been here 7 years ago. They had some great employees with great customer service. Recently, they have been so understaffed that they only open the drive-thru because there aren't enough people. I am usually a nice person, but there is this one person who worked today, who has been here for some months now. He is a tall fellow with glasses. He seems like a nice fellow, but his attitude is not the best. The past two times I interacted with him, he messed up my order not once, but twice. The first time I ordered two medium fries with my order, miss that in the first time he gave my order, only to give two small fries when I asked him nicely that he missed the two medium fries. I also asked him for buffalo sauce before I checked my order, but then he said "Should've told me at the registers" in a rude tone. He didn't ask at the registers like some other employees have done. Even if other employees haven't asked me for the sauce at the registers, they were happy to give me the sauce after receiving my order from them. The second time his attitude was not the best was today. He was the sole person working front so he only opened the drive-thru. We had two coupons in the order, and other employees who worked drive thru when the dine-in was closed, but he claimed that it was "his policy to only do one coupon per car." Apparently the way he spoke to us about the coupons situation was so mean even if we repeatedly said that we have done more than one coupon before in the drive-thru. He only gave us 10 chicken nuggets instead of 20 because we had originally ordered 20 nuggets, but on the receipt he put 10 on there so that's the second time he messed up my order. This guy needs to be let go and left jobless because he made the quality of the customer experience the worst it has been in years because of the tone of his voice and how mean he was towards me and my family. I find this BK very erratic. Sometimes it's fine (as fast food goes) and other times terrible. Tonight I went to the drive-thru with two children. We had to wait at least 5 minutes at the window for the food although there was no other car in front of us.
