Stopped here for a midday lunch on a trek from downeast Maine to New Hampshire. Got two sandwiches at the drive through which took a reasonable amount of time and was one of the better BKs as far as sandwich quality. Easy in and out of the parking lot as this is a pad site in a strip mall lot and the traffic light helps a lot. It's close some of the lakes so I can see that during vacation season the traffic could be crazy. read more

8-31-24 12:45 AM We were starving after five hours of flying and running to planes. As you might know nothing is open in this area at this time of night. So glad to see this place open if it was a McDonald's I would have passed. We went through the drive through hubby and I ordered the exact same thing a number one combo Whopper medium Coke his with fries mine with onion rings. When we got to the window we waited. Even better fresh made to order. A line formed behind us in the drive through coincidentally. When we got there we were the only ones. The Whopper seems to have shrunk over time or we were just that hungry as we ate it all. My onion rings were perfect and hubby didn't finish his fries. The cokes were ginormous even the medium size. They were severely short staffed and we waited to order for about 10 min. After we paid I tried to empathize and let him know I'm sorry if he was the only one working. He completely ignored anything I said. Also Tripp forgot to give us our pies we ordered as well! And we couldn't go back because the lobby was closed and we did not want to wait in line again for an hour, as there were already multiple cars in line. read more

It's more a complaint about delivery rather than the service. The doordash app says they're open 24 hours, but for the past few times I've had a late dinner, they've closed AFTER a dasher is found. I don't know if it's actually closed due to short staff, but making me wait for an hour just to call it quits right after the dasher arrives after an hour of nothing is no way to treat a paying customer. read more

The food was amazing but there was a guy that had a kiss tattoo on his neck and had black hair I didn't catch his name but he was very disrespectful he was cussing and we were ordering and I asked for a slushy he asked what size the he said f it I doesn't matter and gave me a small. read more

The impossible whopper was great, but at an empty drive thru line around 9pm, it took over 15 min to get ours after paying. They had us pull around and wait parked in front, then proceeded to serve a car that came a while after us and only waited just a few minutes for their impossible whopper. We know they also ordered an impossible whopper with their other food because the server came to our window first by accident. They got their impossible whoppers we still waited after that. The server was also annoyed and did not smile at all. There was just a really unpleasant vibe here and I'm sad to see the other reviews were on par with the service we received too. read more

Came to get some Impossible whoppers. Was told upon ordering it would take 12 minutes and to pull around. It took more than 15 and when the burgers came out, they were served to another car before us (we were here first). Then they forgot the dipping sauce. All was rectified and we got our food and it was awesome, but I'm just recommending that this BK manage their capacity for serving these burgers in a more efficient way since they currently lead the market in serving these delectable faux burgers. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally got to order. Made it to the window and my order was no longer in the system. Had to reorder and wait additional time for them to make the food. Tried to pay with a Burger King gift card. They said it wasn't good. I told them to call a manager. The manager put it through no problem. Team members were swearing and acting like fools. Got my order extremely incorrect when I got my new burger it was full of grease. When I got home and called to complain to her she didn't like what I had to say and hung up on me... Not only did she hang up but she won't return my calls for that matter either. She will be doubt with and she will wish she never fucked with me. So, on multiple occasions, I have gone to this restaurant specifically, and the staff doesn't seem to want to work, just this morning, one if the employees, I think the manager referred to him as Tim, threw my sandwich into the trash after messing it up, which I guess is standard procedure, but he THREW it, like slammed it into the trash, while there were other customers in the store that could see this. Also, the store is in a state of disrepair, the ceiling tiles are stained, and leaky ac units, the floor is always sticky, the counter is cracked, and the store looks very outdated. I hope something gets done, at the least about the staff. The staff needs an overhaul more than the store. read more

OMG! The first indicator that this place sucks is that I arrived with my grandson at 6:45PM on a Sunday night and we were the only customers. The kid at the register had no clue what he was doing. It took me more than 5 times to try and get my order right - he kept on reading back what he had punched into the register - it was wrong, wrong, wrong. I had ordered one of the "new" bacon double whopper meals(not the real name, but that's what it is) tor $8.99 and to "go large" for an extra buck. And without cheese or mayo. At least 3 times he read back to me without bacon... finally I said "why would I order a bacon double whopper without bacon???" Then, after we actually got the order, I noticed that he had charged me $2.49 for my drink and $2.49 for onion rings... even though I got the meal deal. So... up to the counter I go to talk to the manager, explained that I had been overcharged. She pulls out a piece of paper and frantically tries to do math. She couldn't. She said I had been overcharged by 68 cents. I tried to explain that $2.49 + $2.49 ='s $4.98. She wound up handing me a buck. I realized I was in a no-win situation... surrounded by total incompetence. My grandson had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, and a large drink. He only got the 2 cheeseburgers. I had to go back to the register and order his drink again. The kid acted like we had never been there. He went through his whole spiel again. As we were eating, my grandson said "they've changed the cheese in these to plastic cheese." He was right... the slices were not even melted on his burgers and they looked like little square pieces of glow in the dark orange plastic. For some strange reason, I asked him if he wanted some dessert as we were leaving, so he ordered an oreo shake and I got an ice cream cone. The same kid that was lost before at the register made the shake and my cone, and when passing the cone to me said "I don't make very good ice cream cones". That was obvious - the ice cream was wider than taller sitting lop-sided on the cone - it was 93 outside - and I had to devour the ice cream in an attempt to keep it from falling off the cone and onto the ground as we walked back to my car. The whole time we were there 1 other customer came in, ordered a shake, and the kid at the register made it wrong for her - she didn't look too thrilled as he tried to correct his mistakes... yet again. Interestingly 2 people walked in (about 10 minutes apart) with their own drink containers, walked over to the drink machine, and filled up their containers and walked out without paying. No one behind the counter seemed to notice or care. Unbelievable. This Burger King needs to be dethroned. read more
