Not sure who's in charge at this location. they had got my order wrong and when I came back and kindly asked if my order of the two sanwhiches could be remade since they were now cold from driving all the way home and back after realizing the mistake. They STILL made the sandwich wrong a second time. It's really disappointing after a really long day and when you try to make it right they just don't even care. Ive worked fast food for a very long time and I could never imagine treating PAYING customers like this. Ur better off spending ur money elsewhere. read more

I went to the Burger King here in Zillah, WA for a quick dinner with my daughters, and my chicken sandwich was barley warm and it just had piece of cold white cheese that seemed to be just thrown in it. Then to top it off, me and my 3 year old daughter fell on the floor as we left the play area trying to go to the bathroom, the floors were really wet and even in the bathroom. There was no wet floor signs and when I got up, I went to go tell one of the female workers, and she just walked away with her headset. A manager did not come at all to speak with us and then when we left, the worker brought out a wet floor sign in front of the main entry doors. Just very bad service overall. read more

Absolutely the slowest Burger King I've ever encountered. The workers purposely hold up the line so nobody is at the first window so their time looks good. It's so slow. Left without my food because it was taking so long. Absolutely unacceptable. This has happened three times now. They do not let cars wait at first window so they can make their time look quick. Stopped by there on 2/23/2023 in the morning to get breakfast on my way to work. Pulled up into the drive through and waited for about five minutes with no reply. I drove up to the window to see the employee sitting there staring at me but wouldn't open the window or take my order. Worst employees, dirty restaurant, not with the money. I will never spend a dime at this place, and can't believe Burger King hasn't revoked their franchise agreement yet. read more

I wouldn't feed this to my dog. The young lady at drive thru today was too busy w her friends parked on the side that she was in a deep convo w VS working. She was running in and out to continue said convo. If she wasn't preoccupied she would've remembered w had 3 drinks and that the coffee shouldn't have been covered in oil. Then she told me they don't give out creamer wth?! The food omg the fries obviously sitting for a while bc they turned dark brown. Asked for fresh ones and guess what we didn't get them. Made us wait about 8/10 min for our onion rings bc they had to make them but never had them be fresh n soggy. Leads me to believe they half ass it over here n I see why the reviews are horrible. Also why the parking lot is never full. Stay tf away from this disgusting place I seriously feel the girl today was a rude winch n should be fired! People work hard for their money n wasted money isn't ideal when you want to splurge on eating out. The lettuce butts clearly wouldn't be in their food they prepare themselves for lunch I can bet on that. Came to this lousy burger king in Zillah WA on June 26th 2024 to buy a (Your way meal) The lady at the drive through with the gold nose ring was the rudest lady i have ever seen in 40 years. She shouldnt have a job there! She turned around handed me a $20 bill back i gave to her because it had a very tiny small rip at the bottom. My husband came there about 30 minutes before I did the woman coudn't get his order right. Then you look at all these 1 star reviews and they wonder why they are not doing good in Zillah. It starts and ends with customer service. They lack it! It shows! Owner of this Burger King needs to seriously fire and hire new employess that care. He needs to completely overhaul the employee situation based on how they treat customers. But he not the only one. My husband called the Nob Hill Yakima Branch to try and get a phone number to the corporate office to file a complaint and the lady there on the phone said she was a manager of that branch in Yakima and she had the following to say "What do you want me to do about it sir! Your already mad!" Well she needs a new job as well! Both these Burger Kings need some serious looking into by corporate and if they can't clean up there attitudes, the resturaunts and provide what they advertise then Burger King Corp should revoke franchises from these locations. read more

This is by far the worst Burger King. This location should probably still be closed and working on fixing its problems. For months after the grand opening they had no screens in their drive through and workers had no idea who's order they were on. They'd ask for your receipt and would gather the items accordingly. Wait time was and continues to be absurd, at least 30mins each trip. They've had to fix their plumbing issues more than once already, since they kept dumping oil into the drains. The indoor kiosk only give you a select menu option, and the place isn't even recognized in the BK app which is absurd. The hours here are weird, cause they open at whatever time they want (I went past 8am and they were closed). Now they only have one drive thru lane open, not sure why but this location is the worst. Honestly we only go here cause McDonald's gets pretty old in this small city, did I mention that this location isn't available on the app?!?! Do better Zillah BK read more

Worst Burger King I have ever ate at and I am a local in the area. This isnt the first time with crap for service from this place. It is reliably crap. If you like being treated like you Inconvenienced the people working inside then by all means eat here. They asked me to wait at the back drive through window. So I did then I pulled forward when the next car left. The girl came to the front window pissed off at me, said something and shut the window hard as walked away. As I was Watching inside their were young kids running around behind the counter. A different girl served us our food And drinks. That was it. No other communication. The food was cold when we got it. You could tell they were more worried about getting you out of the drive through than serving half decent food. My wife's burger had two pieces of lettuce and a dab of mayonnaise in the center that was it, the rest had nothing on it. My burger was tossed into the wrapper in parts little sauce on the burge and was half way hanging out the bun. if you want decent food eat anywhere else but here. Their was one car ahead and one car behind. So they weren't busy at that moment. We ordered 4 meals off the menu with no alterations and one side. McDonald's across the street does a better job. El Porton is faster in their drive through and And you get freshly Cooked Mexican food out of the kitchen. Fred's Burger, off of Cheyne Road is off the charts compared to Burger King. Dad's restraunt in Toppenish makes a better burger and service. if your from out of town I hope this helps. read more
