I love BurgerFi! This spot is in such a great location as it's right next to the beach. I've come here solo and also with large groups of friends and it never disappoints. Today I stopped by for a lunch deal- burger,fries and a drink for $13 (I was so hungry I wolfed it down so quick and forgot to snap a photo lol). Then finished it off with dessert! Terrance there is an absolute treasure! He was running the up front area by himself , delivering food and being so helpful and genuinely caring. It's not too often you have people who are purely kind and he just exudes it! When I came in this time, they also have this Heinz machine that mixes your condiments for you (you can combine mayo, bbq, ketchup, ranch, and hot sauces). Self served and pretty cool! Terrible Management there just went in to order food for my 2 children who are under 10. Lady who took my order was rude and arrogant insisting that my kids were older than 10.She canceled our order and told us to leave and not come back. If she is the Manager she has a terrible attitude towards customers. Going to call her Supervisor and tell them what a rude employee they have there. read more

We came in on a cold evening. We placed our order at the kiosk. Drinks came right away so we could fill our cups. They were pretty busy so lots of people were waiting for their orders. They fortunately had all the doors closed because it was chilly outside, the tough thing was. People kept sliding the doors open and leaving them open so many of us were freezing inside. We kept getting up to close the doors. The orders came out separated by burger and fries on a separate tray. The burgers were actually really good. I was expecting more of a generic fast food burger, but we were pleasantly surprised. The onion rings also had good flavor. Yes, we were paying customers. Yes, we still had to pay to get it off. Apparently the real business here isn't burgers, it's parking extortion. People were being booted all around, to the point cops had to show up. Around 7:50 we went back to our cars, and they were both booted too!! I'd like to leave a review for BurgerFi in Fort Lauderdale. The service here is really poor, and the staff is not friendly at all. The girl at the register, who claims to be the manager, is very insincere and unpleasant. She doesn't want to have a proper dialogue with customers and just reacts negatively to everything. On top of that, if you park your car and quickly run into a neighboring place--like a nearby gas station to buy cigarettes--you might come back to find your car booted. Even though you were going into BurgerFi, you'll have to pay a fine to some random people who don't give you any receipts or documents. They just basically hold your car until you pay them on the spot. Food is regular by the way . Nothing special. read more

I have never been at a more incompetent restaurant before in my life. I paid $114 and waited 30 minutes for fast food. Additionally, I didn't even get what I ordered in the end. I ordered 4 shakes; 2 vanilla, 1 chocolate, and 1 strawberry. The lady asked me FOUR times if we ordered 2 vanilla shakes; we said yes. After waiting for 30 minutes, they then tell us the machine is broken, and we only get 3 shakes. We come home and have 2 strawberry, 1 vanilla. Then we also don't have 2 of the 4 fry orders we paid for. Genuinely how hard is it to make fast food. It should not take 30 minutes and I should not only have 1/2 my order. Our first time visiting BURGERFI while on vacation. This was located near the beach so it was a nice place to grab a quick bite without dealing with all the crowded restaurants closer to the beach. The burger, fries and shakes were very fresh and delicious. It reminded me of Culver's burgers which I love. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. BurgerFi is always solid. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has the original location and it's always a bit different in a good way. In my most recent visit, one of their staff members, Eddie, was absolutely amazing. He went over and beyond in every single way. He was zipping around the restaurant being sure that everyone was satisfied. Non-stop service for the 45-minutes we were there. Treated our kids great too! My wife and I have each been in hospitality ourselves and he is a rock-star! Excellent service and he stands out! read more

The employee in charge has the biggest attitude. She doesn't even acknowledge any customers when they're next to the register. I got a free shake with purchase on my App, so I decided to have lunch there. The Oreo shake was delicious....I could taste the bits of oreo and the creaminess of the shake was really good. I also got a burger with no sauce. It tasted a bit plain, so I added some ketchup and mustard and it was delicious. Their burgers are moist, juice and nicely cooked. The store itself was a bit of a mess, with tables not being cleaned and dirty paper napkins all over the floor. I cleaned my table myself and waited for my order to be ready. If you eat out on the terrace....BEWARE....the birds will quickly pick on your food if you leave it unattended for even a minute... Tim is awesome! He took our order for a large group to-go and was so so nice. He got everything right and were super happy with our service. This location is now cleaner than past years, and maintains a great temperature with the A/C blowing nice and cool inside and also the doors open to let in the ocean(ish) breeze . Located about a block from the beach, a lot of people wear bathing suits with coverups and flip flops. The food is always so good. Love the breakfast burger and the classic burger with cheese. My family always switches it up and they have basically liked everything. Careful though! They fry things in PEANUT OIL, so if you're allergic beware!! read more

One of the best burger places I have ever been to. Being a vegetarian mainly, I find it hard to find good tasting vegetarian burgers, I tried many and they have failed me. BurgerFi does get the vegetarian burger damn right. I used to live in Florida and moved away. I wish these guys are all across the country, they would be a hit just with their vegefi burger. This place is horrible the lady that took my order Njlelle. Took my order and a guy came in and asked for a water cup and she said no you have to have a receipt. As I'm paying for my order. So I asked for a water cup and gave it to the man. And when he was filling the cup she came rushing him around the counter screaming and yelling and snatched the water out of his hands and threw it away. Horrible customer service. Best BurgerFi location yet! So i love this place strictly for their vegetarian burgers: the quinoa burger. Usually it's hard to find a good veggie burger around. I know I know, I should be raving about their regular burgers since this place DOES sell burgers. I can vouch per my friends that the burgers here are great. Also healthier, kids love them too! Besides all the great BurgerFi perks we all know, this location is just amazing. You're steps from the beach, easy to walk to. There's parking for cars if you drove. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great location for a quick lunch break or if you're too tired after the beach to sit down at a place just come right to BurgerFi. Yummy burgers, great beers, perfect fries. Onion rings too! The restaurant's hired security gave a ticket to my elderly parents for parking in a handicap space by their restaurant (they have a handicap tag for their car). The space did not indicate it was only for restaurant parking and my parents had parked there multiple times before with no incident. Their hired goon bilked my parents out of $120 to remove a boot from their car. Very disappointing treatment. No wonder why the place was empty. read more
