I got the trio of smaller, slider-type Impossible burgers. I wasn't disappointed with the taste. I was honestly surprised they tasted so good. The burger patties were flavorful, and the buns were nice and soft. The biggest surprise to me was how fresh the vegetables were. They added a nice crunch to the burgers. The biggest drawback to this place is the price. It costs $1 extra per Impossible burger, so I paid somewhere around $15-$16 for this meal. This is my first visit here, although I was waiting for the other location to open and didn't even know about this one. This location serves halal meat, which is kind of interesting as not all the location serve it. The person taking the orders was very friendly. I tried the 2 pack with lamb for each one. One of my patties was a little too dry, but that's the one with the Chipotle mayo sauce, which was pretty delicious. Even if I were to have ordered a two pack or a three-pack, I have the option of customizing each of the burgers in each pack. I would definitely return to try the other burgers. read more

The food here is "okay" I ordered a burger and some fries and my boyfriend ordered some fried chicken and onion rings. Everything that was fried was decent--but honestly it probably came from the freezer and that's hard to mess up. The actual burger itself was big, but lacked flavor or seasoning. Came home with our to go order and all the burgers were covered in sesame seeded buns. Luckily I checked before the kids dove in. I have one child that is extremely allergic to sesame seed as to why I asked if the burger came exactly like the picture, and was told no sesame seeds in the order. So I paid no attention and ordered the burger I wanted the Spanish Beef. The woman behind the counter asked what style, and pointed to the list. I told her I didn't want one of those, I wanted the description on the menu. Where she told me the Calienté, was "that option". So I looked at the menu, looked at the "Style" menu. They know how to make a tasty burger, but service remains a big problem. After a rocky start things improved. The freestyle machine had all the flavors. They weren't out of any ingredients. The food came out quicker. The ordering line moved faster and wasn't as long. It seemed like things were on track. But it never fully materialized. We've been a half dozen times and have not made one trip where our whole order came out right. Neither the kitchen nor the expo person caught obvious problems like no bacon on the bacon cheese fries, no cheese on a kids burger with just meat and cheese, or pickles on the side. Further the food didn't come out together any of these trips. Now, it doesn't have to be ready perfectly at once, but when the first person in a group of four is done before the lady gets their meal something is wrong. Shakes in particular seem to take forever. I still think it's the best tasting burger in Ashburn, but the issues above make me only want to go at non peak time and I still expect issues. That makes me sad. I came in here recently for a quick dinner before watching an Indian Telugu movie at the Regal Fox theater next door. I love the fight scenes in Indian action movies but that is a subject for another review. I came in here and got the Angus burger and a chocolate shake. The Angus burger had fresh meat and was medium-well or well done. No complaints. The chocolate shake was OK, but should have been 50% or more larger. Many restaurants around here are serving "large" shakes that would have been medium or small before the pandemic. This is consistent with local burger joints. The fries are about what you would get at Wendy's. The Angus burger and the shake came to about $15. They also seem presumptuous about thinking you want everything takeout. I've been noticing this consistently at local restaurants lately. What gives? You have to be assertive that you want to eat in. OK but not great for a quick bite. read more

Due to that, there is no corporate oversight for any BurgerIM locations, and your experience will depend solely on how the particular franchise handles their business. This location is in a nice shopping center in Brambleton. Service is decent. Parking is street parking but there is a large parking lot nearby. The burger patties don't taste much different or better than a frozen beef patty purchased at the grocery store. So, I went here because it had such bad review. Honestly. Its decent for the price. The service was better than I expected based on the reviews. Its a newer establishment with fresh staff. I'd say they did great dealing with the tests of being a new dining spot. My order came out correctly. I got the trio with each burger being differently customized. My girlfriend also got the trio, all just their standard beef patty with the classic toppings. And we each got an order of the fries, she got the canna fries. The burgers are made with great quality meat. The added options make it comparable to Five Guys, but just with smaller beef patties which are by far more flavorful and juicier than five guys. The fries are basically potatoes sliced on a mandolin slicer and fried. They were cooked just right, not too crispy or soggy. Just the right amount of exterior crunch when biting into it. I did have to ask for them to replace the ketchup dispenser as I emptied it when filling up for my fries. The spot was clean, and kid friendly. Spacious enough get through yet small enough to be great for a nice casual bite. As for parking, there is a drive in garage as well as parking throughout the rest of the shopping center. This is a community walking shopping center for the neighbors to have an aesthetically pleasing place to walk to and enjoy. Overall, I'd say if you're looking for "not average" its worth the try. I was rolling through Ashburn when I decided to stop at this place. Seem like an interesting place. Burgers were priced in a manor that would suggest quality. The first thing I did when I walked in was wait for the cashier to get of the phone for 4 minutes. It did however give me time to notice the ambiance of this place which almost increased my anticipation. The food didn't take long to arrive. I ordered their signature mushroom Swiss burger with a side of sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries are hard to get right and I like mine a specific way but all I'll say about them is they were crisp but lack luster in seasoning and salt. The burger (mushroom Swiss) lost its integrity fast with each bite. It was a single patty burger that failed to live up to its $16.57 price tag. I also like mustard with my fries and they ran out. The same guy that was on his phone did bring my food out to me and even walk over to check on me however had the place been more busy I doubt he would have. I used to go to Johnny Rockets every time I caught a movie in brambleton. It was very disappointing to see it gone and replaced by this Burgerim. I decided to give it a try for the first time and the staff took 5 minutes to explain every item in the menu. Secondly the tips are a bit deceiving while using a credit card. The 25% is to the far left and decreases as you go right, contrary to the orthodox tip options. I ended up spending a few extra dollars for average food. Again the food was very average the burger sizes are VERY small I'd recommend getting some fries if you get the two burger combo. The food took 5 minutes to come out for me but 20 to come out for my friend so that was a huge minus. They need consistent serving times and better training for their staff. I do not think I'll be back here. However it is a new restaurant and there is potential for improvement! read more
